The craziest thing is that they want laws to be based on how they feel, not true equality. Men are statistically in more danger. It’s also pretty shitty that they can push this narrative that all men are dangerous and evil and not care how that makes men feel, but then expect men to cater to women based on how they feel.

Page 4 talks about only fighting for the rights of specific groups. Page 3 explicitly says”no wrong can be done” Did you even read the images before adding your bullshit takes?

wtf are you on? You’re saying it’s fine that uber allows gendered discrimination because men are more dangerous and now you’re pretending like that’s my stance? Fucking idiot.

"everyone deserves equality, except men, especially white men!" And page 3 regarding the insane "men setup the system so they can do no wrong" is batshit crazy.

I'm fully joking here but what if the AI was trained on the idea that women make 30% less so it assumes that women with equal or even slightly lesser experiences than men will be better hires because of salary.

First, just like the manosphere includes everything from equalists to tates, feminism includes a huge spectrum as well. There are individual feminists that do advocate for men, but as a whole the movement does not actually advocate for men. On the contrary, there's a lot of experience showing the complete opposite. One of the biggest examples is pushing the lie that there's a wage gap. There's basically no evidence that shows same position same industry has any significant deviation based on gen…

The optics of it are a lot different though? Talking about styling experience with different customer bases vs saying an entire demographic is inherently more dangerous

I think the comparison is more that in the majority of cases with single income families, it's the man providing. There's also a huge push by feminism to give access or control of finances to women. If it's a man earning and controlling all finances to only give a normal amount to the wife, it's seen as financial abuse. Of course it goes both ways but men are never seen as victims or it's not considered remotely as bad if the man is the victim.

A lot of the stuff on the no GF side like "being able to dress however you want" seem more like a problem with the GF. Also "save money" I guess is really dependent on where you live. My utilities and mortgage owuld be a lot lower if I lived with someone (assuming they actually contribute financially, which again, is a GF specific thing). The number of times you wrote Peace on the No GF side just seems excessive. Sorry if you had a bad breakup recently, we all go through it.

Coming into this conversation late and I see you did reply to others. I feel that part of the issue is jumping in and reading a one off comment about "UK is at war with men" on an article about cat calling will definitely seem out of place. UK has also pushed for male domestic violence shelters to be blocked / closed. They also pushed for women to be exempt from prison as a whole. These are just two examples off the top of my head. It's not hard to imagine how watching repeated investment in pro…

Blows my mind that they can have so much attention on them their whole lives that they actively want to reduce how much attention they get. You're born onto a pedestal being pandered to and raised above men then complain. I doubt any man genuinely knows what that's like. I can understand it being tiring going to the store and being hit on by men over and over. But that's also the society you're subscribing to and perpetuating.

Yup... kangaroo courts (schools), #metoo, AWDTSG, police. All of these are platforms women were allowed to use to accuse men, but men (for the most part) were not allowed to when dealing with abusive women and sexual misconduct by women. They grew accustomed to privilege and society turns a blind eye to female privilege.

I've not looked through either of the apps. I'm sure that it's a shit show on both. We're in a weird place where anti-doxxing measures make it extremely difficult to talk about things that happen irl with specific people. This isn't just dating btw. Remember that bad things happening to men = celebration from feminists They see this as resources being used in the right places if men are denied and only women get them. Craig said he was told to pursue his complaints through the civil courts or report it as a fraud, as organisations failed to see him as a victim of coercive control. Crazy that 2/3 of the “negatives” of being a woman in the opening of the article are straight up debunked falsehoods “Crippling fear of walking home alone in the dark. The deafening sound of the biological clock ticking. The ever-growing gender pay gap.” Pay gap has been constantly debunked yet still pushed by major media publications. Go figure. Fear of walking home in the dark yet violence against men in the same situations is higher. Do men just have more tolerance for it because we’re expect…

I remember when I was searching for car insurance. If I listed myself as a man with no tickets or accidents (which is true) I’d be paying the same as a woman, same age, with 3 at fault accidents.

Reminds me of the article / report that came out saying AI and automation impacts women the most, and how we need to fund charity for women. Going to the source material was showing around 52% of women at risk due to AI, and 48% by men. Remember: men don’t matter

Every single speech I’ve heard from women in the last 5 years has inevitably blamed patriarchy. They don’t even realize that the benefits they’re getting wouldn’t even be available to most men. Meanwhile from men it’s about overcoming adversity by putting in the work others won’t

Governments love this tactic. Just polarize the issues so hard and play opposite ends of the spectrum. Veritasium did a good video on this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qf7ws2DF-zk

As a non-american, a LOT of the posts were polarizing the issue. Harris = For women only, and Trump more to leave things as is. This is of course on top of other polarizing points. But really the narrative really felt like men vs women, and groups phrasing it like that were shooting themselves in the foot (at least if they wanted Harris in). As a non-American, Harris was my wish as my countries leader is too stupid to handle trump.

