Sure, but I got her to agree to 50/50 custody so the formula is 12.5% for two kids with no income on her part. It would be 25% if I had 2 weekends a month. So it's possible that she could lawyer up and come after me for more, but I think she's comfortable enough with the little payments I'm making.
