I know many a..holes that have children or act like children... Like yourself. That doesn't mean they should lose custody.

I'll add that my children are home schooled in their mother's house. The only place i know they go out to in public is the SDA Stafford church. Members of this church have hid my children throughout 4 years of court proceedings in the church and in their homes so I cant greet, meet or see them in order to "protect" them. Well my daughter has learned that this is BS and came out of the church to meet me on the roadside. The church called the police to have me leave. The police said I had every ri…

I’ve tried my best to be fair about presenting the evil of parental alienation. It is NOT always the mother! I can’t say for sure it’s usually the mother. I can say it always destroys the child.

Or a man that has been so beaten down in his life that he is pretty much dead on the inside? Could be that. But also could be something like in my case. Where the police told me they're trying to catch me on something. And the judge told me if I spoke up again in court he would have me thrown in jail for a year. And that was when I was my own lawyer. The church members told the police that I owned guns and might harm them and trying to get my ex-wife to say that it was true. So I have a new fami…

I didn't stay around long enough with the guy to hash out every detail, I could tell it was still a sensitive topic. I can say did that "kid" is approaching 30 now and this still hurts like a fresh wound. But there seems to be more to the story. He also said that he still privately speaks with his dad. I can't say his dad is scum. I can say what happened to his family is scum.

I currently get to see my son as much as I want, but I know his mother would gladly jump at the chance to get more child support. There is value in that. A great deal of value. It's also important to be able to parent to child and not visit or see them. You have to weigh the ability to have time with your child against leaving the country.

Here's more for Virginia. These are instituted by filing a Motion for Show Cause Summons with the court which has entered the order which has been violated. The court then issues the show cause summons and serves it on the individual who is in violation. If the court determines that the parent did in fact willfully violate the terms of the court order they are subject to incarceration for up to twelve months. The violating party may also have to pay attorney fees and costs to the party who broug…

Uniform Child Laws Here for all 50 states Ive come to understand that parental alienation is an ongoing malicious intent to harm and purposeful, wilful violation of existing custodial agreements. Every state has a "willful violation of court order" penalty in both civil and criminal law. The Rarity is finding states that will enforce the penalty either in civil or in criminal law against a mother. Here's an example from Virginia but every state has similar laws. Secondly, pursuant to Virginia Se…

How often do you have the kids/get to see them? About once a year the last two or three years. But it just had to be patient. Which I've been and document things well which I've done. We're actively addressing the matter now actually we started today.

Calling the police and claiming your child who is in the next room with her mother and therapist has been kidnapped is not even remotely normal. All the things that you described would be crazy. I never did that. But the police did help me get access to my child. A police officer more reasonable than yourself ask to see my papers showing that I have legal custody and that put an end to the withholding of my child.

Hey when I was quiet over the last 4 years my daughter thought I didn't care. Now she sees I'm fighting and she's fighting back for me. Her biggest messages she doesn't want this to happen to any other child! She's bold now and ready to speak out. So much so hurt mother called the police on her. She's just 13. Her brothers and sisters help the mother to hide the phone from her so she can't reach me. It's a severe child abuse!

it is the idiot government that gave the mother that level of power. This is not fully understood. That means people assume whoever wins in court is the rightful winner. They could be very wrong. Which permits this kind of child abuse.

A father unfamiliar with this would say it's spam. The children and fathers who have been through this will say it's getting the word out. I'm getting the word out. I'm spreading awareness. I'm Shining Light and exposing an Evil. A person who would post about breast cancer awareness all over the place would you consider that spam? To me this is as serious a cancer is breast cancer.

I have. It turned out horribly. So I spent the next two years just documenting things like this. We're going back soon. When it started we had joint physical custody. Mother took children claiming father does not let them play Xbox and makes them read non-fiction books. So this is King George Virginia. If you understood the foolishness going on there in this small backwards little community then that would help you.

It hurts me that it is such an old dig up. But I didn't want to let it go away. This is what we need today. I actually dug it up to claim it for myself. Out of desperation I'm claiming it too.

We have to demand that kind of Justice. And if people were to better understand the next article I posted we would have greater voice and demanding this protection for children and Families. See A must read for understanding PAS The vengeful mothers who tear fathers from their children's lives: Britain's top parenting guru on one of the unspoken scandals of our age.

To me this post means that these judges would no longer ignore, reward, or allow one parent to alienate a child from the other. Then the cases demonstrated it was the mother alienating children from the father. The result was the judges cracked down on this practice by switching physical custody. I also know of a case where a mother who prevent it visitation and interfered with custody of a father was herself restricted from any contact with her child for one year.

