I have good days and bad, and moments too. :) Working to be my best self more often. Thanks, take care. I'm really not an asshole...most of the time. :p

I admire your desire to help, but like I said I'm way beyond needing this information myself. I kept the subscription to help others but I unsubscribed earlier today. Best of luck buddy. ;)

I agree with you, although there should be a corollary: "But if 99/100 people spit you back out, you might not be the juicy ripe peach you think you are." This quote is simply a bad way to look at a situation. We aren't peaches, with a certain defined ripeness and juiciness that peaks and declines. Peaches can't make themselves better. We can. And that's why I think this quote is harmful. After a rejection, I find it more useful to use that to motivate my continued improvement rather than saying…

I'm not on call to help you, I just write what worked for me. Thats all I can do. :) Ask yourself why you feel awful. If it's because you don't like or respect them, spend some time trying to meet higher quality women. If it's some other reason, ask yourself if you may have been brainwashed by society and culture into feeling this way. A psychedelic trip may be needed to cleanse some of the preconceived ideas society has pounded into your head from birth. It certainly entirely changed the way I …

Exactly my point. Avoiding accountability is poisonous and shouldn't be promoted in a sub I expect to be focused on self improvement.

An expert in this topic would certainly know that making excuses for your shortcomings isn't the right way to go about attracting a high quality woman. What the hell is the point of this sub again? Sit around and hold hands and tell each other we don't need women, we're good enough the way we are? Sure seems like it.

That might make you feel better to call me an incel but I have no problem getting laid and am in a very satisfying relationship with an awesome, very attractive woman. And I certainly didn't get there by pretending "it's not my fault women don't like me, boo hoo, not everyone likes peaches so it's all OK though". It was (is) constant hard work and relentless self improvement that got me where I am.

For some reason I thought this sub was about causing attraction in women, not about making people feel better about women not liking them. My mistake. :p This is some weak ass shit and not useful. I fail to see how making yourself feel better about women not liking you is at all related to the goal of making women like you.

This sounds like something a weak ass pussy would tell themselves as they jerk themselves off to sleep at night with their own tears.

I dunno man, but there seem to be enough attractive girls out there that I just go for the ones who aren't bitches. Do you really want to fight your way through some retard's bitch shield to get your dick wet for a few minutes just because she's hot? If you do, find the ones who are bitches to everyone, not just you. Also there is a difference between being a bitch to you but continuing the interaction, and being cold and making it clear that she does not want to continue the interaction. Figure…

Your friend is totally right about women not wanting to hear your feelings about yourself. It's true of men too. Almost no one ever really gives a shit in any way about how you feel about yourself, deal with it and move on. Open up about other things such as: your feelings on literally any other topic.
/r/askTRP10/09/17 09:59 AM

Dude are you a human being? Open up about actual things that are going on in your life but don't be a little bitch about it. No one can tell you what issues you should open up about, in a real relationship you just end up sharing parts of your life with your partner. The balance is: don't complain much, be manly, don't be a little bitch.

You can choose to fulfill yourself to the greatest extent you can or you can choose to be a weak useless pussy, at each moment of your life. Stop being ashamed at feeling animal urges and stop fucking getting hung up on women because they have "base" primal urges. Guess what? Women and men are fucking animals! Why does everyone pretend we aren't when we know humans are animals!? You're let down because women aren't actually magical pure angel fairies? Grow the fuck up. And go fuck a women like a…

Step #1 is absolutely don't use your money to try to get women unless you want a gold digger to spend it for you. Follow all the typical advice. The money will just make it a bit easier but you still have to put in the work.

I have absolutely no desire for children / family / white picket fence bullshit so it works well for me. We're both software engineers which provides us with lots of freedom and cash to pursue our goals. She's level headed, intelligent, funny. She buys me shit all the time and also says stuff like "yes sir" when I tell her to do something. She's got a great body and a tight little pussy. And also there's a difference between tatted up and having a few tattoos. So I'm good with it.

