Totally man. I view everything through a red pilled lens and most "good" series are now unwatchable. Also I've noticed that the writers are starting to backtrack on masculine figures from previous seasons of shows and making them pussies now. Fuck hollywood.

I have two brother who game PS4. And they were telling me about how much fun they had on Friday playing Battlefield 1. I was like, I should get a PS4 and play with them. Then I remembered I quit gaming in 2013. It was my first step to removing the time sucking elements in my life. 2 months ago I was less bulked than I am now. A man's path to excellence is treacherous and long. Imagine what you can accomplish in two years. Keep going, always.

100%. Could not have said it better. While this girls do it on the internet let me tell you when pressed they will openly speak about their sexual strategy. I've exposed so many women like this ultimately turning the shaming back on them.

It was amazing to see how the shit tests I endured at work from women increased as I began to assert myself more and as the gains began to show. Perhaps they perceived me as being a fake alpha after years of bp behaviour.

I keep mostly to myself. I have the odd chat to the guys at the gym and the mma gym I go to. I have a few close friends who I am loyal to. I try see at least one of my friends every week. My job requires me to be engaged but I only read sites like Zero Hedge and Breitbart and the Wall Street Journal. I spend most of my weekends alone doing my own thing. I don't donate to charity anymore. I stopped plating about a month ago. I don't socialise with work colleagues after hours, ever. I see so many …

Recently saw how this plays out, and you're right. Saw a girl sitting alone at a restaurant I had just finished eating at, she was waiting for a friend. I approached her and made a recommendation on the menu, speaking slowly about what made the dish so good. She looked up at me hanging off every word, her eyes even swelled up a bit. I then said goodbye. I don't have time for women who have time to sit at a restaurant all day during the week.

Agreed. These 13 months of improvement for me have been exceptionally tough. I wanted to blackpill so many times. I've sustained injuries from the high intensity workouts I got involved in and I've suffered numerous set backs with women. All of these put me back in bed and into a moping state only to have myself pick me up again a few hours, few days, few weeks later and start it all again. Everyday is a struggle, it's part of our evolution.

Go to doctor. Eliminate possible health reasons for your skinny state. Low T, genetic issues etc. If all clear: go to a gym, get on a heavy diet and just keep going. If you're worrying about the size of your dick I'd assess your mental state too. You clearly need help... there is tons of advice on the red pill and fitness. look up charisma on command on youtube. And stop worrying about your dick size seriously...

I have a "legalise everything" approach to government. The feminine essence is not meant to suck the life out of men. It's meant to be positive, and it is. BUT in short periods. In The Way of the Superior Man the author explain this. Problem is men and women get into LTRs thinking the honeymoon phase will last forever. Either one gets bored, fucks up and hurts the other person. It's not women's nature so much as it is the alluring falsehood of monogamy.

The minute you start doing shit for anyone but yourself you have lost the game. Why do you go to gym? to look and feel good for yourself or for someone else? Do you want to acquire financial security for yourself or for some bottom feeder? If you put yourself first in everything you will not only acquire an abundant mentality but you will happier. Your energies will increase. Reinvest those energies and they will multiply. Congrats you are now self sufficient

Mom is dead. I never got along with her. I think she detested me because I really was nothing like her and saw her as weak. The only person I have remote affection for are my two aunts on my father's side who have always been kind and adoring of me. I have no romantic interests and have one female friend. I had more but I really just let them wither after the pill. I have little to no good memories of associating with any women so my incentive is virtually zero.

Internet dating is cancer. Chicks get loaded with messages because it's easy for horny desperate men to send a digital message than in public. If you want a woman do it the old way (I am not going to give advice on this). I don't have girl friends anymore. I downgraded their relations to such a level that the friendship has effectively dissolved. I did this after swallowing the pill. If you're going to spend time with a woman that you are not related to you should be either attempting to or are sleeping with her. I know that's a very TRP thing to say but it's true. If you're friends or see one another due to a hobby or business that is different and should be considered strictly interest based and professional. M…

I've been taking cold and contrast showers for many years. I began to do it as a means to prevent porn/masturbation. I was also very depressed and distraught following a very serious home invasion. Over time what was meant to be a quick fix turned into a habit. Most people scoff when I tell them that I take a cold shower in the dead of winter. These people have probably never taken a cold shower in their lives. Don't go and read about the pros and cons of it, just start doing it. And if you're g…

One ex plate of mine kept wanting to get exclusive with me. She even threatened another ex plate of mine one day. I knew something was off, I kept telling her no. Agreed. I told an ex plate near the end of our time together that society was falling apart. I touched on the sexodus and that men are refusing to be players in a rigged game. I also explained that this was happening across the spectrum of men (which it is, men pulling out of marriage and being cucks and providers, not just bbs). She was generally quite concerned. I then told her about the wall and that was that. Haven't spoken to her since.

Social media is porn for women.

