Hack travel was certainly easier in Europe. The trains and air services made it a cheap and easy thing to do. In my current position in bumfucknowhere, USA, it's much harder. The problem here is density and land size. It can still be done, it's just tougher. As for the joint/drink while reading, go for it. I didn't downvote you, but I do disagree. My grounds on this, being: A shit test is them in a moment of pride or curiosity seeing how well you hold frame. It isn't for alphas, or betas, it simply is used to see which of the two you are. Med student here, we covered this recently. It leaves trace stresses on the body. Your veins and arteries are weaker, albeit slightly. You'll still be at a higher risk of stroke or heart attack. Not by much, but a bit. If you're working out and fixing the issue, the risks get progressively smaller and slighter. I wouldn't stress it too much, we all end up in a box in the end.