Absolutely. I worked with her for about a year and a half before we hooked up about a year ago. So known her for about 2 1/2 years. She's hilariously out of the loop when it comes to any of that. She once referred to tinder as "that swipe left thing". When I met her she hadn't had sex in almost 4 years.

She actually travels all over by herself to visit libraries. She's never had a one night stand because she's shy and she thinks it would be weird and complicated. Glad she never figured that one out. ;) Super low n-count, good career, and pretty much spends all her free time reading books and volunteering at an animal shelter. I lucked out with this one. I doubt most people here would believe that she's telling the truth about this stuff but turns out there are a few good women out there.

I'm in absolute agreement with you. I think most guys here scrape the bottom of the barrel at clubs and bars and then come here to complain about how women are slutty and dumb. If people are actually meeting many attractive women (like they say they are) then it's really not that uncommon to meet intelligent, high quality women with tattoos. Or maybe we are just extremely lucky. In any case, I'm glad to work hard and be lucky. Hope the rest of the folks here can get there some day.

Hahahahaha...I think you should probably try picking up women somewhere other than bars or clubs. I'm amazed at how people in this sub think all women are dumb sluts. I meet high quality women constantly, I'm sorry most people here seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel.

My current SO has a couple tattoos, they certainly are not a red flag in many cases. She's a world traveler and an artist although pretty shy and a bookworm. I'd say look at who your social circle includes. Did you meet her at a bar or club? Yea probably red flag. But if you continuously meet interesting, intelligent people who have strong personalities, tattoos can be an expression of those personalities. It's body art for some people and those are the people I personally spend my time with. If…

If you enjoy working with computers, I highly recommend doing that. I fee absurdly lucky with my job I love, high salary, and unlimited vacation. Obviously gym at lunch, etc. stay in shape.

I did a bit of research and there don't seem to be harmful long term effects to taking b vitamin supplements as long as you don't take more than the recommended dosage. As far as I can tell, they don't build up in the body (they are water soluble) so it's a low likelihood you will get too much. All the same, I would look at the side effects of too many b vitamins and if you feel any of them, take a break. I don't take them every single day just because I don't want to accidentally have too much,…

Taking a high quality b-complex made a huge difference for me. I had previously figured all vitamins were the same and almost never took them because I didn't notice a difference, I did a bunch of research and ended up using one called "b-right" and 5-htp every day. I remember waking up "alert" before my alarm clock for the first time in my life, ever (I'm 30). I now take good quality vitamins every day and notice within a day if I miss my dose. That worked for me, you may be vitamin deficient. …

I don't agree that personal fulfillment and relationships or career would have no overlap in a Venn diagram. I believe you can still be fulfilled by something without being reliant on that fulfillment to maintain your inner peace. Bask in the fulfillment, but do not depend on it.
/r/askTRP21/06/17 04:23 PM

Exactly right. But at the same time eating a well-cooked pot roast and veggies is going to be more fulfilling than constantly popping open a new bag of cheetos.
/r/askTRP21/06/17 04:19 PM

Because seeking validation or fulfillment from another human (or really, any external thing) will always leave you unsatisfied and wanting more, in the long run. Inner peace can only come from inside yourself. That's why they call it "inner" peace.

Having a girlfriend isn't a bad thing. IMO the further you get into TRP you realize simply banging interchangeable plates is pretty unsatisfactory in the long run. It's fun, but I personally look for fulfillment rather than just "fun". Move beyond basic-level TRP and try out a non-exclusive LTR. It can be very good and a new challenge once you're tired of switching out plates every 4-6 months or whatever.

Yo shouldn't say "whatever comes to mind", you should practice making the right things come to mind. Think about your past week and future week and make a comment about some aspect a person might find interesting. If nothing at all interesting happened to you in the previous week or will happen in the next week, you need to work on making your life more interesting (hobbies, traveling, etc).

