Built my own at-home gym finally.
Cut unneccesary spending
Saving my money for a big yearly trip to Peru
Moving to pursue my passions in a new state
Getting good grades and seeing the long term goal (Get in med school to be an ND)
Sticking to Keto and tracking my food intake
Starting to meditate again
Reading interesting books
Making my work schedule fit around my hobbies and lifestyle
focusing on self-love and not going back to old bad habits

Have been consistent with vegan diet and lifting heavy whilst cutting. Haven't made much progress on productivity/hustle. Soon would like to go into the stock market to make low risk side cash and start a RP/Philosophy (etc.) writing blog. Ultimately, I want to act for a living, but don't really know where to start. Stuck in my last year of H.S. waiting for it to come to an end. Happy, nonetheless.

This week as been almost nothing but incremental, yet massive, improvements. It started with crying on my floor about how I had lost the best thing that ever happened to me (she wasn't but what losing her taught me may have been) I've reevaluated my personal desires and began incorporating an abundance mindset. I don't have any mates where I live and my oneitis relationship left me with almost zero contacts.

I've approached a handful of women (and men for friendship) and have been met largely with positive reactions. I've found my truth and it makes it easier to say what I think as opposed to what I think they might want to hear so that they'll like me. I've come to the realization that I'm naturally good at polarization and I've been suppressing it in fear for far too long. Being a middle of the road, everything is grey, let me think about that forever type of person is toxic and highly unattractive. Stop being a pussy, form an opinion on things and damn the consequences (outside of it getting you fired from your job or something similar).

Here's to a great weekend of rejection and exploring the unexplored.

Pro's:

Still making progress in the gym and have had extensive discussion regarding making my time and program more efficient with people on the sub, with one even going as far as to develop an individualized program based on my needs and challenges.

Got a job lead from a friend in my field that I can do despite medical issues and am pursuing it.

Helped a friend think his way through a 4 year stagnant relationship. He moved out of his shared place last night and either we're going to look for a lease together (we have the same goals and a compatible lifestyle going back 12 years) or I'm going to pursue an individual lease. I have places lined up for both possibilities. Intend to move in by this time next week.

Passed a shit-test from my own fucking mother. (Is it even a shit-test at that point? It's not sexual so much as pecking order based.) Catalyst for a lot the big things that have happened this week.

NoFap x 1 week. Harder than I thought it would be, but it's getting easier the longer I go.

Submitted an application to refresh a certification I let lapse that I need for the aforementioned job.

Con's:

Caved and had sex with a plate despite telling myself I was going to focus on myself and now the bitch won't leave me alone. She assured me she just needed dick and that she understood it was a NSA fuck and now she's digging up old pictures and past bullshit. Fucking shoot me.

Had my friend not given me a job lead out of the blue, I would be no closer to work than last week because I haven't hit the pavement to find work.

Went to check out an ex-turned-plate that I cutoff at the beginning of the year because she wanted all the attention and offered none of the pussy and found out she has apparently blocked me on everything somewhere along the line. Failure both because I looked her up AND because I let it eat at me to realize she had blocked me.

Still letting myself get dragged into politics. It's a serious vice and it takes up hours every week.

Movement in both directions, but I would call this week a net positive.

I started reading Mastery a couple of weeks ago, and it inspired me to get back into music. Money I had kept setting aside for 'when I can afford to buy an instrument' was used to actually buy the instrument, and this has caused me to start making motions towards getting back into ensembles again. It's better than I ever remembered; I'm ass at it, but the awareness developed from it, and the confidence making music always gave me is starting to come back.

While I'm on vacation, my workout routine has gone from weights to body-weight work (pull-ups and push-ups primarily, running for cardio.) My weight has stayed steady for the last couple of weeks.

Measured my BF% using the 3-point bodyfat caliper yesterday, resulting in 9% BF on 132lbs @ 5'11". Somewhat proud but never satisfied. Also gained 2lbs this week, which is nice I guess. Gonna start eating more chicken breast and white rice.

