Thats an interesting view. I thought i could 'proove' its essence, simply by notting that its absence creates the unpleasant situation that i happen to be in: I can't communicate my erotic/sexual attraction to women. Usually when Im out on a date with someone, we will discuss various topics and get to know each other, but nothing else happens. 3 or 4 dates later, there is no sign that the other person is interested in something more than just talking. On my end, I am never able to show any signs…

That seems like a sufficient description of the concept. I will start trying to implement this whenever I have the chance. Thanks!

Its interesting that you mentioned fear. I would say that I don't feel scared but rather confused. Whenever I try to flirt, I don't know how to act or what to say or what to do in general. It feels like trying to swim without knowing what swimming is. I have to think about it more tbh. I never considered fear in my introspections...

To be able to perform a given task one has to understand it conceptually first. At least that's how I work. The concept of flirting is something that I fail to comprehend. I don't question its purpose. As, you beautifully described, it creates sexual/romantic tension.

For me to improve is to try and reach your true potential. Tbh, I don't believe that anyone can reach their true potential, simply because its not well defined. Trying to define what ones true potential is, can be a Life long journey and this is what gives meaning to my life. To try to learn myself well enough to discover and mabe definite what my true potential is.

I understand you. I faced something similar. I'm not a nice guy in general, but Im kinda nerdy. A lot of times I would have someone belittling me and whenever I would try to fight back I would seem small and bitter... And definitely unattractive. Until I asked my self: What the hell am I even doing with those guys? Im not one of 'em and I definitely don't aspire to be like them. So I got the hell outta there. Nowadays you will see me actively avoiding people that I don't find interesting. I chan…

You know what? I'm sick of this. I'm sick of this discussion. I'm sick of the whole "women look for that type of guy" or "if you want women to like you, do this this or that and don't do this and this" I refuse to base/alter my personality and behavior based on what women like. Even at the risk of being alone for the rest of my life. This train doesn't stop for anyone.

I don't mind approaching ppl, and since I am quite observative, I make sure that the people I approach are in the mood for that. My lack of flirting skills, ruins it for me. I have approached many girls, went on a date with a bunch of em but i have N E V E R managed to do anything beyond being their friend. So i stopped approaching. Its vain, as it fills me with fake hopes.

Well, talking about teams, seems even more pointless to me. Not only will I have to waste time talking about them, but also I will have to waste my time by actually getting to know what happened with that team. I get your point tho

This is interesting. Your example highlights the most important reason I can't get girls unless I'm drunk. I tend to find those "conversations" pointless, and boring.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
