Tl;dr: Doctor refers his wife to his doctor friend for medical care. Before wife’s surgery she says she wants a divorce. Doctor friend allows him to perform on doctor’s wife while she is under anesthesia. Doctor sews her vagina shut and removes some of her genitalia (clit perhaps?). They both gaslight her when she says she is not recovering properly. Wife has to have at least 3 corrective surgeries.
