social awkwardness on a pretty girl can be cute, but on handsome guy its an instant turn off.

I think a crucial element is missing from how to build this frame. You must have a reliable "pack" of comrades who will have your back when times get rough. I really think this is the essence of frame: justified belief in your own physical strength and ability, and belief that you belong to a team of men who you trust to have physical strength and ability. If you don't have that, you can't really hold any frame. You can't defy biology. If you're not strong, your mind will know it, and it will de…

Laci Green actually uploaded a video admitting she has rape fantasies. She also posted a video (totally unrelated) pretending she finds beta men who ask permission all the time are sexy.

And that is true today as well. Why do you think ugly/fat/deformed women have depression? Because no one wants to talk to them.

What does frame mean if it's without looks and social proof? A lone ugly dude with frame. Can you explain what that would look like?
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 05:52 PM

Physically deformed men don't have a chance under any system. In a traditional society, no sane father/brother would let his daughter/sister marry a deformed man.
/r/TheRedPill28/11/16 05:11 PM

Frame without the looks and the sociability is worthless. Ugly socially isolated guys who "hold frame" are seen as suspicious and no one would come near them.

Great post. It's good to have the knowledge but don't let it take away your humanity. A lot of opinions posted by various people on TRP is borderline sociopathic.

What you don't understand is that most guys don't have severe generic defects. They are just fat and unfit. For over 80% of men, getting down to 10% body fat will turn them into Chad. That's why lifting is the number one advice and step builder one.

What fucking bullshit is this? If you're fat and untidy, you first need to lose weight, build muscle, and get your grooming in check. If you don't do that first, your just a delusional embarrassment. Affirmations don't work except as a way to change your mindset. No matter how many times you tell yourself that people love you, it won't make it true.

If you are obese and confident in your body, you are just delusional. This is not about you or me or anyone in particular. This applies to everyone. Delusion is feeling confident in a thing that is not there.

It's not love. Love is what happens when the chick thinks the man is physically attractive. Alternatively, love can happen after years and years of living together and raising a family together. But, the romantic feelings in a short term relationship are not really that kind of "love". It's not the kind of love that make people stick by each other when times get rough. You know what happens in short term relationships when times get rough? Break ups happen.

Man is programmed to have a desire to serve a purpose greater than himself. Or so it seems. I think the purpose we are programmed to serve is simply our community. In more abstract terms, a set of people you feel belonging and comradery towards. or, to find such people.

Some of these values are just traditional values that are shared by other traditional culture who are otherwise completely different from East Asian culture. Arabs and Indians for example would also balk at the idea of sleeping around and would use violent against females to enforce chastity.

Obese unattractive male gets approached by an obese female, decides to settle because he can't do any better. Then he realizes he can't stomach settling for something he's not attracted to. Is struggling with cognitive dissonance.

The funny thing is he talks exactly about that point in chapter 8 (one of the best chapters in the book and possibly the basis for the book Mastery which can be seen as a continuation or elaboration of this chapter).

It's a bit too much TBH. He was shot 9 bullets and survived by luck. If you want to live a thug life, playing power games with gangsters, drug dealers, and mafia lords, you are stupid as fuck. I would largely ignore chapter 5. Everything else is good IMO.

Something I noticed a few times, even when I was fat as fuck, if I just got out of the gym, some how, for some reasons, interaction with women seems more pleasant than usual, they seem more open than usual. I even had a girl indirectly hit on me once and I was super confused.

OKC does not apply to real life. Imagine you had the choice to have sex with any woman you want, with the caveat that you only get to choose one, and you are guaranteed she will say yes. Which one would you choose? Would you pick a 8.5 hot girl when you also have access to a 9.8 girl? You're not even a woman, but you would be displaying hypergamy. In real life, you can't afford that, and in real life, most women don't have access to Chad.

