things I'm doing to improve myself: losing weight via diet and exercise (down 10gk to 108kg in the last 3 weeks) learning Japanese getting my Bachelor of audio engineering learning bass guitar moving to a better neighborhood yoga / stretches minimum 10 minutes a day selling excess stuff that I kept for sentimental reasons, allowing me to move on from the death of my father. I will be adding more to the list once I've finished moving my stuff and have re-aligned my goals.

I'm not very good at multitasking... so I'm attempting to get my self improvement on track first priority... down 8kg in 2 weeks of pushing hard (about 1/3 to my goal of losing 29kg in 6 months)... booking the holidays I want, improving my vocab and social skills.... not bothering to argue when the woman (women) in my life tries to start things. I still slip... but less each week that passes!

where to start.... that you don't need to approach "random" unknown women & you'll meet someone via your friends always that being a typical nice guy will get you anywhere beyond the friends zone that being attentive to the things she says she needs will let you in her pants

I need to move somewhere where 2k approaches is possible.... I'll make it happen though.. Thanks for the input :)

I try for it... there are just places (in the materials and in the field) that I feel so lost I get paralyzed... I'll keep pushing though, fingers crossed

thanks for the input... and yeah that's good advice to not try for too many things at once. just keep it simple

I will try this.. about to go traveling for 3 weeks... so I hope to find places that I have no calibration for (hence, not my style). breaking patterns is a process, isn't it? seems like there are more bad habits I need to break too...

thanks for responding ! yeah, I am realizing I need more practice... now to find a place in this somewhat mediocre town that suites my "style" to practice more in...

thanks! I will practice, practice, practice!

thanks ! yeah I think I need to give it more time... it's only been 6 months or so since I started pushing for personal improvement in these areas.

:D affirmation I'm on the right track helps, thank you !! still wish I had someone in person to work with as I'm more visual and hands on than anything else... but I will push on !

ah yes... I thought that might be the case, I will press on and try to learn more. thanks for the expanded explanation of genuine, it helps... I do also have a big issue with that whole approval seeking behavior thing, as I think it's a relic of how I was raised to approach (and never learnt that it doesn't work, until recently). I will try and be more honest and genuine with my intent & not seek approval, whilst remaining likable... thank you again

thanks, I think you're onto something! I meet a fair few girls, but they all want to be nothing more than a friend, which is ok... but not what I'm looking for.... ...Now I need to work out how to project / establish that sexual image you refer to... having more faith in myself seems to be the key here & I'm hoping my goals of fitness and physical health will help with the psychological side of this. I will keep pushing

thank you Miagi san. I will attempt to still my mind and not focus on the "what happens next"

thank you ! yeah, I have a feeling I'm not giving it enough time and practice. but on occasion I feel like Homer Simpson with the "every time I learn something new some of the old stuff falls out of my brain" hahahaha I try to never out right pretend per say, but just slightly modify the real "me" to be more in line with those who have greater success

thanks. I think i do a lot of that... maybe even too much :/ there is a chance I'm not doing it well though (for example, internalizing the wrong things)

thanks ! yeah, I used to have confidence issues with putting myself out there in social situations... but I can force myself past that pretty quickly now. the "be attractive" thing I'm still working on... I hope as I improve my physical image I will improve my projected "attraction level" (for want of a better term). this is why I feel I need a coach though.. I feel like I miss the opportunities to make moves, but I have no way of confirming (apart from her refusal or the discontinuation of the …

maybe I am missing one of the points... but I think it's that I usually forget stuff in the heat of the moment. thanks for the feedback though, it all helps.

thank you. I'll try to get out even more (within reason). I was basically clueless, so the material gave me a leg to stand on, so to speak... I will finish reading what I have and not chase more, while in the mean time get out more.

thank you ! sounds like I might be being impatient.. only begun the process 6 months ago & I was somewhat of a wreck then. I will keep at it, talk to even more girls... and try to discover what works.

thanks ! so, next outing, avoid major pitfalls & try and "do my own thing" or at least discover what that is.

not exactly raised entirely by a single mom... but my dad was beta as F**K (really book smart, didn't impart a single thing regarding social skill to me though). now that I've started reading up on TRP, I realise that most of my family is run by the women (with the exception of one of my uncles)... I've had about 30 years of beta indoctrination enforced by most of the men and women in my life, it's an up hill battle, but I refuse to give up!! most of the men in my life have huge fear and orbiter…

I have a feeling I may run in to a similar problem... I don't often have an issue talking to people, but due to my lifestyle and location there are days where I don't actually see more than 5 or 6 people. I will attempt to go out of my way today to talk to 10 people...

I'm also new to the game / TRP... but my understanding is it's a whole approach, regardless of the resources, logistics and whatever else available to you... it's about becoming a Man and that in turn is what supports your game... as I said, I'm new to all of this too, so please correct me if I've got this wrong.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