I concur. And I also concur with what you call healing. To me it's more like rehabilitation. Healing is something just happens, but rehabilitation is an active effort to not just fix an underlying problem but improve beyond the repair. The catch is there is no repair. There is no fix. There is no solution. It's a constant state of change and improvement. We'll all be tempted to revert once we think we've made enough altitude. That's the BP world calling you back. Well, I found it on the internet but it was written in a magazine. Henry Rollins - Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. Listen man, healthy body healthy mind. I'm not going to tell you that you have your whole life ahead of you. You don't. You could die right after reading this. I've had suicidal ideation for a long time and there's nothing wrong me. Don't take your mind seriously man, ever. It's filled with thoughts and many of them have little significance to our holistic self. Try building a better daily regimen. Check out Danger and Play by Mike Cernovich and his book Gorilla Mindset. I also live an isolated …

TRP would rip this apart and say the man is being a beta cuck but we can't gleam that from this story. In all likelihood the wife is just fed up with domesticity and longs for the good old cock riding days and now that we have such widespread connectivity and instant gratification tools and simulated sex devices she's become an amoeba. There could be a host of problems. In many situations with deadrooms they're solved simply by the man grabbing his woman and literally reading her the riot act on…

My three month report on quitting alcohol Some of these may or may not be directly related but the benefits of going alcohol free have been very tangible. Gains: noticeable muscle increase and definition without much change to diet and exercise routine. Mood: my hangovers would last a few hours but the depressed mood of a hangover would last several days. This increased as I intensified my training. My mood is considerably better and my once lethargic (even though I do gym on the weekend) hung o…

I read this post the other day on your blog and it kicked my ass. I live a very routine driven life and yet I still feel like I am wasting so much. Perfection may not be achievable but damn it's worth working toward. Cutting out the internet already got me an hour more or two a day.

I hear you. I'd say I'm in the same boat. Very limited interaction with women. Even when I had my ex who was advertisement actor (incredibly photogenic brunette type) non of that preselection bullshit played out. In fact it repelled women when they saw her, no idea why the trp go on about it I've never experienced it. If anything women are more intrigued when they see me breakfasting alone or out at bars mingling alone. Looks are important always but being dead pan funny smartass is what has alw…

Does alcohol then affect general metabolism over a period of time or is it say per unit ingested at that time until it is metabolised?

This is frighteningly accurate. And actually incredibly sad. Some of the girls I remember from college/school who have chosen to slut it up and "work" as a "social media manager" or go to festivals and live off daddies' charity are fucking miserable. And as you said they live in regret and have no explanation for why they did what they did. It was all for the feels. Some get it right but most women simply become victims of their own biological and social programming

I quit drinking alcohol about three months ago and have not noticed any significant physical changes beyond my current orthodox ketogenic diet. I'm be a happier and less foggy person but that's a different matter. What level and type of alcohol intake constitutes, in your view, a negative effect on reducing body fat?

Which is precisely what I wouldn't want. The more men that unplug the worse off we will be. Imagine all your blue pill friends unplugged one day. Now they're lifting, learning game and getting strong. It's unnecessary competition.

You age is your massive advantage. Use it. Time is finite to humans. Imagine this: when you go home and "dick" around on reddit, you're consuming. You're not creating. You need to develop habits and hobbies that create not consume. I gave up gaming in 2013 because I was playing Black Ops all day and fighting with 12 year olds. What you give up or stop you must occupy. If you stop dicking around on reddit or game fill it with something more constructive.

A lot of this post can be gleamed from No More Mr Nice Guy Purging beta traits and behaviours post swallowing the pill is made out to be so incredibly easy here. I've been lifting for 6 months. Was it difficult to get into the gym? No. Go back to boxing? No.What about gaming? Quit it cold 3 years before TRP. What about TV and not wasting time? I cancelled Netflix. I don't torrent stuff. The problem is people don't realise how much time it takes to recover from a crashed LTR or marriage as you swallow the pill. It's an incredibly iterative process. Some people think the red pill is a silver bullet. It's not. I'm 6 months in and things have not changed quick enough, but I must be patient for that is what we lacked as nice guys.

Agreed, but as it's been repeated, some guys come here, learn the truth, and never leave the anger phase. They may be several reasons for that but to me they're still BP but just with knowledge they'd rather use to hamster their way out of being a better man.

In some cultures and many before us when oral history was very important older folks were the bastions of knowledge. As time went by and life expectancy and technology older people became irrelevant as arbiters of the past, bastions of knowledge and so forth. Aware of this I make my time to speak to older people on the odd occasion to seek out that wisdom they were no longer expected or required to give.

Managing self doubt and checking your inner critic are really important if you want to succeed. Voicing your inner critic is the worst thing you can do after acknowledging it its presence and when it arrives in your mind. Focusing on realistic thinking, which sees solutions, not problems like the inner critic, has helped me maintain a positive and abundant mindset.

Interesting that once the access is granted or "won" to these various, once exclusive strata, women either lose interest, fail entirely or fail to live up to the requirements or dedication required of such strata. The military and combat roles being one such example. The question I have is once women have infiltrated every formerly unavailable or difficult "space" possible what will happen? If humans, and especially women, want more access and more resources, where does that leave us?

Going your own way only gets better with time so why would "we" (we doesn't exist here we are too nebulous) want to go back to anything else? Or consider it a temporary venture or rather adventure? Smoking cigars does not leave a hole in my spirit. It is something I enjoy, just like I enjoy lifting and boxing. I am not here as some form of protest. Men dressing like women and women dressing like men. My stepbrother's girlfriend at dinner last night wore adidas stan smiths, pants and a shirt. She looked like she raided Ellen DeGeneres' wardrobe. I dress well. And I spend money on buying good clothes. I dress in a manly fashion I guess. Boots, trousers, shirts are my go to look. I don't do it to attract women I do it because I pride myself on my appearance.

This has been my view for a while. The info on TRP has been instrumental in getting me back on my feet, but after a few rounds of gaming chicks I realized I was actually doing exactly what happened to me with my ex. Having young married women hitting on you is not flattering, it's fucking sad. So without having contributed to the CC I would not have thrust myself into MGTOW.
