Yes and no. I'd still like to have a woman. The difference between now and Pre-TRP says is that I'm happy without one. I'm happy to spend my time alone excavating my gifts and talents whereas I'm the past I spent an unhealthy amount of time unsuccessfully chasing and being influctuated by any woman that said hello to me.

I think you're right. It wasn't completely out of context when this interaction happened. She had asked about something else somewhat related to it but I went off on a tangent. There is sexual tension, not in that interaction but other times its pretty thick. In hindsight it was pretty lame but I don't drop the ball often - i'll learn and move on.Thanks for your reply.

I actually think the father/daughter love story in interstellar was quite refreshing because at least least it wasn't the cliche hero trying to save the world.. and a romantic interest. Old murph was definitely annoying at some points throughout the film but she came around eventually and I think overall it was better love story than I've seen in most films.

English women are definitely more work but still AWALT. American women are easier on the front end but probably harder to LTR. English women are harder upfront but stay around longer if make it.

I think maybe replace 'validation' with 're-affirmation'. I'm already validated due to the fact I'm an awesome dude. A girl having sex with me re-affirms this so I am not invalidated if I don't get laid.

I don't feign enthusiasm for anything, it makes me feel like a phony. If I'm not feeling it then Im not feeling it.

also, I dont like bars. In my BP past I went out anyway just so I wouldn't be labeled as the guy who never goes out with his work colleagues.

Maybe you're not wrong, I've only been on TRP for around 3 months so I don't own everything I do yet. I have fun with it.

I did this today at work. The women in the office are planning a "Halloween night out" where everyone in the office will go out and socialise in bars and clubs. They was 3 of them standing at the desk infront of me and and that's when I heard"hey, thedarkstranger". as all three of them looked at me expectantly, "are you gonna come out on Friday?" I said, "no" and put my earphones back on and continued my work. They were silent for a few seconds but j could tell they were still looking at me, you…

Generally speaking, OP is right. Statistically, women who have sex before are worse candidates to consider for LTRs - you can't just I gore that trend by saying you're different. This is not about you in particular it's about a statistically significant trend that exists among all women. NAWALTs exists but they are rare.

"Bitch, I could throw you through a wall!" Or "More power to you" It's always easier to think these up after but this happened before TRP, I would certainly do better today since TRP makes you see things before they happen.

This is minor and makes me laugh when I think about it: I went to subway for lunch with the hot intern girl I was into at the time. She ate her whole footlong sandwich and I only ate half of mine and put the other half away for later. So then, in a very flirty and playful way and infront of another hot coworker, she took a jab at me and said "have I made you feel like less of a man because I ate more than you and you could handle your sandwich?". I then proceeded to explain myself and told her h…

Nah man, Denzel's character saw an injustice (child prostitution) and made it his purpose to get rid of it - and he didn't want anything in return.

Personally that shit bores me so I don't reinforce it. If she's constantly reaching out to me and initiating texts I take that as as sign she's thinking about me and use the opportunity to try and arrange a date. If she doesn't wanna set something I just say "hey, now doesn't seen like a good time for you so check your schedule and give me a call when you're free". I put the phone down and try again in a week or so, if she still doesn't seem available I move on.

You have to start right in border to get the kiss you want. In your case, take her out on an evening date. This will naturally create an opportunity at the end of the date for a kiss to happen. If she gives you the cheek (because she is used to that) hold your hand up to her hair, look her in eye and plant a kiss on her mouth. It's gonna be scary as hell but if it works it's gonna be incredible. If she backs, she's not interested on a romantic level, move on.

When you set a date, put the phone down and only respond if she intimates any contact prior to the actual date. If she does, keep it short and put the phone down. Say "hey, I gotta run. Tell me all about it on Thursday (or whatever day your're meeting)". You're not going to build rapport with text but you will risk saying something dumb, boring or just plain awkward and that's gonna hurt you. You'll literally talk the girl out of liking you. It's much better to minimise texting to setting dates …

Yea it's unattractive because you're being reactive and 'playing her games'. O& don't know her what well yet so stop making assumptions and causing yourself unnecessary headaches. Instead of being reactive, you should be proactive and actually call her instead of texting her and set the date that that way. If she doesn't seems to know when she's free the you do the 'the takeaway' and "now doesn't seen like a good time so let's leave it and arrange something when you know what your doing. Check y…

It's nature. Innately men want sleep with every female at least once and women innately look for a secure guy who will stick around and look after their child.

He's not equal, he is better than them because he actually has to be charming in order to get their attention. They get attention simply because they are girls.

You let her off way too easy and you're setting a bad precedent for yourself. I would have told her "hey, not cool. You knew you weren't gonna make it. I'd much rather you tell me than make me wait around like a jackass". Back off and wait a week before making anymore contact and try to set another date. Also, take her hint, plan to Go out and do something that doesn't involve alcohol.

The text conversion probably died down because you were texting too much without really going anywhere, why did you not try to get a date? Anyway moving on, I would not invite her to a party. If I wanted to just hang out and be friends with her then I would but it's different game if I'm interested in a girl romantically. It's much better to ask her out and take her out on a real date with just the two of us. For me, a party environment is not intimate enough to escalate. Parties are cool for me…

Sex is a rarely ever 'no bid deal', Unless both of you agree 100% upfront that is going to be fwb only, you will have a bad time. And even if you agree, it's likely one person will start to want more.

I actually have some insight on this one. It's like this: Most women love to talk. They are good at it and they'll talk about anything. If like you say, its a woman you already know then all you need to do is be in the same room as them. They will most likely start talking because they can't bear the silence. So long you';re not boring and can grasp conversational threads you'll be good. This is something I recently got over. Theres this one girl in my office that s been working with us for arou…
