In an LTR. How does one implement red pill ideas like abundance, dread, and stoicism without having the transition be jarring?

The Bad fell out of ketosis by going out with friends haven't done yoga for 2 weeks because of a wrist injury meditation has been on and off at best masturbation has gotten the best of me feel like an all around piece of garbage mentally sleep schedule still not up to my standards lost frame with my LTR in an argument, totally beneath me The good? It can't get much worse than this. This will all change this week.

Pros yoga every day continues 10 day streak of meditation cut out empty carbs and sugar took my LTR off a pedestal that she doesn't deserve, she will have to earn my respect through her actions Cons still having trouble sleeping on time trying to introduce stoicism into everyday habits is harder than it seems, can't let the little things get to me

I use a combination of Molding Mobility and Starting Stretching for mobility and keeping loose. As for a good yoga program for beginners, I've found that Tim on YouTube is easy to follow. Hope that helps

After months of planning and not acting I took the plunge to improve my fitness. I'm beginning a strict mobility/flexibility routine to prepare my body for calisthenics/lifting. Day 1: yoga is kicking my ass