Consistently lifting again despite a retarded lower back injury, looking to continue 5x5 squats deloaded monday

Made me fix my back by allowing my spine to dehydrate 30 minutes before i bend it. Crucial for avoiding back injuries.

Progressing on weighted chinups 8x3 as well as weighted dips 8x3. Definitely seeing results only 2 weeks in. Can't wait to see how shredded I am by late June

Fixed meal planning:

Eating breakfast & Lunch at the same time for energy pre workout. HUGE plate. Also started waiting at least 1 hour after eating to lift heavy, digesting effectively now.

Fixed breathing:

Broke my previous 1RP on Bench EFFORTLESSLY with Wim Hof breathing. Holy shit. Today I attempt 5 more pounds, hoping to continue that trend up forever.

Fixed deadlift form with Wim Hof breathing added too. Also hit a PR on deadlifts, even tho I had to do so with a belt and honey on the bar for grip. Hahaha. Not too happy about doing it with a little assistance... but still, perfect form PRs are huge to me.

Started taking awesome walks with my girlfriend and dog, perfect opportunity to get some solid sun, spend quality time with family, practice Wim Hof breathing, and also keep aspirations high (we pass by a lot of amazing homes we want to own soon).

Fixed sleep schedule. Now in bed by 12 knocked out.

Fixed diet as well: Just went 16 days without carbs, now only dedicating one day to carb-reload instead of 2. Might only eat carbs every 2 weeks cycling... we'll see. Waist down from 39"/40" to 30" now.

Fixed my natural smile, actually show teeth now. I'm usually a smirk-only type of guy. Now that I'm in sales, and can reflect on how to improve, I notice I rarely ever smile genuinely. Critical.

I finally finished up my long term diet and am down from 250 to 206 as of today. I still am a bit big in the hips but I feel fantastic. Finally able to head to the gym as of now (diet doesn't allow for it). 30% body fat to 22%. Now that I've worked on my body I can focus on my social skills

This is gonna sound very weird and long but still Today I went into this electronic store with my family to buy a new fridge and after going through many products I notice a cute girl just hanging around. She was exactly like the type of girls I like(short height, green eyes, brunette) and looked beautiful even with specs. We made a little eye contact and also I tried to keep it a little secretive because of my parents. Now the old me would've just caught some glances and became satisfied that I saw a cute girl. But instead today I decided to just somehow talk to her. In my mind a lots of thoughts started racing like she wouldn't like it, her other coworkers gonna make fun of me etc etc. Then I noticed that she's actually lingering around us casually. I just assumed that she's somehow interested and then just went for it My opening line was little cheesy (Not many girls look beautiful wearing specs but you're looking good today) I was on a verge of shivering and going all shaky legs. But to my surprise she responded with a meek thank you with a giggle. I introduced myself asked for her name found out she's a college senior(I'm a freshman) and working at finance department and said she was looking around us as if we need some sort of help. We talked a little and i said honestly if our ages were same i would've definitely asked for your number. I don't know if I creeped her out or what but she went far away from me after our little conversation and gave me a smile as I was leaving the store. So yes nothing happened but still it's memorable for me as it is my first ever cold approach

Finally got rid of the oneitis inflicted part of me. no longer do I put my (former) oneitis on a pedestal, Yes, I still have to see her because we are in the same class, but since she is off that pedestal, I speak to her normally and with confidence. I accept that she is physically attractive, oneitis or no, but she's not special because of it, I think I got it now.
Spoke to girls, practiced kino, holding frame and escalating while having fun, etc. quite enjoyable and good practice. I had fun, they had fun
Increased workout intensity, one more step to attaining the body of a greek god. (I can see my abs!)

Also out public exams are this week and the next, so theres that.

Changed my training program to one I expected to be out of my capabilities while eating at a deficit. It's satisfying to see my mental barriers being broke like this.

I ate exactly how I idealized and dropped some weight.

