I try to NOT take Motivation as a relevant parameter, If i am not motivated i'll slapp myself with dog shit and want to go lift anyway. Discipline is the only parameter I want to inculcate.

I have tried a similar method, and I find it not quite helpful for the following reasons: In my given day there are 5 kinds of tasks: Structured (cookFood, lift, meditate, yoga, outlineDay) where time of execution and procedure are well defined. Unstructured (brainstorm new app with my team, freeFlight thinking about a asshole subset of userbase, find a skinny-young-white tail) where time is unbounded but procedure is more or less known. Redundant ("ordnung" my house) where time is not bindable,…

ink the hardest part of the pill for men to swallow is that they will never be able to relax This is painful realization. You can't plateau and expect to find happiness, especially with women. I am mostly interested in completign my life's assignments. My time is more valuable than money. I usually buy women instead of getting them to bed (time cost vs money cost.) Lifting is inescapable tho. Thats what I realized.

. A lot of guys still secretly hope that if they do enough red pill stuff, they'll eventually meet and win over a kind, respectful, non-slutty woman, start a family, and their marriage will be different. Used to be me, not long ago. I have realized that I cannot "think my way" into being RP. I will have to walk the walk (with so much pain struggle perseverence grit) inorder to be RP.

It takes years to unplug Thank you. This is a painful realization. I am used to the instant gratification from being BP my entire life. This is very a painful realization.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
