I've never tried that. For all the big lifts (squats, bench, dead lifts), I always do 2 sets of lighter weight for 8 reps, then 2 sets of slightly heavier weights for 6 reps, then 2 sets of heavier weight for 4 reps, and then 1 set of the heaviest I can go for 2 reps. Is this not the best method for putting on mass?

At 16, I started working out by doing only body weight excercises (pushups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, etc.). Study what mistakes are automatic failures and practice/ be aware of those whenever you drive. Also, maybe the DMV location you take your test at is a bit harder to pass than others? I'm 17 and I passed this year on my first try with a total with 9 mistakes. It really isnt as hard as you think it is. Just seriously keep practicing and remember to avoid automatic failures.

This is very good advice and I agree with everything you said except for the "fap like crazy" part. I understand what you are referring to when you say that fapping will make one less anxious about women, but I think for majority of the people, NoFap is the way to go, especially if someone is in a dark place.