I have learned how to do this over the past few years (have small conversations with strangers). Not too hard once you get the hang of it. I think the trick is to stop automatically responding with a precanned answer that isn't truly related to relating. "Good, thanks. And how are you?" isn't a great answer for this. It's automatic and isn't part of a conversation. Think about how you're doing, and respond in a way that is true. "I'm doing alright. I locked my keys in my car earlier! Doh! Are yo…

Get used to people not giving a shit about you doing well. That's just the name of the game. The path to the top can be a lonely one, many people get their validation by feeling like they are doing better than other people. If you take that away from them they feel threatened.

Remember amused mastery. Sarcasm doesn't show amused mastery. You can also hold frame and do nice things for your girl. Just make that part of your frame. My frame is strong as shit and I do nice things for my lady because that's what I choose to do. You held frame, but you were also a dick. They certainly aren't mutually exclusive. Next time choose your frame better.

Women look for sex from attractive partners the same way men look for sex from attractive partners, except men tend to be able to lower their standards more so than women. Glad to hear you're improving yourself. Keep it up.

Ahh gotcha. I'm sorry I said that in a pretty adversarial tone. It's very false that women don't look for sex or enjoy sex. It's just that women are much more discreet about it for various reasons, one of which is that she may be labeled a slut by other people. I'd say women actually like sex even more than men. I'm not even joking. Their capacity for orgasms / sexual pleasure is just crazy, I'm really jealous that they can cum as hard as they do. Current gf had foot cramps so bad she was limpin…

I don't know man, at some point I realized the whole Disney prince thing is bullshit and keeping myself detached is the only way to truly achieve my goals (LTR that's sexy, smart, awesome, and super duper in love with me. Currently very satisfied). It became easier once life kept proving over and over again it is the only way. I've also done a lot of philosophical study and LSD which has prepared my brain for accepting new paradigms for how the word works.

Read, meditate, garden, yoga, guitar, programming, whatever, get a hobby man. Life is short and you're going to regret wasting it one day a time. Also don't sit around waiting to get a car before you do these things. That's just another excuse right now. I used to sit around and do tons of drugs, now I sit around and do drugs less. Being awesome. Not joking. Work hard, be in shape thru exercise / adventuring / doing cool shit, be ambitious and work hard to achieve your goals. Just like every guy has completely different criteria on what women are attractive, barely any overlap. And it's definitely hit or miss whether women find Tom Brady, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Johnny Depp, Bradly Cooper, etc etc attractive. Really a crap shoot, each human is an individual snowflake after all. No commonality there.

Intelligence is necessary, but not sufficient. Any time a women describes what she's looking for, she's already excluded the 80% of the male population she finds unattractive. Anything a women describes as desiring in a partner is on top of "having chemistry" (aka you are attractive and she wants to bang you). Just work out dude. Seriously. Women talk about men's bodies the same way men talk about women's bodies. "Oh damn did you see that? Holy shit I wouldn't mind taking those pants off any day…

Luckily men are 90%+ in charge of their attractiveness. It's all about how much work you put in. Are you attractive once you take off your shirt? No? Guess you have some work to do. Are you in control of your life and destiny? Do you have ambition and goals? Accomplishments behind you? No? Get to work motherfucker. No one is going to love your pitiful ass for who you are (and even if they did, it's not going to be fulfilling). The real world isn't a place to ask for a handout. A few men are born…

This answer is lacking. Of course every man is going to understand. But "admitting defeat" publicly for the sake of logic is a tingle destroyer. We can have both if we think things through and act appropriately.

Avoiding a group of other men due to fear of what is possible has a sense of weakness. We aren't dealing with logic, we're dealing with psychology. I think of it like this: every woman wants to believe her man is the most badass motherfucker on the planet. Help her with that.