It actually blows my mind. I saw a post yesterday on /all from two extra chromosomes saying to boycott and attack any business where staff is suspected to have voted for trump. YOU'RE ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR YOUR OWN INTERESTS. These sub-humans attacking people for having their own beliefs and interests are wild. This is not how a civilized group would act. I remember shopping around for insurance using the online quote systems for various providers here. 21 years old. Women with 3 at fault crashes still pay less than men with no crashes no tickets, all the other factors the same. I remember an interaction at my office. Two of my colleagues were talking in the break room (with me also present minding my own business). Without going full black mirror where both sides have to accept legal agreements before sex, how are you going to prove what was consensual at the time and what wasn't? I think that's a huge part about the current issue. Men are assumed to be the aggressors, women the victim. And anything said by the potential victim is now automatically taken as proof. I know this story gets reposted often but it never gets old because the same shit keeps happening. Yet, despite more than 5,000 extra rape prosecutions being brought in 2014, the CPS won only 77 extra convictions. Sure, some of them may have actually happened but failed to convict on lack of evidence. [2/2] All men have to take on all the burdens of women in society. But when it comes to women even recognizing men's struggles "ah it's not relevant to me". Coming from a cohort with the highest approval / association to feminism, this clearly shows that feminism is NOT for everyone. you know how feminists attack any woman that doesn't have misandrist views and call them a pickme? Yea, that. With how fucked the dating scene is in most places, any edge a man can get might be seen as a win. Saying you'll lick the ground she steps on and forfeit all possessions to her is what she wants. Saying you're not a feminist is just saying "I know my worth and I'm happy to approach a relationship in a healthy manner" which is, frankly, not what a lot of women want.

The reason they support WGTOW but not MGTOW is because they're actually doing all this to secure the best partner. You can see their insidious bullshit strategies in plain view. They don't want MGTOW because they've been rejected by good men going their own way. The portrayal of men in media (including social media) is astounding. Literally just pushing the image that every single man just follows women around raping them no different from a bee to a flower. More female teachers - unless they've actually checked their bias (which I can guarantee most don't) I imagine most are actively encouraging women and discouraging men. Ever had those teachers that yelled at boys for making a small comment to each other in class and never say anything to the girls? Yea, so have I. As well as just abo…

Unsure if confused or sarcastic, but just in case, these feminists are using the word “choose” to blame men. In reality, most men aren’t choosing this in so much as they see AI as their only option. And why is it their only option? Because they keep getting told by society they’re a creep, rapist, misogynist, just for talking to a woman. Navigating dating in North America as a man is an absolute minefield. Talking to women at work is prohibited. Talking to women in public is prohibited. Dating a…

Okay, so use that to prove the wage gap? Show that 83.7% of what men are paid for the same hours worked (overtime and all). Even better, why not show the same industries and job title? https://www.huffpost.com/entry/wage-gap_b_2073804 Someone choosing to earn less, invest less in their job, still ends up in the statistic, hence why it's important to look at relevant information. I simply don't agree. There are tons of other self-destructive behaviours that are flipped in narrative. Gambling / casinos. Drinking and drugs. Most people agree that casinos going out of their way to enable and promote unhealthy behaviour is morally incorrect, even if technically those people did enter the casino willingly in the end. Mental health issues are no less destructive than other health issues for the person experiencing them.

Feel free to add any relevant proof for anything you say. Coming in and saying “hey there everything you’ve been told is a lie fuck all your proof” and then providing nothing, sounds like a feminist. There’s absolutely nothing that has ever proven a pay gap when comparing the same job and same company. Yet discrimination against men is legal and a lot of stem roles discriminate against men and only allow women to get jobs there. These are things that have been actually proven and written into la…

YMMV, what I'm about to write happened in Canada My uncle had a prenup made by an attorney. Paid for my aunt to have legal advice before signing, so that it was without a shadow of a doubt fully explained to her and understood before signing. She signed it. When it came time for the divorce she still was challenging the prenup. His lawyer suggested that he settle out of court because there's always a chance that even the most iron clad prenup gets thrown out if the judge feels like it. So yea...…

I’ve mentioned this before but I’ve had extremely misandrist and sexist teachers all through school. High school and university alike. The best teachers (in terms of actually wanting to impart knowledge and see the next generation succeed) are frankly also the ones that are least likely to be biased. Then it gets split into 2 camps. Sexist / racist teachers, those that just don’t give a fuck about teaching (means to live / required to research at the uni). The lazy ones are bad but at least ever…

