You just got to punch through and be uncomfortable. I know for me that's where the real growth happens, when everything in your brain says no, and you do it anyways.

Holy shit, are you me? Never met my father, nor have I ever really had a father figure in my life, makes this shit pretty fucking hard sometimes.

I like going out alone. I have been to a couple of shows and a couple of bars in the last few weeks solo, you really do end up meeting quite a few people.

This video was pretty damn inspiring for me too. So, I can only echo your sentiment, it was a fantastic post by James.

Walk down a busy street. Retail stores, grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, museums, etc.. Women are literally everywhere. It is up to you to meet them.

& you really shouldn't "hate" to say it. I know, I actually added "(not really)" and removed it. Just from my curiosity, did you have a father figure in your life? But I don't think that's until a few years in the future so naturally I have more work to do but I'm proud to keep going despite everything else. Regardless, keep improving yourself, get to know who you are, and just keep on keepin' on. Our brains can do all sorts of fucked up things to keep us from achieving what we absolutely deserv…

I really hate to say it but you seem to have some deep rooted issues. If your insurance covers it, you might want to talk to a therapist to get some outside your head perspective.

Makes sense. I used something similar (Viber) - which was actually brought up in the video, when I traveled to Africa. Thanks for your clarifications.

I've never attracted a woman before Are you basing this off of how many women have asked you out or approached you? Because that is a fucking rare occurrence even for attractive men. I guess I found out that there are some men who aren't really cut out for the whole women/dating/sex thing unfortunately so it's not really a fully natural thing for a few men who don't get to experience that. That's an excuse. Don't believe it for a minute, get that out of your head. What do you mean when you say a…

I fucked up on #5 too in recent history, and same night I ended up making out with her and fingering her in public. Hard to tell sometimes, but honestly, I probably shouldn't have fucked up on #5 :).

So the only difference being is it is easier remove/block someone on WhatsApp vs removing a phone number from someones brain? I would rather just get the number, but I guess whatever floats your boat.

facts and proof That's just an excuse. You don't know for sure. Some women are turned on by inexperience. What are your facts and proof, could you cite sources? it's never happened to me Because you need to make it happen, it doesn't just happen on it's own like 99% of the time. Go approach, tell women you think they are cute, ask if they have a boyfriend, ask them out. How many women have you approached in the last week? How often do you go out and socialize? Some women actually find inexperien…

Dude, I'm 30, and in a similar boat. Fuck that mentality. Sure you aren't a teen anymore, but to just give up at 25, dude, no. How the hell do they know you don't have any "experience" anyways, you straight up telling them that right off the bat? Some women are into that shit too. Practice, approach, have conversations with no expectations, you will find your universe is what you make it into. That sounds like some straight up depressed bullshit IMO, sorry to be so blunt.

Be straight about it IMO. Let her know straight up that you are interested, and what your intentions are (LTR, casual, etc..). Otherwise, you will live in the friendzone, and unless that's all you want, that's most certainly all you will get.

80/20 rule Also good for setting up DHCP scopes. I will let myself out now :).

I usually don't call either (I really haven't at all in recent history with someone I just met, unless I get a text that would be too long and drawn out to respond to), but I do text, to at least remind her of us meeting and schedule a time to meet up, pretty quick off (like the next day). I guess I will need to try whatsapp at some point to figure it out, keep up with the times.

Good video, thanks. I don't know shit about this whole WhatsApp and snapchat bullshit, I think it is kind of funny (and I work in tech). Doesn't anyone just text/call anymore? Am I a stone age motherfucker or what (I'm 30)?

Stop saying you are too busy MAKE TIME TO GO OUT. Whoa, I think you got the wrong impression. I am too busy because I go out all the time. That is why I am busy. I go out like 4 or 5 times a week - I fucking love it. I also invested 2K in coaching a while back, it was very helpful, and it helped build the base that I am on now, I just need to keep on keepin' on and build on what I have learned, which is pretty easy, because I enjoy the fuck out of challenging myself to be better.

Honestly, I have tried coaching and while it is helpful, it just isn't worth the cost to me, I just need a wingman that I trust. My shit is also just too busy these days (which is completely a flip from like 8 months ago where I lived on the couch). The approaches are where I struggle still (day game specifically), but I have made great strides, and will continue to do so. Night time is still much easier for me.

Good on you. At least you know what you would be getting into and have no real expectations. I just couldn't do it with this particular girl. I would be stringing myself along, and that wouldn't be true to me. Also, a little early, but thank you for your service. As someone who never did enlist, I have a lot of respect for what you are doing. Thank you!

I could always expand the friend base :). Too bad I'm in Minneapolis not in Atlanta, you seem like a pretty cool/fun person.

Nice write-up. I see a lot of what I am doing in your post. Lost 60Lbs, going to an improv class, started going to toastmasters, started doing yoga, started running, go to a proper classy "barbershop", working on the social circle, going to shows by myself (because fuck it, I'm worth it), seeing a therapist, calling myself out if I am judging someone, and trying to avoid the TV at all costs. Last night I had a toastmasters meeting, and was called on for a short table topics speech, the anxiety w…

So.. I also just dealt with this with a girl I really like, and honestly, I can't do the platonic friendship thing with her (at least at this point), it would tear me apart, and I would be running an ulterior motive, and nor do I desire her as a friend. She is in a LDR (which I have questioned the reality of - because I think she just has intimacy issues - not going to get into all that). I let her know all of this in person over dinner about a week ago. So, while every situation is different, j…
