Exactly. People need to be aware that a lot of doctors don't know this and try to retract it, only to do lots of damage. Had one try it on my oldest as he felt it should retract on an 18 month old. I didn't know any better to stop it but fortunately he knew better than to force something so no damage was done.

Same here. Felt like a difficult decision at the time to not circumcise the oldest boy. It got easier with the second. And looking back, it was the right thing (not) to do. I'll pay for it out of pocket for them at any point if they decide they want it done.

There are more than a few instances in his many videos where a careful listener can almost hear him making basic RP truths. Or at least a listener engaged in a mild amount of projecting such truths can hear an expert about, among others, evolutionary biology, come to similar conclusions about sexual strategy as ours.

She's actually doing great disservice to her side in the long run. It's pretty obvious to anyone with the slightest critical orientation that she's not interested in anything other than playing gotcha, which JP won.

I second keto if you're referring to intermittent fasting. At 295, you have a long time of counting calories to get anywhere close to having a man's body. IF fits the bill from where I stand because it simplifies life rather than complicating it, the weight falls off, and you'll gain discipline over your hunger.

Your wife is probably as confused about her own perspective and bearing as you are of hers. Keep your outlook on lock down and muddle through this. The 48 laws are good. The art of war might be useful as well. I find the discussion of enemies and battles to be more applicable than the 48 laws, which are digestible over a lifetime rather than in one distilled lesson.

Purpose: To be my own boss (see previous OYS's for more) The Good *Finances planned out through end of 2018. *Body fat was at 13% and waist at 34.5 (6'4" and 193 pounds). You aren't gonna put in the hard work so why should we give two shits about you. But, let me at least try. What's the one thing you need to accomplish before your time on earth is up? Accomplish that and along the way the sexual strategy and everything else will fall in place. Hint: this ain't about your wife.

Yes, I can. It's really just abbreviated so my mind can repeat it as a mantra kind of thing. I'm starting my own business in action right now but formally January 2018. And the goal behind it is to be my own boss. But the purpose is to build a life on my terms where I have abundance of time, wealth, and experiences for myself, children, and wife (she's on board). In addition, this challenge is for me the 64 million dollar life question: can the Greasy German survive and thrive with just his two …

Purpose: To be my own boss 6'4", 194 lbs, 15% body fat, pushing 40 The Good Finished a very large project in the house. Need to sit back and rest on my project laurels before ripping up flooring tile and exhausting myself again. Working my high reps/low weights workouts back to SL. Started squatting again (had been doing leg press and Bulgarian split squat). Abundance mentality and OI are becoming real. Read up on covert contracts again in wiskifg. No sense in doing all this work for someone else when you can do it for yourself. MRP can save the man, not the marriage. If the marriage is saved, that's nice but it can't be the goal you set.

I don't think you're anywhere near ready to let her know in a day or two about what you're going to do. If you're asking here, there's a lot of hill you gotta climb yet. Keep that in mind but it is all about what you want and need, not her. She already made her choice last year.

This is good stuff. I have the anger thing under control in most every domain except this one. I'm a chill guy but repeated hard no's push the anger button like nothing else. For me, I need to learn to short circuit that loop before it really gets going and consumes me inside and leaks out as butthurt. She really only truly shit tests me about when I'm in this loop. I broke the loop last week by going out last week to a bar and doing open Mic and making new friends. So point taken about breaking…

This whole thing is complicated for me. Right now, I don't know. I laid in bed last night and it dawned on me that rejections and hard no's send me on an anger loop (that I can at least observe now) that has its roots in my own lack of abundance mentality. The anger rises from an inability to comprehend at a subconscious level the dissonance between my needing her, her lack of sexual comportion with my needs, my inability to fix the latter, and my inability to truly understand how/why I need her…

Try reframing the question of "is this worth it?" To whom? To any covert contracts you have (as in, I will improve and then she'll f$%# me for sure)? Might work short term but then it's not worth it. To you and your long term success and improvement? Yes, that is surely worth it. You're doing this for you and you're a man on a mission. Take a look at MMSLP next. It will help you figure out what "worth it" means in the context of your life.

You say there is no hack for newbies but that's exactly what this is. And it's risky as you're really after validation from mommy. I remember those days with a cringe. I'd hate even more to remember needing validation so much that I lied or omitted the truth. The way you do anything is the way you do everything.

Be fun and at ease instead of a depressed ball of stress. I think this is it right here for you. Check out Mark Manson's (yeah, that one) The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck. I'm no veteran but things got massively easier and loads more fun when I learned that this entire process can be fun.

Everyone here seems to be forgetting that putting a wedding ring on a chick solves every type of problem you're having. You should definitely marry her right now and then you don't have to work on yourself because you know, happy wife, happy life. Seriously, though. Lift for a few weeks, feel the T rising, and you won't have to ask 'how to man up?' You come off as passive. If I were in your position at the outset of my MAP, I'd of been Red Pill Ramboing so hard the soon-to-be-bride would have to…

Perhaps you're not breathing deeply enough to start with. As a poorly trained vocalist, I know only enough to be dangerous about breath control. But you may be exhaling your reserve too fast in the first few words. Breathy talkers can have this problem. Try restricting just a bit at the back of your throat and focus on evenly and steadily contracting your diaphragm.

I gave you some upvote love but I did have super douchey intentions when I did it so I'm not sure you want it. I once had a short - lived fling with a chick who had a retarded cat that I named Algernon. She'd read the book and got the reference and started calling him that in my presence.

You would also do well to read the top posts in MRP. You will find a number of situations similar to your own in various ways. These posts were for me as valuable as anything else in the sidebar. Give it time, don't rush headlong into anything excerpt the sidebar, and work on yourself first and foremost. The rest will in fact work itself out on its own as long as you continue to own the situation as you are mostly doing.

In a way I worked up to a triple. I'd been telling her I won't buy her lingerie, that's her job. It was a long conversion at any rate. In my younger days, ASD hadn't been coined yet and I sure as hell never figured it out until I read it on here.

Well said. The only problem is that this schtick worked in getting him elected. It's proving completely inefficacious in producing any political wins for him as president. He needs to show that he's more than a one trick pony. It's looking more and more like that's all he is.

Sounds to me that she's just having a little trouble in making the pivot to the second half of her dualistic mating strategy. Seed from alpha who ran off? Check. Thirsty beta to make everything okay? Work in progress. Don't fret, concerned OP. There is a beta in waiting out there and she'll find him before too long and the hamster and his overwhelming thirst will make it a moment made in heaven.

You should read the book Practical Female Psychology. Her request for more communication from you is an attempt to betafy you. She is trying to kill her attraction to you by making you into het little beta. And in the same breath, she is hoping you pass her shit tests and stay a man in her eyes.
