I am working on several income streams but focused on building our affiliate marketing first. I do have a small online course that I have sold but haven’t advertised in ages. I do sell items. Mostly upcycled things. And I plan to write a book in the nearer future.

Take a deep breath. Toxic relationships suck the life right out of us. Honestly, he sounds kind of narcissistic. He wants you to do what he wants without any consideration for what he does and is trying to guilt trip you into doing what he wants. You deserve a man who sees your true value.

Also I commented before reading your whole post and my fiancé is very similar. Quality time is important to him. I will often be multitasking (doing stuff for my website, scrolling Pinterest, etc) and he will make a comment like are you even watching this? Quality time is important to me too, but I see quality time different than he does.

I LOVE darning socks. There’s a satisfaction in doing something that helps keep our clothes longer. My fiancé loves that I mend his clothes (especially his warm socks that can be expensive to replace) and it’s easy enough to do while watching tv.

I’m building income streams for our family, and am a proud homemaker first and foremost. My income streams revolve around our life, and don’t take a lot of time and effort (1-2 days a week I spend time focusing on work and a couple hours each day) I am working part time for my fiancé (1-2 days a week) to maximize his earning potential. I tried doing a work from home job and that was just stressful for both of us for a year. Our home runs better (and I personally believe all homes) when someone i…

It took my fiancé 6 years to propose. But we both knew and had discussed getting married from very early on. He was waiting until he was ready to start a family. Probably because he knows as soon as we are married that’s what I want. My first husband asked me to marry him after 10 months. And I was dumb and said yes. We were separated longer than we were together as a married couple thanks to North Carolinas one year separated rule. I also believe he married me to have a live in nanny and housek…

My fiancé and I don’t celebrate dating anniversaries. I may post something online about how great it is we’ve been together this long or something, but that’s it.

One of my best friends is a personal trainer and does body building shows. I personally reach out to her with all of my questions, but following a macros diet has been my biggest game changer. I think if you’re seeing bulkiness where you don’t want to, it may be time to switch things up. Are you doing the same exercises regularly? That could lead to focusing on certain muscle groups only.

Perfume should be last on your skincare routine. Rubbing the perfume (when applying other skin care or even just rubbing writers together) can crush the fragrance. Also for anyone who doesn’t already know, scent roses, so putting perfume lower on your body is better than say your neckline.

I do the braided pigtails but I pin the ends to my head so it’s a low braided crown across the nape of my neck. Great for any day!

What are you using to apply them? Eyelash glue isn’t supposed to be worn while sleeping.

I’m so sorry that was your experience with money growing up. I’m sure that was really hard to work through as an adult. I agree that your partner knowing your value is important. There’s been many times in my relationship that I am bringing in more money than my partner. We realized when my store closed that life was much easier when one of us was at home full time. And again how hard it was when we both worked when I decided to go back to work for a year.

Girl I was there! At 22 I got married to a man I thought was everything I ever wanted. 10 months later I was divorced. With no job and the only place to go was my moms couch until my sister moved for college. I was a manager for Wendys in 6 months. (Quite literally called my old boss in the uhaul driving through North Carolina and left her a voice mail that said I’d be back in Illinois within 48 hours and needed a job.) THEN! My mom met a man who lived an hour and a half away and decided to move…

My eyebrows and lip liner with a flattering lipstick. I can skip every other bit of make up. Throw on a dress just because. Life’s too short to let pretty clothes sit in the closet. Find some simple studs that you can wear daily.

Sounds perfect! And I think you can come up with super feminine shorter styles. I shaved most of my hair a few years ago and loved my hair as it was growing out when it was short. I have natural curls and would add headbands or scarves.

You didn’t overreact. You moved on and he sensed something was wrong. He came to you and asked. You responded calmly. I think you handled it perfectly.

We own a 12 acre homestead. I love getting dressed up but many days it’s not possible. Dress up the outfits that you have. Simple studs and a dainty necklace can go a long way. Choose light fabrics that flatter your body. Try to add some clot through accessories. If you want your hair shorter, get a cute chic cut. You can also wear more feminine pant styles. Think Audrey Hepburn

I don’t think I’ve ever offered to split. You asked me out, so you should be prepared to pay for dinner. You don’t have guests pay.

Absolutely. After my first lesson in marriage, I dated with more intention and knowing that his family was just as important to know well.

I too wanted the life you describe at your age. At 22 I thought I had it. I married a man with 3 kids and full custody! Instant family. But I didn’t know his family well enough and they were horrible to me. The moment we got married it was like a flip switched. To this day I’m still not quite sure why. We ended up divorcing. And I found my forever. I’m much older than I wanted to be when becoming a mom, but the age isn’t as big of a deal as the who. Focus on building relationships as the women h…

Thank you. I allowed others opinions to make me feel like I had to go back to work a year and a half ago. I lasted just over a year. We both see how rewarding it is to have someone manage the home full time.