I cant say I experienced much of that before high school. The main thing is there were far more women as teachers at this point than there were men. This will continue to be an issue as we know this job is terribly restrictive to men. The other thing is the men that are in these roles have many male only rules placed on them, as well as have to always be looking over their shoulder for people trying to frame them. It’s not overt in that it’s explicitly taught. But it’s something that seeps into …

There’s quite a difference. 1) we don’t punish the teacher when it’s a woman. Or at least not nearly as much. 2) not all contact is initiated from the student. You’re suggesting that all the contact is student > teacher and the teacher is simply responding. I had a friend in high school who was doing it so he could get better grades. Teacher > student is where it gets far more murky.

The dating scene is brutal for men to the point where some of them see any sex at all as an absolute win, regardless of the circumstances. I wonder if this is by design of feminism to continue the idea of women can do no wrong while they abuse children, groom them, and rape them.

I’m sure this memory would resonate with a lot of men, but i’m sure we’ve all been there when a bunch of girls are talking in class and never get punished, but as a guy you say 1 word and you’re immediately punished. Wasn’t there an article a week back or so that discussed women in law leaving in droves especially when it comes to children? Even if they pay them more to stay they still leave. I guess the ones that do end up staying just end up getting paid more than their male peers, all for the sake of gender number outcomes.

Would you say that it’s a result of feminism or just the poor work culture? Everything I’ve seen about it looks mainly to be the poor work culture. I remember seeing an article about parents wanting schools to be open 7 days a week so they’d have somewhere to send their kids while they worked.

Yea that line about views of women was just not it. Men do a lot of malicious shit too and we don’t say “well it depends on your views of men” If a man does something malicious they should be held accountable just like a woman doing something malicious. This is not a gender thing lol. And yea you put it well. Only a woman can sleep around with multiple men then use the pregnancy to baby trap the one with the most money.

You bring up a great point. Society expects men to pay up, support kids and raise them even when they’re not theirs, because otherwise the kid suffers. But when men are suffering because of lack of affection they’re branded incels / terrorists. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think we should force women to be with men. My point is that men should not be forced to be with kids they didn’t want. The whole thing about men always needing to provide for everyone and never being given anything is tiring.

In one of my office jobs, the women took constant time off for little colds and stuff. The men were there every single day. It was incredibly rare to see a guy take time off. There’s a huge amount of stigma there. I’m sure many of the guys, myself included, would have preferred to take a day off to rest up when we have a cold or flu. Instead of taking cold medicine and working all day, to just lie in bed. But that’s not the reality. In many men it’s ingrained that you are a provider. Afaik there…

If the possibility was there and she hid it from the beta buck, and then chose the beta buck because he had more money then that’s starting to feel quite malicious in nature. You cant really blame people for seeing her as malicious. It’s not a gender thing it’s literally her hiding multiple different aspects to get the most benefit.

I’ve known exactly one woman that I could say was a feminist actually vying for equality. And the saddest part is she had the most reason to be angry at men as she was barely able to escape from Africa with her child. Apparently there men get custody by default. Either way she was extremely level headed and even spoke AGAINST things like he said - she said convictions in court. Either proof or drop it. There are legitimate issues that some women face. Feminists seem hellbent on removing any responsibility or consequences from women. It’s clear when they’re pushing to remove ALL jail sentencing from women that they truly don’t believe men are as equal as women. And that being said, with no responsibility or consequences, they learn they can do anything they want and always get away with it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_empathy_gap It’s worth reading up on the empathy gap / women are wonderful effect There’s quite a bit of data showing people care more about women than men. Of course this doesn’t definitively backup my point, as this is just the empathy we feel towards women Vs men, not necessarily that we listen to them more. But we can see recent examples with how feminists are denying men rights.

It’s been shown often enough that a woman’s word is far more relevant than the actual sentencing. Schools in particular love punishing men outside of the law. They specifically make it harder and harder for men to defend themselves. Until schools follow the law and media stops slandering men off the word of 1 woman alone, this will never stop. So many men’s lives have been ruined off proven false accusations. People still look at them as a rapist, they lose their social lives, jobs, education. A…

I’d say the main issue is people empathize more with women than with men. Even men are more likely to help a woman than a man. Such a structure makes it difficult for any movement to get started. It’s the main reason why posts of women sympathizing with MRAs blow up with comments and readings, because a woman’s voice is worth more than a man’s voice in society. The speed at which a man’s life can be destroyed by a false allegation makes it difficult to speak openly in public. A good example come…

The only part we're against women's rights on, is when they push for the right to completely control men. But none of it is specifically against women, it's just trying to give men equality. For example, having equality in divorce is seen as a misogynistic but men just want to be able to see their kids and not pay unfairly for women's luxury lifestyles.

