I met my husband at work, we still work together and no one cared. People at work think it’s adorable

If only 0.1% of the US population as a whole meet your standards we are still talking about 329000 people :D

This is so meaningless, because the percentage of women with your exact hight, race, income and age is also tiny

My best friend did the same? Wanna know why that 27 year old man isn’t ready to propose to her? He’s still recovering from his recent divorce

Order cheap pregnancy tests from Amazon in bulk ( the ones that are only a paper strip) and take a test every week like clockwork. Protect yourself. Make sure you have all the information as early as possible

I’ve never slept with a guy early on and I didn’t have people ditch me because of it. But I also tell them very early on that I’m not going to sleep with them. Like even before the first make-out session. Most, if not all, LVM will exit here. But that’s a good thing

I have a theory why any woman ever consents to violent acts in bed: Men are fucking lazy. That’s it. How many of them will just stick their dick in after 3 and a half minutes of foreplay and all you get for the rest of the act is monotone in and out movement. So in contrast to that kind of ‘vanilla’ you get the ‘rough sex’ crowd: they slap you, bite you, choke you. They touch other parts of you. It seems passionate and high effort. Again, lazy men pave the way for abusive men. If you ever had an…

Many men are not used to women setting boundaries. This is why one woman having high standards benefits every woman in that society

Get a second opinion. And a third. I was a scrub nurse and worked in gyn occasionally and I’m 95% sure that you are not fine. And even if you are, you’re doctors failed at providing the right pain management. This is not normal, this is not fine. Demand better

Me and my current partner use lube. I never needed any before, and I honestly get aroused pretty quickly. But he’s the biggest I’ve been with yet and the first time was a bit uncomfortable, even though he did a lot of foreplay. I brought a small bottle of lube I had and it made everything super comfortable. He bought a bottle for his plays, he’s the one who goes and gets it when we need it, he applies it before penetration every time and without fail. I think that’s the only way that I could be …

‚Not intended for everyday use‘ I am a HUMAN. I am not intended for use at all I know he tried to be quirky with this, but language really matters in those contexts

When I got my current job I told my ex my salary. He expressed how happy he was for me, but also made a joke about how I don’t outearn him quite yet. I pointed out the fact the he was spending about 650 bucks a month on his car, while mine (taxes, insurance, gas, repairs, car-washes, just everything) were payed for by my company. So my buying power and my ability to save every month was much higher. The congratulations stopped and he got very salty about it. I was allowed to be successful, as lo…

Community ≠ romantic partnership I feel bad for the men and women who can’t feel connected outside of sexual relationships or parenthood. I definitely want (and have) a romantic partner, I am just saying that the bar for men is rising, and it should since a lot of women can absolutely provide for themselves

It’s not a bad thing. But in most heterosexual relationships the woman ends up taking over more of the domestic work, mental load, organisation and planning. Marriage can propel male careers and stunt female ones. Not to mention what pregnancy and maternity leave are going to do to your career and life time earning potential. In a time where women start catching up and even outperform men in education and career paths it’s really hard to see why anyone would move in with a man. If she’s already …

Investing 20k in stocks by the end of the year, I’m about half way there Getting all certifications for work that I wanted. I’m 3 out of 4 so far Continue to vet my current relationship. It’s going great so far, but I’ll keep being careful Making a move within my company. There are 2 vacancies I’m interested in and I want to finish my applications before the end of July I want to dress well everyday, no matter how I’m feeling. Dressing like a bum always makes me feel worse, so I’ll try to stop d…

Sadly, for a lot of pick-mes ‚finding the one‘ just means finding a man who is willing to date me even though I haven’t improved anything about myself

Well you knew then, don’t be to hard on yourself. You said you will continue to vet and you did. You found out he was LV before you did anything drastic. All is good, life moves on

I had a women in a nightclub grab both my boobs from behind and squeezed them! When I got upset and wanted to report her people told me to calm down, it’s just another girl, why am I so upset? One guy even asked if I was that uncomfortable in my body that nO oNe was allowed to touch me???? I‘m very comfortable and still no one is allowed to touch me!

Those things are just bribes of NVM to manipulate women to stay in shitty relationships

I was that woman at some point. Low self-esteem and years of constant abuse can really do a number on you. I am now talking to a (I think so far) HVM and it’s fascinating. I could have had someone like that all along, I just had a bad run-in with a fat, ugly abuser

‘Needed a break from his life’ ??? ‘ Won’t be my man’??? Am I the only one who thinks the guy is in a relationship and she knows? I do feel sorry for her, it seems like she has unhealthy views about herself and a healthy sexlife. And the guy just sounds terrible all around

Yeah that. My ex gave me chlamydia about 2yrs before I wanted the IUD. Which apparently lead my gyno to believe that it’s only a matter of time before I end up with a STI again. God, I hate it here

I had the opposite experience: I wanted to go off the pill and get a copper IUD and I had to fight for it. 2 doctors refused to insert it because I haven’t had children yet and they believed the pill to be perfectly safe. The female doctor that ended up placing it also helped me to report the other two and I’m very grateful. Birth control is personal, I had all the facts, I’m a HCP myself. I should have the option to choose to go non-hormonal when I want to

My LV ex boyfriend bought into this quote and felt so validated. It was one of many red flags. While he kept insisting that he shouldn’t have to change for any relationship, I had to change nearly everything about me to make living together bearable. And he felt like he was sacrificing for the relationship while I was just cruising along on his money (spoiler alert: I have never been as poor as I was when I was dating that man-child) Women are not loved unconditionally. Men have conditions over …

Not to generalise, but: attractive men are often nicer and more interesting too? And that’s not just me wearing rose tinted glasses. Being attractive has many movable parts, like clothes, hygiene, hairstyle, beard, clear skin, clean nails, good smell, working out, eating well, etc. An intelligent and kind man will take care of these things and be automatically more attractive, while a bitter slob will look like one

I have never ever had sex on the first date. If I want to see the guy again I kiss him at the end of the night, maybe even make out a little. But then I WALK HOME. Up until now they all wanted to see me again, and I really believe that you give it up at the first date most guys won’t call back. Don’t respond to the pressure. Any guy who pressures you to have sex right away is NOT high value
