True, if I looked decent, I'd post a pic.

Fruits are good carb sources, also high in nutrients, so as long as you count them in your calories you're g2g. Only thing I'd note is that for a cut, whole foods makes it a lot easier. My stats are 27, 6'1", 188lbs, ~18% BF.

So let's say your eating 150g of protien and 75g of fat. Out of 2000 calories that's 600 calories from protein and 675 calories from fat. (4 calories per gram of protien and 9 per gram of fat.) After that you want to finish out your calories with carbs, so 725 calories left over, divided by 4 calories per carb, you get about 181 grams of carbs. So total you'd be eating per day would be 150g protien, 75g fat, and 181g carbs. That's a pretty balanced split. If you need to drop calories later on, y…

If you already lift, keep doing that. Count calories, I use My Fitness Pal. Keep it around 2000calories. .8 grams of protien per lb of body weight(so sbout 140-150) .4 grams fat or more per lb body weight (so 74+) and the rest in carbs. I would stick to a lot of vegetable. If it's green, you don't need to count the calories. Stay away from pasta, bread, candy, soda (which you should just really cut out all together). Drink lots of water. For cardio, just walk a lot. Start with a mile, and try an…

Not op, but I would say something similar to paleo. Although you don't need to avoid all beans and grains, but a diet full of vegetables and meats, in that order, is a solid diet. Things like bread and pasta, although not inherently bad for you, are low in nutritional content and easy to overeat. Keto isn't bad as a temporary diet for losing fat, but I wouldn't recommend sticking to it long term.

Dude, you should post about the lifestyle of healthy eating, would be awesome info for the sub. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy all the 'how to get shredded' and 'how to pack on muscle' posts in here, but a red pull man needs to learn how to take care of himself in the long run too, not just the most efficient way to look good enough to slay pussy.

Lots of people in here aren't shredded. I think a lot of the successfyl, vocal people in here are though, which is why we see posts from them.

Also, society already talks about how much men are lying cheating pigs, that all men are like that weather it's true or not. Part of the point is that while everyone has heard that about men, everyone tries to act like women are all special snow flakes that would never be so cold. The red pill is about waking up, so we have to yell AWALT so men will actually hear it and open their eyes to the fact that love isn't unconditional and that there are reasons that women will leave you even if you don'…

It's not as if we don't know he's leading us. We just enjoy his bravado and excessiveness. As long as he keeps giving good advice and being entertaining well keep listening, or at least reading his posts. ;)

As a Sci fi lover, this reminds me of psycho history in the foundation series. That it's nearly impossible to predict what an individual will do, but as a whole, humans are extremely predictable.

This is the way it's done. Soft dread. It's not the flirting with a waitress and pissing her off of hard dread, it's just doing normal shit, usually self improvement, that just makes her reconsider weather she runs you, and weather she can keep you around if she keeps up a bunch of shit. I believe soft dread is the easiest and most effective RP tool to implement in an LTR. Hard dread is only for extreme cases when stuff like soft dread doesn't work.

I just hate it when people try and vilinise 'GMO's as a whole. Some could definitely be bad, while others may pose no threats or improve the organism. It all just depends on what the modification was. I'm personally uncomfortable with my corn producing it's own pesticides, but totally ok with rice producing vitamin A.

Oh for sure. Wasn't trying to say that stuff doesn't work, just that it would have been a mistake for me to do something like get a tattoo, which I've personally never wanted, just to get girls.

The way I think of TRP is in two parts. One part, is the cheat sheet for the opposite sex. The other part is a philosophy that leads you to expanding yourself to other useful philosophies and habits via male centric self improvement principals. TRP leaves plenty of room for, and even invites, co-mingling of other useful things like yoga, meditation, bhudism, stoicism, etc.

TRP changed me. It changed me for the better in so many ways. When I first found TRP, I was just looking for a way to fuck hot chicks. But after spending enough time on here, I started lifting, something I'd always wanted to do but never really got the motivation to do before. I started opening my mind and my eyes more than they had ever been opened before. And most importantly, I stopped giving a fuck about fucking hot chicks and instead started giving fucks only about maxing out me for me. I d…

I think the reason so many people want to be 'infertile alphas' is because they're rightfully scared of losing their freedom to a woman. We all strive for freedom and power here, and then if we want children, we have to risk everything we've worked for to have them. In today's legal situation it's not worth the gamble to a lot of men. To put what I'm saying in some perspective, I want children, but I'm very much afraid of giving any woman that kind of legal power over me. As I see it you can be …

I've had a script for addy a couple of years now. It's a life saver for me. I don't take it every day, hell not even every week, but when I need to get some shit done, I know I've got it. To all the people saying that you'll get addicted, and that adderall is basically meth, and it 'soooo not red pill/alpha!' You must not have much control over yourselves. Anything can be a tool. As long as you are using the tool, and it's not using you, it's useful. Learning to use anything and everything in th…

I got my last LTR to get an iud because I fucking hated condoms so much. First time I did it without a condom I was like "Oh shit! This is what everyone was talking about!" Before that I would have agreed with OP that it's a bit of a let down and mediocre at best.