Despite the other responses, I think so. Here's why. Men are hardwired to procreate. Our evolutionary purpose in life is to be sexually active and reproduce as much as we can. The drive to bang women is nearly universal in men. Without women, men tend to be depressed and in old age tend to become isolated and decay without female companionship. Studies show that divorced men have higher rates of depression and suicide. This leads me to believe that most men cannot live a fully satisfied life wit…

I'm honest and spin plates. Women are open to it because they've usually done it themselves (seeing multiple people). Don't provoke. It will have unintended consequences later, even if you don't realize it. You're potentially blocking yourself from opportunities you never knew existed. You're never going to agree with 100% of the things any individual believes. If you alienate anyone who doesn't agree with you, you are hobbling your potential to build social capital.

No idea I was too young then to know for sure. But looking at my peers it has to have been different at some point. I heard something once that stuck with me - if you aren't confident in going up and starting a conversation with a person (male or female) you aren't going to be confident going up and talking to a woman either. Research how to improve conversational skills in general. Books are your friend. Read "how to win friends and influence people". You're living in a fantasy world, buddy. It's a bummer you're unable to think critically about this but I don't think I could help you if I wrote an entire book on the subject. Your tactic of making broad generalizations about how "privileged" a specific half of the population is shows just how much koolaid you are drinking. A girl I'm banging said "wow, you're not the type I'm usually attracted to". It means you're asking women to rate a picture of you rather than judging you in person. Who cares what a woman thinks of a picture of you. Would you be satisfied if she banged your picture? Stop worrying about silly things like what a random person online says about your appearance and work on improving yourself (and therefore making yourself more attractive). Do more exciting and fun things until you have more to talk about. Get her talking, always make it fun, tease her about dumb shit. The way I do this is to be in a situation that prompts talking, like going out and doing something cool in public (I like art so going to see art or music is good for me). Talk about what you're doing. If I'm in private put on Netflix and escalate.

There are conflicting opinions because people have different experiences. I have many female friends and they have crashed at my place and I have crashed at their place many times without any fucking happening. TRP is allergic to the idea of platonic male-female relationships but I assume that's only because most people here don't have any idea that there are women out there who cool enough to be a real friend. Take everything with a grain of salt, the principles are correct but many individual …

Lashing out makes you look weak, that's all. It's clear you aren't as alpha as you think you are if you're wasting this much time trying to prove to guys on the internet how cool you are. You came here and asked for advice. This isn't a place to get advice on women, it's a place to get advice on yourself.

In all the comments I've seen on this post, you are being the defensive, irrational person. You may have too high of confidence for your skill level, which any competent person knows is a fatal flaw that will radically hinder your ability to improve. Lashing out rarely portrays one as the rational, calm, powerful individual in an interaction.

If she comes back, typical rules apply. Be awesome, make her attracted, etc. I wouldn't be surprised at all if she does. But just focus on not being needy about her...her coldness isn't something you can control. Follow the principles, if it doesn't work out move on. If it works out, great!

You might not be a full on beta orbiter, but you certainly aren't being an alpha if you are so obsessed over this one girl. Have you ever seen the show Lost? Look at the character Jack. He's a doctor, yet women would still want to bang him. If you're trying to use your profession to get laid, it's not gonna work. Not everyone needs help. I fight off depression constantly. It took me a while but I kept track of when I was depressed or not-depressed, and then correlated it with my actions over the previous week. Now I know that if I'm entering a period of depression, I need to focus on sleeping right, eating healthy, exercising vigorously, expanding myself socially, improving my love life, finding a fulfilling hobby, and making sure I'm satisfied at work. Haven't read any posts but I agree with the premise. One-note emotions are boring for women. Add some mystery. She shouldn't be able to predict what you're going to say all the time. For example, I invited a woman to a party and she said she was having a woman's-only party that same night. I implied that was sexist (humorously) and if she wanted to come to a party that celebrated equality, she should come over afterwards and bring her friends. The conflicting attitudes were a) that it's sexist f…

Abundance mentality is the absolute knowledge that you don't need any particular woman because there are more high quality fish in the sea regardless of how much you like any one woman. You develop it by making it true that there are many high quality women out there that are attracted to you. I'm not hating on online dating at all. I'm sure you're just not aware of this, but many people use it as a REPLACEMENT for actual social interaction, rather than a supplement. I'm glad it worked out for you, but I'm guessing you're a bit older since it seems younger people are using it because they don't have the social skills to talk to strangers.