While I was commuting the train suddenly stopped and two girls lost their balance and were going to fall but held on me, got a compliment on being strong. I had left the gym 30m before and this were exactly what I wanted to hear. I have noticed i am attracting more girls attention, this 'lift and eat right' thing seems to be working.

Now a trp experience, a jacked friend just ended his ltr, it was really enlightening to see how much girls work to go out with him, openning him on the Facebook and while we walk around. I knew it were going to be easier with a maxed tingle generator body but not this easy, at least not without Fame, game or money. But he pulls the worst lines (he told me some) and have multiple 8s and 9s. He also spilled several things you can find on the sidebar about how to deal with women.

I also got to see how fast his gf went from trying to get back to him to changing her profile text to "Available :naughty face:" and squating with her ass turned to the guys at the gym.

Got to read one chapter of the current book, not stellar, but it's something.

Only lacked on the socializing topics, as i didn't approach at all this week, and the weather is unfavorable to go out this weekend. And I keep finding excuses to not go out and approach.

I've successfully given up coffee for two months. Feeling much more stable throughout the day. When I feel ready for sleep, I'm REALLY ready for sleep and fall asleep quickly.

Had a complete rest week from exercise. I like to do this periodically. Since starting this, I've completely stopped having injuries, and I feel incredibly powerful and agile when I return to training. And it feels very liberating to have more time and energy to do other less important stuff that needs doing.

Cold approached a Chinese girl. From 1-6, she was a 5 but I'd been going through a dry spell for a while. We drove to the city two hours away and she paid for the hotel for the weekend, bought all the food, bought me clothes, etc. I told her upfront about my situation and how we couldn't be anything serious and she accepted it anyways, so not really any moral issues there.

Hadn't talked to the wife in a while, she finally broke down and called, asking me to not abandon her, etc etc. I haven't made any firm obligations, but I realize my situation now is because of a lack of frame and shitty choices that I made in the past. I have myself to blame, so I'll continue to improve.

Work wise going to accept that I'm done in the military. I've appealed a few times to no avail, it's obvious everyone sees me as a woman beater. I've already started working on making a LinkedIn and looking for jobs. I plan to get a W2 job as soon as I get to Florida to make quick cash for bills, and to get my real estate license and do that on the side until I can sustain myself.

Haven't been able to go to the gym, got all four wisdom teeth pulled and I'm on percocets.

Been reading books, something I used to love doing and did all the time, and it has really helped my mental state.

All in all life is slowly improving.

Just finished my last exam for the year in college. This summer I have a number of goals I think will really change my life.

First off is discipline. I want to wake up before 9am every day, doesn't seem like much but I missed a ton of early classes this semester just from sleeping in.

I have an autoimmune condition which requires me to be strict on my diet but I want to make it so that I never let slip and actively research better diets, drinking is also not allowed. Also want to cut out all greasy food to help with my acne.

I need to make my 3 gym sessions a week quota no excuses. Created a basic 30 Day stretching routine to try and improve my squats.

I got a friend who's also into redpill interested in going out together at least once a week just making approaches and overcoming any anxiety, inexperience etc.

Obviously this is just talk but I'm glad to finally have some long term goals beyond scraping through the next exam. Hopefully I will be reporting results in the upcoming threads.

This has been one of those weeks that I think will come to define my life in some sense. Started off with hearing that my Dad has been diagnosed with Stage 2 lung cancer. We're business partners together and have two large projects ongoing that I'm now taking on fully. Without my years of red pill reading (25 now, was red pilled around 19) I don't think I'd be able to put this all in perspective and make a plan to attack everything. Broke up with my gf 3 weeks ago and have been on a few dates with 3 different girls, closed 1, soon to close more. Lifting heavy every morning before going to work. This community has changed my life in many ways.