Want to tell you about the case of a friend I know. She had a child with some guy when they were younger and the child reached the age of about 9. The father had never sent a dollar or even seen the child more than twice. But when the state came after him for back child support, he tried to get custody of his daughter. He lived in the house with people convicted of selling drugs and had sold drugs himself and this was known to the court. He was not working was diabetic and had no money. The cour…

I don't know about every case. And of course cases should be decided individually. But I don't know if you've heard of a thing called The Guardian at litem. That should be called The Guardian that Lie to them. The lies of the Guardian at litem can alter the Judgment of the Court. Courts, when they have two fair and just parents must make one of them the villain. And that's when it gets bad. One parent has to be viewed by the court as the worst parent on the face of the Earth and the other one ha…

And should a parent that sucks, in the eyes of the Court, never see or rarely see and influence the parenting of their children? Should courts decide which parents suck based on a few lies in court? Do all children with both parents, have parents that neither one of them suck?
/r/MensRights10/08/18 10:59 AM

I say we look at what hasn't worked and implement what will work. What I suggested? It's already in place in some areas and in other areas of law. Perhaps you aren't understanding what I'm saying? Law is only "fairer" when light is shined upon it. But if one cannot access or expose law it is very cruel.
/r/MensRights10/08/18 10:57 AM

Nonsense. I would argue that you NEED to start from the position that judges are corrupt, and word laws appropriately. Yes and I would argue that the system is not broken. It's meant to run this way.

There are just as many women who kill their children when they have to share custody. I agree this is not a mother only or father only issue. I know a grandparents who are alienated as well. We have to be angry yet without sin. And at all cost Hashtag sparethechildren! Hashtag killingsnotanoption

Well I was paying $700 extra "mother support" a month & she tried to sue me for stopping the extra Payment, after 5 years, because she attacked me in Court to take the children away. And she literally wrote in her motion, "He was paying extra and he stopped paying it after I filed for sole custody." Had I not had a lawyer that day wow I can't imagine how much I would be paying. Robin Williams once joked that Divorce is paying someone you hate half of your salary.

I'm in litigation now. I don't want it to affect my outcomes. But as soon as I'm done I will post it. I have seen people that I know personally who posted it against the Virginia courts and the court ordered them to take the things down.

Please include me. I believe that I will have frequent and regular contact with my children this year. But that is what I believe for the last three and a half years. If it doesn't come true for my family that's okay I'm a Survivor. But we want to scream it out that this is child abuse and prevent it from happening to another child in another family.

Remember the court just makes stuff up. I took the children to the library and that was twisted to be a bad thing. Fiction and nonfiction or whatever. The point was they needed to brand me a bad parent and that's what they invented as my faults.
/r/MensRights06/08/18 10:34 AM

JDR in Virginia does not have to put much or anything in writing. Circuit court put judgement in writing. These courts are not courts of record. So there are no records of the proceedings. That means judges can say what ever they want because there is no proof of what took place.

And I would say that it is OK to let go. Depends on the age of the child. One is nearly 16. Whether or not I let go.... He has. The other 2 are 13 & 11. The 13 year old is fighting to see me. So that helpvadd fuel to ny fight. The 11 year old doesnt "remember" much about me she says. Therefore I lay down this diary. Eventually they reach the age that they share responsibility for the lack of contact. I have waves when I agree and waven when I feel that a brain manipulated person can never be hel…

wasn't until I dealt with this that I understood you can't piss off a judge. They are unable to set aside their biases if they sniff and attitude of you think you are right. but I couldn't hide the fact that I M right and have been wrong and that my children have unjustly been taken away

Thanks for tips. I'll put them to use. My children or at least one will contribute soon. Mother wins by refusing communication and telling "monster" stories about me. People believe her and harbor my children. I've been embarrassed about losing them and extremely quiet and private. That emboldened her and her Entourage. Now, I'm speaking up. The loving Dad I am is not to be hidden. And this diary is the only link of communication my children see from me.

this doesn't mean "it's okay to kill people", it means I understand that the broken system causes extreme distress which may lead to this type of irrational behavior. As men we can make a stronger statement by becoming successful Overcomers of adversity. That will kill them daily. And give others something to live for. When this guys heart was put to the fire it melted and his default reaction was kill. We need new default options because the system is and likely will always be unfair. That's wh…

I see him as desperate and deceived. He believed the delusions. And took vengeance in his own hands. He needed to know that there are healthy long term optiins for survival. And that vengeance belongs to God. I live by the wise words passed on to me from another Survivor... "And Remember, God loves your children more than you do."

Hey I'm just learning my way around video and everything. Sorry for the garbled opening. It's due to live streaming in the countryside.
