In a three year LTR, texting has always been very infrequent with my girlfriend, but she's not a big texter anyway, so my experience is a bit of an anomaly. Most of our texting is logistics-based, less so now than at the onset of the relationship. We spend most nights together and have plenty of conversations then. There's no need to be in constant communication throughout the rest of the day.

In all fairness, the old Ms Marvel (Carol Danvers) still exists, she's just taken up the mantle of Captain Marvel now, and is published under that title instead. I've been enjoying the new Ms Marvel title.

All people have history. I don't know of a person, man or woman, who hasn't had something fucked up happen to them. I do believe women are more likely to allow the things that have happened to them to define them to a certain extent, however. And be wary of any woman who is constantly victimizing herself, and blaming others for her misfortunes. There's a point where someone's misfortunes are more their own doing than just 'random bad luck'.

Once you get a gf, there's nothing else to do! Life becomes stale and boring. That's because you are stale and boring. There is no reason for this to be true, unless you are a stale, boring person. Relationships can be enjoyable and fulfilling. Find a decent girl without baggage, maintain frame, and live your life. Being in a good relationship is like buying a house instead of signing another lease - a good investment, but only if you're ready for it. Sounds like you're not ready yet. Also sound…

I agree with you. A spoiled rich girl is nothing new or interesting. Whoever married her made a poor decision in doing so, but that isn't particularly relevant to redpill discussion. 'Avoid spoiled girls' is pretty common dating advice, even outside of TRP.

I wouldn't strike a dog or a child, so I won't strike a woman. With proper training, physical punishment should never be necessary for any of the above mentioned.

I enjoyed this post a lot. Right now I'm pretty firmly in the 'Better' category, and I like how you phrased "you'd be sad because you worked hard to build a relationship with someone you thought could last but it didn't work out" because it perfectly describes how I would feel if my girl were to leave me tomorrow, and it perfectly describes why I value our relationship so much. I think it's fair to say that, over time, a redpill relationship will begin to move from the 'Beast Mode' category to t…

They have been patient with me because this is a forum specifically for advice. If you are unwilling to explain to me what you mean, why post? I still do not know what you meant by saying "My bet is if she doesn't get her way (with you), she will show you her true colors" or how it's relevant to my situation.

I would appreciate it a lot if you were to more clearly explain yourself. I am not here to receive and then blindly follow instruction--I am here to hear advice that comes from a place of reason and experience. Ominous warnings do little to help me understand your meaning.

Try it and find out. Do NOT invite her to move in with you. I'm sorry, but that is remarkably unhelpful.

In short: yes. But you're going to have to prepare yourself for a lot of failure and a lot of disappointment. And if you ever actually find a girl who fits these qualifications, you are going to struggle to not put her one a pedestal. I struggle with that currently, having found a girl who fits my 'dream girl' template and has never failed to live up to my expectations of her. It's easy to let your guard down when a girl seems perfect--but the moment you let your guard down is the moment she sto…

My bet is if she doesn't get her way (with you), she will show you her true colors. What do you mean by that?

Twenty is a very high number. Always take what a woman says is her number with a grain of salt, but don't assume dishonestly until something indicates otherwise. If a girl you know goes out every weekend and drinks heavily while dressed like a whore tells you she's only fucked two guys, for instance, then be skeptical of her.

Absolutely I would. If my girlfriend of two years told me tomorrow that she once took two dicks at the same time, she'd be nexted immediately. Once a ho, always a ho. Two dicks at once makes her a ho. Also, she wanted to get "raped" by prisoners? NEXT.
/r/TheRedPill11/12/13 04:26 AM

This depends on your relationship with the girl. Are you seeing her? Do you have a relationship with her? A sick girlfriend is a fantastic opportunity to show that you are a provider. A sick friend who is a girl is a fantastic opportunity to do nothing at all. If she were one of your guy friends, would you do anything? Probably not. If you must text her, text her something along the lines of 'if you're better by xxx date, we'll celebrate by going to xxx place'. But, really, there's no need if sh…

How can you entertain other women if she moves in? Oh, wait, you don't intend to. Ever. I don't, at least not so long as I maintain my commitment to her. I value the relationship that we have built. I also don't understand what you mean by 'the most important alpha position'? Could you clarify for me what you mean by that? As for what I would get from her, there's always the financial aspect. Her father gives her a very hearty monthly allowance, and she would be able to comfortably halve my mont…

Could you elaborate on how the power transfers to her? I understand how the relationship becomes harder to end, but that seems like it would affect both of us.

If I don't like the way a girl is fucking me, I stop, get up, get dressed, and leave. I've done this multiple times, and they're always pissed, but they're also always falling all over themselves to fuck me again. I don't know if it's necessarily about ejaculation. Women get high off the idea that they are irresistible--that their pussy turns us into slobbering, humping beasts incapable of controlling ourselves. That turns them on, because it means they can control us. If you just stop without c…

Well that's generally how it's going to work. They won't have your results immediately, but they will call you later. She's still a shady bitch. If the two of you have been having unprotected sex, if one of you has something, the other one probably does as well. Get yourself tested, and go from there. You need to seriously consider whether or not someone who makes a big fuss over getting a simple STI screening is trustworthy, or worth your time at all.
/r/askTRP10/12/13 01:52 AM

There is no legitimate reason for refusing to get an STI screening unless she literally got one last week. That doesn't seem to be the case here. If she's refusing to share her last screening with you, that is a red flag. If she is refusing to go and get tested with you, that is a red flag. It is not justified not to get tested out of "trust". That makes no sense. Refusing to get tested is inherently untrustworthy. If she were a trustworthy person, she would show you the results of her last scre…

Firstly, men and women are different and should be held to different standards. Second, women also have the right to decide that they do not want to be in a relationship with a man who has had se outside of a relationship. Most women will never decide this, because a man who gets laid is demonstrating high value. A woman who get laid is demonstrating a lack of self-control. But, still, if a woman decides to hold men to the same standard I hold women to, that is her right. Edit: Also, if a woman …

As someone else said: dancing. Find out where in your city they have salsa dancing lessons. Salsa, bachata, etc. are wonderful for meeting women and breaking the touch barrier immediately. If you can afford it, I highly recommend getting a SCUBA certification and signing up for trips with your local dive shop. You'll meet a variety of people, having opportunities to travel, and it's a ton of fun. Yoga. Rock-climbing.

