Do you mind sharing how you get to that shape? I'm not judging but I think you're in great shape and am curious.

no problem man. When you feel down and it seems like everyone is getting some, you may just be off course and need to reaffirm yourself your strategy and your long term vision. cheers.

Trust me, there's always pussy everywhere. You may not be a top bartender that needs a winning attitude for a living, or you may not even be gifted or genetically gifted. I hate to say it but the only obstacle is yourself. I mean think about it. Let say you developwd a great attitude. You always smile and you're focused on going the extra mile in your work. You're deeply passionate in what you talk about. You hit the gym and you now have a good body, and you're sound in your nutrition so your mi…

are you crazy, if I go to college again back in time I would be in engineering! Seriously ask yourself, in silence, what you want to be. I want to say stop focusing on women, but to a hormone crazed guy that's like asking a fat bastard to stop eating cake. In the long run, the harder you tried at something and get it, the ou better the memory is. You shouldn't wonder if engineering is right at getting girls, you should wonder if it's challenging enough for you at you would be satisfied if you ea…

You'll always have yourself, women come and leaves. For now my biggest concern is finding and understanding myself, not pretend to be a mythical prince, not to be so shallow and empty that my focus is on her... I guess I am getting old but I am so tired of hearing this phrase getting bashed on...but I know what you mean. Adapt to challenges, embrace it, don't fall into the trap of being comfortable and stop trying. Actually I would say, have irrational beliefs in yourself and who you can be. Tha…

this was very good even if you don't finish listening to it. rule number 3, conceal your intentions, seems to deal specifically with getting a girl. Number 6 is something i struggled with. In another words, it would just mean to be more open and less self absorbed.

Seriously, this is too hard. Just go outside more, join classes or volunteer, and spend less time at home. To spend less time at home make sure you have enough energy. Sleep enough, eat better, work out, dress better, socialize some, and have a purpose. Don't have to quit completely, just have to fill the void with something else. The way to treat the addiction is to focus on something else.

I'm not trying to be an actor clown because I'm not showing off anything. I do it because I have trouble giving affection, and I feel like jiu jitsu have unexpectedly given me a way of human contact. This might sound lame, but every move I learn make me feel more confident with my body. You're right on your points, but I rather be constructive than destructive. You can call people names to create some sort of scarcity then scoop in with a constructed answer. That's fine. I think doing jiu jitsu …

That's pretty interesting. I'm inclined to agree with you because I feel like my jiu jitsu class has opened a new dimension, but at this point calling people losers and bashing their livestyles just going to make this an emotional fight instead of a logical one.

Name calling them is not going to do them favors. I agree with you but I feel like you're just setting yourself up for a fight with people that are on the defensive. Your points about not consuming (television, video games, etc) are legit to me, but its hard to convince people that have a different lifestyle, in an unfortunate environment,, or won't try new stuff.

Some thoughts One thing that got me thinking was his slide on the how and the why. Basically the chart looks like this: Advice Reason confidence risk taking charisma social hierarchy competence provisions leadership overall survival Talking to a stranger is risk taking. Having good charisma makes you seem higher up on the totem pole. Who gathered the most animals? A big question in women's hypergamous brain is who have the most provisions. This got me to thinking about how I would develop social…

yes I would read your post. I wanted to work in a bar but I believe I would have to work my way up... so it would be interesting to hear your story.

You can have the wealth and still have a bad experience, maybe because your parents weren't around or your influences were not very great. You could of strove and read as much books as you could and did everything you could but your environment wasn't as good as the person next to you. Don't judge yourself so that it hinders you, continue to move forward and try to enjoy the little things, like having a bed to sleep in. Once you make money, use it on classes that help you grow as a person, and s…

That's great for you. I get paranoid every time I add people, and it gets me depressed seeing the highlights of their lives. I found that I am much happier just not having facebook and by being consistent taking classes (outside of work) that have people I can socialize with. I also feel like I am on my mission this way, improving my skills set. Mission>Men>Me.

I don't mean to kiss your ass but I'm reading your posts and you seem to have some wisdom. So I want to ask, what would you do if you could do it over not chasing girls?

