Mate I was doing the same stuff last year. I lost nearly all my friends and 2 jobs. Therapists wont help you. They can't. All that anger inside you? Needs to go somewhere productive. Go to a jiu jitsu or a boxing class (or any martial art). It will help you in ways a therapist can not. Therapists are female solutions for male problems. Hit the pads, hit the mat, and see if it helps you. I only advise this because it has helped me so much.