I know I'm a little late and I just found this thread. I guess my progress is using this thread to find myself again. I had always had countless women wanting me (always have due to be being a solid 8/10 but women usually say I'm a 10/10 or near) but after my break up about half a year ago I was just so numb and fucked up from it I couldn't even enjoy sex with others girls. I fucked my high school crush who is a like 9.5 and couldn't even get myself to cum.(around a month after the break up). A series of fucking random girls and feeling guilty ensued and I felt like sex was just driving me into depression so I stopped. Urges came about two weeks ago so I fucked my ex fiancee friend then some girl who's been trying to get at me for months (like it's annoying at this point) then hung out with a 10 and laid ground work to pipe her and it actually felt good. I don't remember exactly how I found this thread but I found it about three days ago at work and the self value that is preached here I needed. I think when my ex left I started to question if every compliment i got from any girl was a lie but now I remember how I felt before her where I could approach any girl and even if I didn't get her number then I'd get a message on Facebook a month or two later. Thank you to this sub for getting me back, and apologize for the the long post just smoked a fat blunt so I'm pretty high.

Been putting in 2 hours study per day as exams are coming up ( studying for a degree at night )

Hit 60% savings rate for the 14th consecutive month.

Lifting 3 times per week as standard with 3 days of 1 hour LISS.

Took my first Yoga class this morning.

Meditated everyday this week.

Cons:

Trying to study Spanish everyday but have only been managing 10mins per day.

Put off joining BJJ/Boxing again as i keep saying to myself to get exams out of the way next week, easy excuse i know.

It's been a good week.

I got my check from the QDRO for the divorce payout. I filed a motion to waive a required parenting class. If that flies I can finalize the divorce. Wasn't divorce-raped terribly besides the whole part of losing my house and family. I've made myself better due to the situation. Downside is that goddamn it's hard talking to my 4yr old son when he says shit like "when I was three you lived with me but why did you move to a new house" I give strong positive answers but goddamn that shit eats you up inside.

Made another week of progress lifting. Body weight has stabilized with a higher bf% than my original goal. It's low enough to look mostly skinny in clothes (slight pot belly) which is better than 75% of the men out there, so close enough for now. Switched to eating maintenance calories instead of deficit because I want to gain muscle and recover better from lifting. Can't grow/heal muscle on a deficit.

Bought my kayak. Need the weather to warm up so I can get out on the water. Stoked for that.

Finished a big cross-functional project at work. That was one of my main goals for the year, so got a big attaboy and lunch with my VP and other members of the team.

Identified that I hamster myself out of approaching women if I wait too long to act. Need to act more and think less.

Life continues to improve thanks to my work and effort. Not a humble brag, want to show that grabbing life in your hands pays off.

I started a youtube channel as a way to teach people to make side income playing poker online. I've been playing full-time over 7 years and it's my way of giving back. I also want to use it to discuss spirituality topics. I've already put up over 6 videos in the first week.

In a way it's been a brutal process starting from absolutely nothing and putting your heart into content to get a mere 12 subscribers with all the time put in. But it's about progress. If you can put out something that actually helps one person the entirety of your efforts is worth it that's what matters. Ignore the other channels with a million followers putting out total horseshit, it's not your concern. Then again I know nothing about marketing or self promotion. I like the project because it addresses area's of weakness. I suck at promoting and self marketing. Also, I'm not used to being in the public eye. Criticism should make me stronger.

Gratitude lists.

Making a push to complete a book that I've been putting off.

Met a girl on the beach and went on a date with her a few days later. Had a good time and was much needed for sanity and confidence.

Improving with meditation, really my spiritual practice. Have no idea what I would do if I couldn't walk in the forest 20 minutes a day to keep the hate away!

Failing: been smoking cannibus some, but i think it can be worked in with moderation.

Also slacking some on the intense physical exercise, but it was a week that involved more exploring nature and thinking.

i confronted my boss (woman), on an issue that i found was unethical, she went into the directors office and complained and i held frame now she has to do this time consuming issue by herself and i wont help, this was a week ago and now i feel she respects me so much more, and is since asking really politely, and all thanks for the red pill i swallowed... pretty bad English i know i don't care.
