we are looking at about 44% of U.S. children being born without a father in the home. Do you have a source on that?

I'm supposing that you wish to tell something about men's rights, according to the flair. What you will signal is that you, as a man, are bottom of the barrel in need of other's sympathy and help. Why else would you complain about issues you as a man are having? You have nothing to gain, but you will lose any standing you have with men and women, who now will have proof that you are weak.

In got this from the book "The Charisma Myth" by Olivia Fox Cabane. Meditate for a few seconds on the spot (you're not actively listening anyhow, so nothing is lost). Just breathe in, focus on your breath (how it feels, where it is located, etc). This will get your monologue to stop, since your focus has shifted. Once you are done, snap back to reality, back into the conversation.
/r/TheRedPill31/10/16 01:22 PM

Meditation can thus be further simplified: sit down and turn off the autopilot of your mind. Instead of letting your mind wander, you force yourself to stay focussed on thinking nothing at all.

I plan out my days in Google Calendar. I can see exactly how much time I have when I subtract appointments I have. After my alarm goes off in the morning I give myself around an hour to take a shower, drink some tea and maybe eat something. This also gives me time to do some fun, useless and relaxing stuff. This is important because this makes it not a drag to get out of bed: there's no need to be productive instantly. I spend ~30 minutes each day on my to-do list, provided there is still stuff …

Wonderwall by Oasis is an easy to play classic. Go for these classics, non-musicians will not even know you basically are playing just four chords.

What is your strategy of turning your habits into action? Brushing your teeth in the morning is really straightforward, there is literally one thing you can do to complete that habit for the day. Lifting is also quite easy, provided you have a plan/routine meaning you can just continue it when you are in the gym again. However, play guitar or spend time on business is a lot more ambiguous. Taking the guitar example, you could practice scales, you could just play some songs from start to finish o…

Regarding step 4... I am unable to spend nearly all my free time doing merely productive things. Playing an instrument isn't as fun when you play for hours on end, and I can't play sports 8 hours a day. Where is the line between healthy unwinding doing something useless (i.e games and tv shows) and wasting time?

I've noticed it 1 to 2 years ago with cuckold and black male on white female porn. My theory based on nothing is that the sites are paid to push this narrative by an organisation paying them. In the case I'm describing, it is to degenerate white men watching the porn: he can't outperform this black guy and the white girl prefers him.

Repetition is key to remembering facts. Each time you have to retrieve information in the brain the pathway of those neurons is strengthened. Forgetting is just the neuron(s) containing the information being no longer accessible. I use the free software Anki for everything I have to remember. The idea behind it is that it asks you to retrieve the fact just before you forget it, making it a highly efficient way of learning. Be sure that you understand the information you wish to learn first. A gr…

However, as long as there is no real economic downside to refugees everyone in Germany feels, i don't think this will boil over. The 'refugees' travel from 'Syria' through a lot of safe, mostly European countries to get to Germany. That makes you wonder if they go to these north-western countries for the safety or for the welfare state.

COMFORT IS THE KILLER OF MEN This is key. We live in a society where you can literally sit at your computer masturbating all day and end your evenings watching some crappy TV eating microwave dinner, all paid for by the government. Comfort is great, but that is the real toxic poison. Take too much of it and you will die inside.

I'm not American and this isn't really on topic, but I would love to get some TRP input on this. What is the deal with the Trump hate? I'm assuming he does something that angers the leftist, and so the media is forced to jump on the guy. To me he's a self made man, that might be a bit arrogant, but that doesn't tell you anything about his governing abilities.

I'm really glad how skeptical TRP made me of pretty much anything by some big organisation. From learning institutions to media, you can see an imperative being forced upon you. However, because it's all around us, the unplugged will never know that by using a bunch of common sense and logic, you can easily see through the deceit.

A month ago, my "hours played the past 2 weeks" counter on Steam said 80 hours. That's 40 hours a week, as much hours as a daytime job would consume in a week. I started doing useful things during the day. Productive hobbies like reading, lifting, playing instruments, etc. I'm much happier with the way I'm spending my time, and I don't even miss bingeing on videogames. The counter now says 23 hours, of which 10 are from playing Rocksmith, which is as much of a videogame as a learning tool for gu…

She just seems very naive and taken advantage of at a young age. You know what happens when a boy is 'naive and taken advantage of at a young age'? They get punished for their behavior, fair and square. Got a criminal record when you were younger? Tough luck kid, you will carry it with you forever.

To me, THIS is what TRP success is like. Me too. He basically said: "Nah, I'm not going for an easy fuck back at my place, I feel like going camping and watching the stars, and you're going with me". His priority wasn't getting laid, it was enjoying himself, making experiences.

I want a magazine that I can pick up and look at the women and say, “Oh my god, that’s so me,” not “Oh my god, I wish that was me.” This sums it up perfectly. I clashed with an ex on that. I believe that life is about improving yourself, becoming the best version of you; becoming better than you were yesterday. She thought it was more important to just learn to accept yourself, for who you (currently) are.