The only thing this guy (who made the video) doesn't realize is that the majority of men would actually be decently good looking if they got to below 15% body fat. Just like women, the majority of ugly men are ugly only because they are fat.
/r/TheRedPill26/10/16 03:35 PM

Confidence is not a personality trait. It's what happens when you have accomplished great things. A fat guy who displays confidence is laughable. A well built guy doesn't need to display confidence. His body speaks for itself.

Can confirm. Life is completely different when you're just 5kg overweight vs when you're 40kg overweight. Imagine what it's like when you're athletic with 12% BF A lot of social and personal issues (e.g. depression) people have in North America can easily be attributed to being fat. You're not attractive? Probably only because you're fat. No one talks to you? Probably only because you're fat.

Are you just trying to sound cool? What shit is this? Saying "I feel like" is not effeminate. It's a way to soften speech so as not to be imposing on everyone. The work place is not a bar. You should not be trying to AMOG everyone all the time. The work place is for cooperation. If you're the boss, you get to be assertive. If you're not the boss, know your place. You can communicate without being too pushy or overbearing.

Anything an escort tells you is part of the job. She tells you stories she thinks you will find interesting, based on her assessment of what kind of person you are. If they perceive you as shy, they would tell you you are handsome, you have a big penis, you have beautiful eyes. etc. If they think you read TRP, they will feed you stories that confirm TRP, regardless of whether they are true or not. If you try to "guess" anything about them, they will confirm it and double down too. "You look athl…

WTF? It is true. Guys almost never do it consciously but every time we see a woman, part of our brain immediately evaluates her attractiveness and comes up with the answer usually within two seconds. Note that the thought of "boy I would totally can bang this thing" hardly ever comes to the front of the conscious mind. But it is there. I have met countless women-girls that I never ever thought of having sex with Whatever. For most guys, about 80% of young women are attractive enough. Not that th…

You don't need anyone to be moral, all you need is people willing to finance private companies to protect them from aggressors. I'm willing to bet almost everyone would. So, instead of paying taxes to the government, you pay protection money to mafia organizations? And, this is better because ...?

You have a blue pill view of human nature. Do you think individual humans, left to their own devices, will choose co-exist in peace? Like, wow, no one will try to steal resources form other guys? Great post. Probably considered OT for TRP (I think it's a redder pill). Now imagine how, instead of pursuing great achievements, hordes of men are spending hours in the gym just so they can pick up sluts at bars and nightclubs. Honoring your body is great. Doing it to be validated by sluts is not. On the other hand, hordes of men shut off from society all together and spend their time playing video games and working low skill survival jobs because "fuck it all". When you avoid a snake, it's not because you're worried about how people will think of you in a 100 years, it's to avoid imminent danger. Now, being scared to approach women is not exactly the same. You're not avoiding imminent fatal danger. Still, you are trying to avoid social humiliation, which would be very detrimental to your social status (that you worked so hard to develop). At least, that's how your brain sees it, because it was designed for the tribal life of a couple ten thousand years…

Morality applies to strategy. It doesn't apply to information. A strategy is not "amoral". It can be immoral or it can be not immoral. A chess strategy is amoral. A real world strategy is not amoral. OTOH, information is amoral.

What gives, other than sociopathy? Bingo. I have no doubt some of the people who post here are sociopaths. Some of them overtly so. TRP is like the 48 Laws of power. You're not meant to apply everything. It's information about how some other people behave. You're meant to know this information so you know how to act in the real world. You can spot common patterns in the bahvior of infidel wives, for example, or you can spot men behaving in a cocky way (that doesn't match their appearance) and yo…

If they keep getting shutdown most of the time, then their confidence is mere delusion, and they are commonly recognized insufferable obnoxious people that everyone wants to avoid. That's the definition of delusion. And, when you are in a forest, facing a lion for the first time, with absolutely no physical strength or experience in fighting, you will die a quick death, and your delusional genes will be weeded out of humanity's gene pool.
