How do I organize the change for non-serving belief systems and behaviours in a way that is efficient (time+effortwise) + actually enjoying the journey while at it?That sounds much better! The more fun you have with it, the better it'll be. If that method works for you, keep it up! The rewarding yourself part is really smart. Over time, you'll be conquering that infinite sea of things you want to do. Glad things are moving forward for you! | /r/seduction | 14/06/15 05:13 PM
How do I organize the change for non-serving belief systems and behaviours in a way that is efficient (time+effortwise) + actually enjoying the journey while at it?Sounds like you're just doing too much at once (which is a punishing pattern itself since you're viewing all of it as a chore instead of something good). Maybe you need to take a step back and prioritize what you feel you need to work on. Figure out either what you want to work on more than anything else, or figure out what's the easiest to implement that will have the best rewards to reap (which depends on you). You could group certain things together, and only progress to something else once t… | /r/seduction | 13/06/15 11:51 PM
Scared to approachAlright. Don't psyche yourself out! If you see the moment, take it. You got this. | /r/seduction | 10/02/15 02:13 AM
Scared to approachit doesn't look like you have any options other than a direct approach. You'll have to go up and talk to her yourself. Is this a girl you've just seen around, or do you have any other connections with her? Class/groups/etc etc? I can't offer much with the whole 'too scared' thing, because honestly I have the same problem. But there's tons of posts in this subreddits history regarding approach anxiety, i'm sure you could find some stuff to read. | /r/seduction | 09/02/15 11:30 PM
Alternatives to FORD for uni?I'm in Ontario too! I'm a beginner as well but in theory you could switch from 'family' to 'hometown'. Lots of university students come from far away. You could ask about how their city is and stuff and what the switch it like. Not really sure about Occupation. But for Recreation you could ask about what they like doing when they aren't busy, or their hobbies before they aren't swamped with work (lots of people can relate to that) And with a little digging I think Dreams still work. You just hav… | /r/seduction | 20/11/14 05:56 PM
Dealing with insults/criticismsBoth, really. My problem when it comes to criticisms is my height. I stand at 5 feet 4 inches. I'm actually comfortable with my height; i'll admit, it took me a while to get there, especially with the constant comments and insults about it over the years. But I'm at peace with it personally. My issue is that this topic keeps coming up on a regular basis, often in criticisms and insults. I've gotten comments from friends mainly, such as "awww, you're so little!" (very belittling), or "are you eve… | /r/seduction | 28/09/14 03:47 PM
I'm significantly worse in a populated drunk setting than otherwise. help me out!Pretty much this! I don't think it'd be that different. If anything, a bit better. A lot of drunk people just seem to talk and talk and talk, so you can talk about whatever and they'll continue the conversation. As Transmigratory said, whatever fun things come to mind. You also have the opportunity to be more physical (in regards to touching) in comparison to sober interactions. Or atleast i've noticed that. I don't drink at all, so engaging with drunk people is an interesting time. I'll deal wi… | /r/seduction | 25/09/14 11:57 PM
How do you talk to people?Hello! I'm actually working on something similar (the conversation aspect to it) so I can only help so much, but I figured I'd give my two cents and see how that helps. Opinion openers would be a way to start. You basically go talk to girls by opening up with asking them for an opinion on something. I'm sure you can find more info on seddit or on google about opinion openers. If you search up opinion openers and find some stuff on it, I'm sure it'll lead to other versions of openers and aspects … | /r/seduction | 24/09/14 01:02 PM
how do i use my job to improve my soft skills and social skills? No problem! Yes, that's it. It's more principles of speech and conversation, but once you implement them and review them regularly they work more and more. Alright. I have books I learned from, but I don't have them on me and they're hard to find. I'm sure there's info online for business social skills. Just keep researching and you'll find tons of info to work with. Glad a laugh could be had! :D | /r/seduction | 16/09/14 10:55 PM
how do i use my job to improve my soft skills and social skills?Hey! So I'm on my phone so I can't link you any good sources, but diving into a mixture of Seduction Social Skills and Non-Seduction Social Skills might benefit you. I can't explain fully the difference of both, but they both reinforce the ability to talk. One of the videos that helped me a lot is RSDTyler's video on 'talking forever and never running out of things to say'. I can't remember the exact name of the video, but you should be able to find it on youtube with those words. The video expl… | /r/seduction | 16/09/14 08:42 PM
