Strictly from the aesthetic point of view: It helps, but don't go overboard. It may bite you in the ass when/if they think you spend all your time at the gym, don't drink at all, don't deviate from your diet, etc. It could turn you into eye candy, without much else. Intimidation may play in as well. (Unless that's what you're going for.) You might want to go for "in shape"/"strong," but beyond that may hurt you more than it helps. After all... "everything in moderation."

I've seen this guy's series of videos posted a few times before, and he seems to have a fairly solid idea of the concept to at least get you started: Kino Escalation From personal experience, just starting off with a simple arm touch (without staring into her eyes like a creeper) works perfectly fine. After that, just make your move based on how things feel - just don't force any physical contact if she doesn't seem to be open to it.

Boyfriends are like people you need to eliminate before having sex with a girl you're interested in. ...wait

I'd suggest owning it ... being self conscious and unhappy with yourself is worse than braces when it comes to attractiveness 100% agreed. Also, think about it this way... if a girl is going to make fun of you or be put off by the fact that you're bettering yourself, is she really worth trying to pursue? Some girls even say braces are cute. Really, the only legitimate downside is they may cause some problems during your, uh... intimate adventures. And again, keep in mind: it's only temporary

Exactly. You have to start out somewhere. If you're naturally born with either a killer physique or awesome skills with women/dancing, chances are you won't be wasting your time at the gym or dance floor.

Great analogy, I'd say. Also worth pointing out that the people that frequent both places and have a lot of experience will only look at you with respect -- "hey, that guy may be new, but at least he's trying." The only judgment will be if you begin acting like a complete assclown and causing a scene.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
