The worst advice a man can ever get is- Just be Yourself. It never works the way it is intended to. Women want someone who can give them excitement, thrill and tingles, in other words "make her feel special". No one can make a women happy, atleast not in long term. it is bound to fail. If you desire a woman to love you for who you are, then you are up for a big disappointment. I was one such person. Not in a complete beta way, but still I didn't want to game the women (moral reasons). I believed in a unicorn, it was a mistake. Women want you to game them. They absolutely want you to pretend to be some kind of mythical prince. That's the importance of game, women will never accept anyone without game or with someone who is just being himself. I know men who are really interesting and social, even then it is impossible to constantly make "the lady" feel special in LTR. Woman crave men for their game, not for who they are from within. They are least interested in knowing who you are (Briffault's Law), they just want to know the quality of your game, which can elevate their status in eyes of their friends and social circle. Few decades back the divorce was looked down upon. Women feared divorce. That social pressure, used to keep women in check. Today if your game drops or frame breaks it's- You Go Girl, the courts, the Facebook and the white knights are with you.