I would say the external matters to a large degree, but you can change what you are surrounded by. When you blame you make yourself a victim of circumstance, whereas change happens from actually doing something about it, taking charge. Taking small steps during the day, surrounded by things that are positive to your goals and easy to grab, can snowball into good habits. Then suddenly it won't really seem as big a deal as a sacrifice as if starting from the lowest hill of activation energy. Makin…

Practical female psychology is amazing, it really breaks down the psychology and emphasize about understanding women rather than being angry.

i don't have much experience neither. Enough so I believe my existence is to suffer, learn to hate. Because in reality girls are not that special; for some reason the more you hate them the more they are intrigued. At this point I am just trying to look as well as I could so that I could impress, and suffer so that when I actually go live it wont be hard to handle others' sufferings.

agreed, though I believe it's better to know the red pill than to not. That way, when I see things for myself I at least got some perspective to look at things. The community as a whole is good. I believe there are a lot of good people here, some of them just don't make a lot of noise and that's fine. I don't know a lot of people with trp viewpoints, and so I am always hoping to meet someone irl who knows and can show me... but for now I'll just try to be that person.

Yep on the path trudging along. It would be really hard to seduce me, but then again I never know when the next curve ball would come... A lot of my learning comes from me just failing. I remember doing the same unproductive crap over and over. I failed once really hard too, so cautious pair of eyes developed from that (and from reading and stuff).... I am an orbiter sometimes but its not that I am not winning anything or I am being taken advantage of (yet); I really do like hanging out. Now I r…

lol thanks. I have to say that its been really hard for me to just start talking and things. Recently someone was asking me why I was so quiet that day, and I just can't help but feel like i was conditioned that way. And it been really hard for me to just be straight with girls. But hopefully one day I get there along with my other ambitions, thanks for the comments-

exactly, yes- if you have an agenda in mind while in action it makes you act weird, people can sense that, the un genuine actions. one way you can tell when someone knows is they start explaining why they are talking to you. this seems unclear but if youre not in the moment, people sense that and are influenced by it, so they mihht want to move away. just a thought thanks, previous comment by another was so angry i was a bit concerned

i dont blame you but they re different people so its not just one. that example anout her being unique really i put it there because i believe people shouldnt be too reluctant to be themselves least they dont do anything. im didnt proclaim to be red pill, just that i know some things and am aware of my situation. trust me its not just good speak, theres more to it then meditation i know where you re coming from, but i dont mean to say spend all your time with a girl. i mean seriously... im not s…

The ability to live your life without any extraneous thoughts passing through your mind about future worries or past mistakes. So spot on for me. I have been thinking about meditating recently because some of my emotions are holding me back from my dreams. It makes you ignore the objectivity you need to make crucial decisions that can affect your life trajectory; not doing meditation can cause you to pick wrong choices that can cause you your time and your life... but you won't know that you mad…

It could just be about being in a higher state and framing situations right. If you're in a place of giving good all the time then there wouldn't be shortage of people that want to receive. Goods you offer might just be enthusiasm, energy, understanding, friendship, small talk, and so forth. When you're in a position to give and expect less in return, then you have power and influence. People want good things in their lives, so they would always welcome it unless there is a misunderstanding.

That's true. People spend a lot of money so they feel like they're taking a massive step toward their well being. They might justify it as a necessary expense. If the price were low, people would probably feel like it wasn't really a live event, rather a televised one, small time.

He gives you the Tony Robbin Feeling, a feeling of understanding and inclusivity. He helps people move on from their past, whether from abuse or bad choices. He reveals uncomfortable truths by asking questions and steering, with a combination of social approval, strong body language, extreme language, authority, inspiring music, and fire walks. But this good feeling disappears. The feeling from giving a roar, getting claps from strangers, doesn't lead to any permanent change. Rather, changing on…

If you put a rat in an empty space, it probably run around here and there but then gives up due to a lack of purpose. If you put the rat in a maze, it eventually navigates toward the end. Then, the creator rewards it and so it is ready for another challenge (made up). You can create the boundaries that women can figure out, then reward them so they learn to respect the boundaries. This analogy to rats is not particular to women and definitely not an attack. The emphasis should really be on order…

Not as drastic but I thought I'd add Injured the muscle near my knee, went on vacation for some directions, tried to find a job for a while. So I went to the chiropractor, applied to more jobs, and today got back to lifting. Today, I hated squatting. I learned to foam roll more. I got knee sleeves so the muscle around my joint won't be too worked. I don't have a gym now so I do it at home. For the past month or so, I haven't lifted because of normal things happening to my life. Getting back into…