This post isn't about whether you should online date, it's about whether you should be able to talk to humans face to face. Hint: you should. Also, your point is pretty thoroughly wrong. Your dating pool is vastly smaller than the people you meet in person. If you had already improved yourself to the point where you had literally exhausted all real life dating opportunities, then you would NEED online dating. My point is that you aren't going to be confident with women if you aren't confident in yourself at all. My hunch is you're too needy and too invested in what women say and do and that's what is killing their interest in you. I've seen tha…

I'm not sure if that was a rhetorical question. It should be pretty obvious that women are going to find a guy who regularly plays football with friends more attractive than someone who stays inside playing video games all the time. If that's not obvious, you should probably give yourself a refresher on what women find attractive. My point was more that you are going to be more confident if you have an interesting life filled with adventure and challenges that you have overcome. When you are con…

Absolutely. Especially something like skydiving where you are testing and conquering your mental fortitude constantly. But I believe a variety of activities is probably best rather than only focusing on one thing. It's about living an interesting life that you are excited about.

You get confident by a) getting in really good shape and b) doing interesting things in your life that you feel good about. If you're a boring, weak dude who sits at home and plays battlefield and watches Netflix 30 hours a week, yea confidence with women is not going to magically appear out of nowhere.

Yes, in a matter of speaking. You need to at least convey the impression. Ask yourself, what do women find good looking? A person who takes care of themselves, dresses well, is physically powerful / in shape / exercises regularly. Build muscle. Reduce fat. Look like a healthy man with an active lifestyle rather than a skinny / fat slob who sits around all day. Ask yourself, what do women find attractive about wealth? Wealth is power, wealth is confidence, wealth is often the result of success an…

Almost all men I know that are good with women have plenty of female friends. I think it's something that hardcore "seducer" types say and probably good advice to get rid of female friends for people who are super-beta and can't handle being a man in front of them. That might be somewhat true, but it's beside the point. Very attractive people don't need to put in any effort to have a strong social circle or get dates, which makes them lazy and entitled. Less attractive people are much less likely to receive positive attention purely for their looks so they need to come up with other ways to make friends or get dates such as by being funny or exciting or intelligent.

Look more dangerous. Stop smiling by default. Your default expression should be a hard stare and a mild scowl, which a smile often breaks through. Just practice it for a while and it will become natural.

Invaluable advice. Thank you greatly. That's exactly what I was looking for. Any advice on story telling? My stories end up being somewhat bland and lacking in narrative. My memory isn't great for details, any advice for how to make a story rich and entertaining without recalling the small details? The key difference is a red piller acts because he knows it is the right thing to do (to fulfill their personal goals). A red piller will fight and take risks to see his vision come to life. A blue piller acts to please or gain favor with those around him. He acts from a place of fear of nonexceptance. His goals change as the desires of the people around him change, eventually people grow weary of this and get rid of him or manipulate him for their own advantage.

You seem to have a poor grasp of the redpill concepts (strength, self-determination, execution of will, health). I recommend learning more, since your statement is meaningless. The world is perception, my friend. A bit of cockiness is always good. I'm not saying overdo it, and a little goes a long way. We all have those friends who are a bit cocky, very funny, and pull women like madmen (if you don't you should get one!). It's not a super advanced concept. Women like cocky and funny. There is nothing wrong at all with cockiness. Rock Stars, billionaires, pro athletes, movie stars, the highest echelons of society are cocky. It comes from being secure in your power. Don't listen to people who say being cocky isn't a good thing (to attract women). It can come off as a little dickish but it's foolish to think women don't like some of that.