I am working on a garden that’s about a half acre, e plan to get chickens, and would love a family milking cow one day. The tasks I’ve taken on are really more hands on labor outside than anything else. We dream of homesteading full time in the future. Sick darning, cooking meals from scratch, and traditional homemaking skills come in handy with the frugal life we live. So it’s all very helpful to him. I would ask what he would enjoy. Would he like if you cooked for him more? Take a cooking clas…

So we live in a different state 1000 miles away from friends and family. This is my second marriage. His first, and he never thought he’d get married until about 6 years ago when we met and I made it clear I wasn’t having kids until I was married. We’ve been talking about getting married and what we want for sooooo long. My first was when I was much younger and we never ended up having the reception before separating. We did the courthouse wedding, and I knew if I got married again, I wanted a “…

I am a stay at home girlfriend (now fiancée!!!!) I have plenty to keep me busy and can’t imagine how I’m gonna get it all done when we do have kids. My house needs daily maintenance. We own 12 acres, so that’s a whole full time job itself 😝, I am building side income streams. Because inflation. And why not!!! I find time at least 1-2 times a month to meet a friend for coffee during the week. I get to go run errands while most people are at work. I don’t feel bored, lonely or isolated. Even thoug…

Love a slob comes clean! I use my adhd to get small tasks done at a time. Coffee table, clean the stove, a load of laundry, bouncing from task to task is easier for me than just cleaning the living room or whatever.

Start now. Start making the changes you need to to make your marriage better. A friend of mine was ready to live her husband and started journaling a thing she was grateful for about him every day. It completely changed her relationship. And he didn’t even know she was doing it. You e got small children. In this season of life, you need to be okay with some things just not getting done as often as you’d like. Pick a few tasks that make you feel better when they are done and do those daily. Do ev…

I have a medical issue that makes sex uncomfortable at times. And another that makes me just not feel good. We’ve had far too long between sexual interactions in our relationship. I’ve also been in a mostly sexless marriage. Before I had the major issue come up. I was initiating and getting rejected constantly. It made me feel worthless, unloved, unwanted, not sexy, and even more like he married me to have a live in nanny for his kids. Do you want your significant other to feel this way (minus t…

Really depends on the man. Each man will like something different. Learn his love language and show him you love him the way he receives love best.

You spoke of 3 different women. Seems there is a pattern and you are the common denominator. You’re literally talking about how this woman doesn’t fit the criteria you have, but then put the blame on yourself. I’m muting after this response, because this conversation is not productive of my time.

You’re making excuses for inappropriate behavior. But again, I’m not sure you really had a question, I just think you want to talk to someone about you bad choices in women. Have a good night and good luck.

So I’m not sure what your question is, as there wasn’t really any posted. But I feel like you just need to hear that it’s okay to not be a good match for everyone. You will find the right person when it’s time. Don’t stay with someone who doesn’t treat you the way you want to look back on in 10, 20, 30 years and smile.

I suggest bringing up things like a joint account with money you can access for spending needs. As a homemaker, I pay all of our bills, so there’s not really a my bill/his bills situation, but we’ve been together a long time. We started a joint account when we moved in together because it’s our money. Not his or mine. I’d ask if that’s how your boyfriend sees it too.
/r/RedPillWomen02/10/22 02:12 AM

No. But you should always have an exit plan. Be the best homemaker you can be if you, as a couple, have decided that is what works best for you. It’s what works best for my relationship. And we’ve tried me working multiple times. We are happier when one of us can be at home taking care of all of the daily details.

I’m happy with my life. And that’s all that matters. There is no time line to what’s right for each individual. I was young the first time I got married. Mostly because I thought I needed to follow the timeline I had planned for my life. I was divorced quickly. He was an abusive alcoholic and I let love blind me. I am now with a man who never saw himself getting married before he met me. (His words about 3 months in). We know what we want for life, and he has things he wants to accomplish before…

You can bring it up all you want, but don’t expect it to change anything. I’m waiting for the ring still myself. 6.5 years together. Living together for 6. Moved across the country together. Bought a house. Got 2 dogs. Chickens and guineas are next. He knows my only rule is I am not having children until we are married. I’m 33 (34 in November) he just turned 38. We talk about it all the time. Even know where we want to do our wedding and how we are going to have a reception in our home state aft…

I did for a bit. I loved having fun hair. I still wear clothing that wouldn’t be considered conservative on a regular. I’m a crazy oil lady. Obsessed with my essential oils and natural things. Been described as kind of hippy. Not sure exactly what you mean by artsy personality, but I am always creating.
