Texas is a no alimony state. Plus, being in this state, her infidelity on a disabled veteran isn’t going to sit well with a small town republican judge. I have a lawyer friend that’s coaching me with any questions I ask. They’re not representing me but they’re definitely giving me advice on navigating the courts and what to expect.

As far as I know of she probably still talks to him. She’s never given me a reason to trust her. So I laid out what she needed to do to reconcile. She agreed then proceeded to do none of it or did it way too late where apparently there’s an expiration date and you won’t know it until you hit it. First wife is worse sort of. She doesn’t have shit for money as a school teacher. She remarried a few years after the divorce and had a kid. She’s now a widow since her deceased husband OD’d on computer duster after getting addicted and cheating on her multiple times.