I care about women's feelings. Be honest, with yourself and her. I usually say something like "I'm not looking for a serious relationship right now, I'm working on myself" or similar. You must always appear stoic, at least to a certain extent. If she sees you cry, once, it better be for something like your dad dying. She can't unsee you crying. It can destroy some amount of potential for attraction, forever. Do yourself a favor, express weakness outside of her presence. Don't communicate it, at all. It can be hard, and feel like you are "hiding" your emotions, but I learn every single time it's the right thing to do. Fake it till you make it. You have to override your habits …

2 things: They are guidelines, not rules. If you are in a conversation, fucking text back when you want. Text minimally and use text to set up in person meetings. Don't write novels, stay on point, and realize the more you text the more likely you are to screw it up. You aren't gonna build attraction thru text unless she's already attracted in person, and in that case you should just meet up.

To answer your question in the title, yes, at the basis dread game is to cause a woman to think about losing you to another women, and therefore become jealous. But no you aren't going to successfully use dread game without some skill. More likely you come off as inconsistent and needy. Dread game is subtle. The reason you are here is because you are a lil beta trying to make it in the big bad world. When you act like a little bitch, you lose your frame and the girlies go bye-bye. You do not seem to understand "spinning plates" as a concept. It's really not hard to have 3-4 different girls that are DTF on an occasional basis once you are attractive. The complications of sneaking out so your SO doesn't know you are sleeping with other women are problems that come with being a cheating, lying asshole rather than problems that come with spinning plates.

It's a good thing. You don't owe anyone a relationship with yourself. Just be tastefully honest and let them know you are not sexually exclusive. If a woman really is into you she will be fine with that, at least for a while. The fact that you are sleeping with other women will kick her into competition mode and she will be subconsciously working to outdo the others (if she is sufficiently into you).

I think you misunderstand, you don't simultaneously date 3 women. But you can meet up with 3 different people once or twice a week for sex, that's spinning plates. And the thing is, no plate will spin forever and will eventually fall. Hence the term "spinning plates".

Learning to fight is super important if you want to be 100% alpha. That being said, modern society has put up safeguards so you are unlikely to need to test this if you want to avoid it. Like others said, report him to gym management and say he is harassing and assaulting you. Write up some documentation with a timeline with the shit he did to you. Giving gifts to a woman is not beta. Alphas can give gifts to whoever the fuck they want. Giving gifts to a woman with the intention of controlling her response to you (i.e. Trying to win favor) is beta as fuck. Truth. Very truth. Even if the initial fear aspect got her slightly interested, showing discomfort and your own fear will destroy attraction. Work on causing "fear" without being afraid. You want a woman's heart to catch a bit in her throat when you look at her - "is he looking at me? Omg what's with him? He looks like he murders puppies or something. Oh jeez he's talking to me and my hearts beating so fast and I'm so nervous!" Then you talk and show her you aren't actually dangerous, you don't …

I think you're confusing rebellious with what women want, as opposed to scary. A woman doesn't care if you are rebellious per se. She wants you to be unpredictable and untamable, rebellious is a small part of that. A woman wants to be a bit frightened at what you might do at any moment. It's a fine line, and "being scary" obviously isn't sufficient to attract women. There are many whiny emo songs that are basically "I'm shit and the only thing good about my life was the 15 seconds you paid me attention". From my point of view, the same action prompted by two different motivations can be "alpha" or "beta". Emotional bonding itself isn't beta in itself. You can emotionally bond as an alpha. I think you are assuming certain classes of actions are inherently alpha or beta, which I don't personally believe is true. Obviously there are no rules in philosophy so really it comes down to what you see as true for yourself. However, while you insist that you must "act beta" to achieve your own goals, I wil…

Hahaha I'm already here. :) You are on the wrong path if you really believe alpha stuff only works at the beginning or for a couple dates. That's just so, so wrong I can't help but assume you have never seen it, let alone experienced it yourself. Or maybe you don't know what alpha means, and you think it's some sort of formula that equates to being a dick or never connecting with someone emotionally. But hey, if what you do works for you, do it. I'll keep doing what works for me. ;) You say "dri…

I thought of this the other day: Women are fishermen. A fisherman does keep feeding the fish once it is on the hook. Be unavailable. Play dread game. That is, if you really want her to be "on the hook" at all times. Personally I think that would be exhausting and I hate long convos over text so I would enjoy the relationship where it stands now.

