Hello everyone! (Throwaway because I have extremely liberal friends who might know my other username). Until recently, I was a very big critic of TRP and RPW. To me, I always felt uncomfortable because I believed that TRP advocated for the idea that men were better than women, and that women existed on this earth to serve men because of their inferiority. It just left a very sour taste in my mouth, and I rebelled by becoming a feminist. After browsing this sub for a while though, my opinions have definitely been changed. While I do agree that men and women are different (which was something my feminist mind had a hard time grasping) I realized that that doesn't have to be a bad thing, like feminism led me to believe.

I'm a young woman in her early 20's who has had very bad luck with men. I tend to be drawn to men who don't appreciate me, and take advantage of me by using me and throwing me aside once they get bored of me, I guess. I recently got "broken up" with by a guy who said all these nice things about how much he cared about me, but couldn't give me the time of day / commit to me. I'm a really caring person, and I love to make other people happy. I've just been focusing my attention on the wrong people, I think. Not healthy, I know. I'm looking to change this ugly pattern, and I feel like RPW can help me with this. :) I feel as though I've learned a lot already just by browsing through the subreddit. So I just want to say thank you to you ladies, because you've really opened my eyes to a new way of thinking.
