What to do When Your Captain Won't Lead
/r/RedPillWomen02/06/17 07:57 PM

OP, you must contribute to the comments on your post if you want it to remain active. There's a rule in this sub about that.

I'm not sure, I've never had that happen. My guess is that it was removed for not following the subs guidelines? But I really don't know, this sounds like a very specific problem.

No bashing the community or its members. There are plenty of liberal-progressive members here, that's not why people give you a hard time.

I've gotten a few reports about this post because of the 'no feminism' rule here. I'm going to allow this post to stay for discussion's sake, but let's keep it civil and remember to follow the community's rules. If this devolves into bashing each other or RP, it will be locked and/or removed.

Red Pill is a sexual strategy that helps men discover their true nature, not what feminist media would have you believe masculine nature is. It helps level the playing field between men and women. Women don't need a guide because we already have the upper hand. RPW is for women who want to better themselves despite their nature. Don't lurk here, this space isn't for you. Learn what you can from the men at TRP but don't get wrapped up in the anger phase with some of the men there. Learn from thei…

You can consider this strike one, pal. We want men's input but women are not going to come here to have men shit all over them. We love /u/JackGetsIt and /u/Loneliness-Inc, /u/VigilantRedRooster and a few others I'm forgetting. They're honest, they're tactful, they're red pill. RPW is for women. I will refer you to TRP which is for men and advise you to read the sidebar material for your curiosity before asking or posting in either sub as most of your questions would be answered.

While some of your post is gold, some of it is unnecessarily harsh for a healthy discussion. Please read our (posting guidelines for men)[https://www.reddit.com/r/RedPillWomen/comments/4n3o19/commitment_or_gtfo_guide_for_men_considering/] and edit your post. Then I'll approve it. Thank you so much.

Feel free to debate here, but please do not generalize about TRP. We are not to insult the community of its members.

Just to clarify, TRP and MGTOW are two separate movements. While there may be some over lap in thought, let's not lump the two together. They're distinct from each other.

I'm not above her, and she's not above me This sentence suggests that you think this sub believes men are better than women. We do not. Men and women have equally important, complementary roles in the relationship.

My best advice would be that if he won't commit, keep being his plate/FWB if the sex is good, but get out there and date other men until you find one who wants the same thing you do! Don't waste some of your best years pursuing a relationship that probably isn't going anywhere. (In all fairness, you should probably tell him that since he has rejected exclusivity, you're going to exercise your option to be non-exclusive as well.) This is not RPW advice. We do not condone these choices.

There's a surprise. TRP sucks all the fun out of life like a spider draining a dead fly. Oh he'll never trust her. Under the doctrine of TRP, all women are untrustworthy retarded children. I am unable to grasp why anyone (women), after realizing this would still be ready willing and able to remain and attempt to make a go of the relationship. But then again TRP sort of poo-poos love in general.

We do want men to participate here. I think the men that contribute here regularly give indispensable advice. It's just the occasional man who doesn't get it. That's what the mods are for. There's also a post on the sidebar that gives guidelines for men who want to post here.

As with addressing any problem, one should not use "you" statements ("You make me feel like" "you embarrass me"). State the problem in clear, unemotional terms. Avoid saying things like "I think you should" or "I have seen" because this places you in a position of authority or superiority. However you say it, you must say it carefully.

While everyone's limit is different, bringing it up unobtrusively and nagging is a fine fine line and what that should be treaded carefully. When men feel nagged, they are going to dig their heels in and be uncooperative.

/r/RedPillWomen21/07/16 12:44 AM

I found the only way to try and mend these issues would be to present them to him directly. This is a route one may take however, if he does not take steps to rectify a problem you have brought him it is because he sees it as a non-issue and you shouldn't bring it up again; this is nagging. There is a fine line between bringing your captain a problem and nagging.