I completely agree. Me and my brother were just talking about this in relation to our mother the other day. She's been getting a little more crazy lately. She flipped her shit on him during the day while I was in bed and then when I woke up she tried to talk to me about it and flipped shit when I suggested something my brother had said had good intentions even if it had poor execution. We're both having to learn that AWALT doesn't just apply to women you want to fuck, but unfortunately family to…

Option 5) Kids, no partner. This is the option I'm looking into. Find a way to have a child but only you have legal rights to it. Possibly some kind of iron clad contract with a surrogate. Option 6) Find a male partner (not actually gay, just a companion) at some point and take advantage of the gay marriage laws to get the tax breaks and combined income. This is of course an odd option, but could be good for a small minority of people.

This sub really cemented everything for me. Before finding TRP, I was beta of course, but like many here, I could feel that something was off, that we were being lied to. This led to me to two things at first, a live of science for the truth it gives, and an interest in conspiracy theories. I still don't trust the government, because now I know they lie instead of just suspecting it, but I'm closer than ever to being alpha. I had always been into self improvement, but I could never really keep u…

Heh, really we should all post a really good post from TRP on our social media, but disguise it so we don't get the social fall out. Just title it with something like "I can't believe this kind of thing even exists! These people are crazy!" or some other kind of hate on TRP that'll at the same time make it clickbait.

This is really similar to something I said to a friend of mine a while back. We were shooting the shit while I was deadlifting, and said that he would never put all this effort out for a worthless woman. I told him that that's not the reason you improve yourself. You lift to be healthy, to look and feel awesome, cause it's fun, and cause everyone treats you better when you're ripped, not just women. Plus the effort you put into yourself is effort you don't have to put out to get pussy.

I saw a link posted on Facebook of all the Disney Princesses drawn with 'normal' waistlines(Read fat). I looked at the comments, expecting to see a bunch of women saying how beautiful they were and shit, but was pleasantly surprised when every single comment was about how fat and ugly the pics were and how they shouldn't promote being fat and unhealthy! Not completely 'Red pill' but nice to see a little fat shaming.

Red pill TL; DR- Women want you to take charge and act manly. Do this. Then go up and just talk to chicks. Also, obligatory lurk and read everything in the sidebar, probably twice. Lift- First things first, get looking good. This will go really far to making everything else easier. You want to gain lean muscle mass, but stay between 10%-15%. If your a complete noob, start with a focus on strength instead of just mass gaining. Fashion- Dress better. Get some clothes that fit well. Most men are we…

My mother actually does explain to the dog what it did wrong, that it's ok, but don't do it again. I'm always like, "It's a fucking dog, it doesn't know what your saying!" And she always says something like, "Yes he does! Who's a good boy!" It drives me nuts.

You could try approaching guys first. Just go up and make conversations with strangers, that way you aren't worried about getting laid, or kino, or anything sexual. You can just practice conversation and confidence walking up to strangers. When you feel confident doing that, move up to ugly chicks, old women, or other women you're not interested in, and then try women you're attracted to after all that. Just like lifting, start with low weight, practice form, and progressively overload. Good luc…

That sounds like some serious heavy handedness from the mod. This is supposed to be a board about discussion, if you're gonna post a sensitive topic, you have to be ready to hear some differing opinions. If you 2 ant a support group, go to one, or hire a shrink. The people on here have some very strong opinions on some very controversial subjects, and that's part of what makes it such a great place to learn and discuss and not just circle jerk.

Wow man, don't even know why you're on here, clearly the scientific method means nothing to you, you don't need anyone else, and you only believe what you yourself want to, so why even be on the internet, or TRP? Because you're a troll, a silly troll.

Everyone is held accountable for what they say. You can't just go around saying shit, then when someone responds, say you didn't mean what you are clearly saying, that's just retarded. I deal with people like you all the time, people who just want to argue for the sake of arguing. You'll say whatever you need to to get your fix. Go troll elsewhere, or better yet, get a life.

I really don't think you understand that it's not just an opinion that humans are social animals, it's supported by many studies. It's been shown that humans which are completely cut off from social contact will go insane. Even if you're a fucking Rambo badass who can completely take care of himself, you cannot function properly without social contact.

Although I've only just begun my red pill journey, and I don't plan on any LTRs, or children til I'm out of my twenties at least, I do agree that having children, and a bit that having a son is important. Now, I don't really believe that my genes are super important, I do feel like my 'memes', or my values and beliefs, the wisdom I've accumulated, should be passed down to individuals of the next generation. Of course having children isn't the only way of achieving this, you could become a teache…