Leagues exist, but if you believe in them you are doomed to failure. Your frame is YOUR belief, not her belief, not their belief, not anyone else's state of mind but your own. If you believe she is out of your league, you are right. Don't fucking drop your frame because someone didn't like you. That's weak shit. Your frame should be that you are the ultimate. The alpha and omega, the Best Fucking Thing under the sun. And if you don't believe that to be true, if your actions don't reflect that, i…

It shows how deeply confident in your own sexuality you are. I've had a similar experience when wearing women's clothing (let's just say I go to some events inspired by a giant desert party where the guys dress like chicks and the chicks don't wear anything). I've never had my clothes "get me laid" except when wearing a skirt and a bra, as weird as that sounds.

For example, you're supposed to be stoic and introspective and not care what other people think, but then you're also supposed to modify your behavior for the sole purpose of impressing people. I turn girls on with texts all the time. If you can get to the point where you are talking about sexual things, basically start with foreplay and work your way from there. "I'm gonna kiss your neck and scratch my fingernails down your back." Once she is getting turned on something like: "I just can't wait to slip my finger inside you and feel how wet you are." Then maybe as a finale, one of the last texts before you see her: "I'm gonna push you down and fuck the shit out of you until cum all ove…

Since when does appearing busy and not-incredibly-interested turn a girl off? Also, you should know how to express what you want: don't fucking text her a lot. Do what you want, don't conform to the imagined expectations of someone you don't know and have never met. And stop giving a fuck about offending her! Telling a girl you are attracted to her and openly talking about stuff like that is the least sexy thing in the world to a woman. Be a badass MAN who sweeps her off her feet, not a boy who asks her permission to kiss her. She probably likes you but you are killing the attraction with your desire for her approval.

No one said that. RP certainly doesn't advocate anything like "stay the same mentally, get clean cut, wear a suit, and bitches will flock to you!" It's about inner game. Get a tat, sure. But that's not going to fix your mentality.

My gf used to mention guys hitting on her all the time, most of the time they are lame as fuck and have no game and are pretty funny to joke about later. But too much and something's wrong. The point of being alpha is that if you wanna do it, then do it. It's not a fluke that it has worked, it's a good demonstration of your willpower. What you want is more important than random desires. You choose what you do, not her. Ignore that gamma bullshit, it's about how you say it.

I was at an art festival and a smoking hot topless chick wanted to do a "fifth chakra hug", basically aligning your pelvis and hugging up from there. It was a very solid, intimate hug. Afterwards, her face was slightly flushed and she hesitated when we pull back from the hug (as if ready to move back closer for the kiss). Then she said "we should dance together later". I would just find events or locations and contact them one by one to see if they could use a volunteer. Some places also post volunteering opportunities (like for trail building near where I live). Music festival volunteering seems to have a lot of chicks, probably stables would as well. I'm not too sure, you will have to find out for yourself. I do bouldering, which you don't use ropes or anything so no buddy needed. Also a lot of gyms (id say most) have auto-belay devices.

Totally. And there is a lot of variety. Sure you could do a soup kitchen or homeless shelter, but are you going to meet new best friends? Maybe, probably not. Try volunteering at a music festival or with animals or outside taking care of nature, or at a community cycling shop, or a wood/metal working shop, or a brewery. If you don't enjoy volunteering, you aren't going to keep doing it, so make sure to find something you enjoy or are interested in.