Girl who'll fuck outside of a relationship aren't LTR material, as far as I'm concerned. I don't think that hanging around an ex is something I should have to explicitly disallow--if a girl is hanging around an ex already, she's not LTR material. Once a hoe, forever a hoe. If she gives up pussy without first getting commitment, she's not worth committing to.

Never commit to a girl who still wants to hang around dudes she's fucked. Never commit to a girl who has ever fucked someone she wasn't in a relationship with. Never commit to a girl who flirts with other men. Quit before you're too far gone.

This was me. Married my high school sweetheart, deployed, came back to poverty, debt up to my eyeballs, and a wife who had spent our time apart aboard the cock carousel. I made the mistake of trying to make it work for another year and a half before I finally gave in and got a divorce. I'm one of the lucky ones though; she got the house, but I don't pay any alimony and never will. I was desperate to have someone to come home to. I was desperate to have someone who would write me letters sprayed …

For some reason, I don't trust women who talk shit about other women like this. 'Effin women' reads to me like she thinks she's somehow exempt from this sort of behavior-- she's 'not like the other girls' so to speak. Women are women, I'd rather they not try to pretend that they aren't.

No gifts until the relationship is well underway, and even then, never give her the impression that she can ask for something from you and then receive it. Never, ever make the mistake of asking her what she wants for her birthday, Christmas, etc. If you are going to get her a gift, it will be entirely your decision from start to finish. My girlfriend and I have been together for about two years. On her most recent birthday, I got her the first real present I have ever purchased her. I took note…

If she's in school, her finals week is probably getting started. It makes sense that she would be very busy for the next week or so.

I've found that I need two basic things in life to keep me satisfied: something that makes me money, and something that keeps me busy, and that for me to be happy, these need to be different things. I work in engineering technology for the military. This makes me money, and I enjoy it. Awhile back, I got a dog, and dedicated myself to training him. I experienced a lot of success and started my own dog training business on the side. Once dog training started to make me money, I knew I needed to f…

Believe me when I say I know where you're coming from. My ex came from a broken family and was deeply troubled. I made the mistake of thinking that if I loved her enough, she would get her life together. But the truth is, to build a stable house, you need a strong foundation.

No. There's value in having a woman who challenges you at times, but not in your position in the relationship. My girlfriend is a smart girl, and very well-informed in her area of study. We challenge each other intellectually, and often debate issues that neither of us are emotionally involved in. Now, we can only do this successfully because in our relationship I am the clear leader and she does not perceive these debates as threatening her authority in the relationship--she already knows where…

Jesus. Women: if you're trying to find 'the one' and sleeping around a lot isn't helping you achieve that, maybe it's time to try something different, like not sleeping around.

I appreciate seeing an attractive woman with her goods on display, but having sex with her typically means talking to her first. I prefer not to interact with sluts at all. But, by all means, I fully support their right to fill my world with eye candy.

No one has one person that is perfect for them. There are dozens of women out there that can be perfect for you, but none of them will be perfect without your hard work. Here's the thing: anything you want, you can have, as long as you work hard and are dedicated to achieving your goals. A lot of the redpill is adversarial, because that's what a lot of men who have swallowed the pill want after facing the reality of our world: they want to reclaim control that they've just realized they never ha…

No, it's totally understandable. I like seeing that I managed to pick a girl that fits other men's criteria (minus one aspect that I don't care too much about)--feels like success.

As far as I can tell, it's legit. If not, she's been keeping up a very impressive masquerade for her friends, family, and gastroenterologist for about ~6 years. Also, I once witnessed her have a seizure after she ate something I had seasoned with soy sauce, because I didn't think that fucking soy sauce would have wheat in it. Regardless, I'm pretty sure she's legit. And if not, she's the world's most talented liar, so that's impressive in its own right.

Unless your game is airtight, don't aim for the waitress or barista. It's their job to be nice to you. They're there for a paycheck, not to meet people, respect that. Generally that's one of the biggest challenges with day game. At a night club, everyone is there to meet people and get fucked up and get laid. Girls in bookstores? Probably there to buy a book. At coffee shops? There to buy coffee. You're going to fail a lot initially. You'll get better with time, but you'll still fail a lot. Just…

When I was twenty-three, I was a freshly-married virgin shipping off to Afghanistan for what would end up being a twelve-month deployment. At twenty-four, I returned to a disloyal wife, financial ruin, and two more years of beta "trying-to-make-it-work" before I swallowed the pill and made a change. At twenty-nine, I own my own townhouse (which I share with my dog), have a well-paying job, and a twenty-one year old girlfriend. It's never too late to make a change and turn it around.

Don't ignore her in the future, but also don't make last-minute plans with someone who isn't a sure-thing booty-call. Establish plans with a girl a few days in advance, and if she flakes on those plans, she is a flake and should be nexted. Give it another go, but tell her when she is going to hang out with you a few days in advance, and refuse to see her at any other time.