Statistically they’re less likely to be a victim of a violent crime on the streets compared to men. But women are the ones shaming men despite already having it safer. Welcome to modern psychology. Society goes head over heels for the class with the most victim points. Women are incessant in falsifying just how much they’re a victim of the patriarchy. And this goes for a lot of different classes of humans to different degrees. So effectively people are being taught they have to be the biggest victim to reap the most rewards. Very dangerous structures. And even worse when those groups aim to take more privileges from the situation.

So? The point was that whatever custody arrangement he had, he was able to go get her from school. And why an amber alert then? He signed her out of school. It wasn’t like he abducted a child off the streets.

Removing oneself from the ridiculous game is how to win at it. I imagine most here would like to be fathers and have a healthy relationship but the whole point is that it’s a minefield and men are the only victims. Taking a stance and saying “we’re NOT going to drive into a minefield you laid for us” is the only way to get them to stop laying mines down.

Yup. My aunt pulled that and my uncle had to settle for 6 figures just to avoid a potential even worse divorce settlement by a bad judge. He even paid for legal counsel for her to ensure she knew what the prenup meant. She took 3 days before signing it and her argument was she was under duress because otherwise he wouldn’t take her to Florida. Men can do everything right and still get fucked. Welcome to the matriarchy.

Yup, even if you split the bill to a restaurant, that’s still an extra outing you wouldn’t have had. And we all know that many women won’t split the bill. It’s the patriarchy’s job to pay for everything!

I don’t agree with this at all. I believe professional helpers can make a huge difference in working through problems. Taking care of yourself is good as a general rule but when someone slips that far it’s a gamble whether a bit of relaxation and self focus will really help. Men are constantly portrayed as demons and rapists and criminals. Beauty standards for men are extremely high. If a man’s image of himself is extremely poor a specialist will do a lot better.

There's a difference between mistakes and malice. A mistake doesn't necessarily have to harm someone else. Or, the mistake caused harm but not intentionally. There's also many examples of mistakes that don't receive any sort of leeway. If you're a man caught drunk driving that's an instant punishment even if it's your first ticket. Collecting the money could go a long way with showing that women can't just always get away with something so malicious and pass it off as a mistake if the truth is f…

I understand. Feminists are waging a war on single men without ever addressing why these men are single in the first place. Instead of addressing the inequalities in laws to protect men, the entitlement of women, and how horrible the dating scene is for men, they just criminalize single men so those men are forced to seek out relationships even if they're negative.

The thing I hate most about it is that many men are brought up to have that quality. They're taught to suppress their issues and deal with it themselves or just suck it up. And whether women admit it or not, when a man is vulnerable, many are turned off. So feminists say things like "well it's the patriarchy that makes men keep to themselves" but they're missing the point that many of them would turn down a man if they spoke about their issues and their vulnerability. I'm sure it can work out in some cases. But I am not sure the die roll is necessarily worth it. This is the problem. Women grow up without ever having responsibility for their choices or actions while men always have responsibility, sometimes even for others. This puts all the risk on men for the most part. Divorces are heavily stacked against men. When a man "chooses poorly" it's his problem and his fault. He just has to either suck it up or pay through the nose for his "mistake". When a woman …

This is the answer. A man saying they have problems is just told by society to suck it up and be a man. A woman saying they have problems is given support by society. Remember that most men grew up being told to respect women, never hit a woman, always help women, women and kids first, etc. Anti-men groups have done a good job at pushing the idea of some abusive overarching system called the patriarchy, that all men supposedly take part of and benefit from by default. You can argue that there's possibly a bias in how they view their own situation and experiences given the sub that they're commenting on, but then you should be addressing why that bias exists. Just to be clear, you're seriously arguing that verbal accusation should be enough to put anyone behind bars? Because that's how you end up with slippery slopes in a justice system. "Maybe he got a coworker to punch in and out of work for him or maybe he slipped out while on break to go kill that man. We don't have any proof he actually did any of this, or any proof that he killed that man, but we don't need proof"

There's a screen shot of something at the end. Seemed like a report or article of the sorts trying to argue that reporting of false accusations is overinflated and the "better" number is as high as 10%. I'm not even sure how they even function when their brains clearly don't work. Saying it's not a problem when "only" 1/10 women are lying to destroy someone's life... definitely shows the equality there since they can't be accused of the same thing.

Reading some of the key points is just sad... This caring attitude made it more difficult for men to seek help and look after themselves. I'm not sure about Norway, but most places don't help males in the first place even when they're struggling. The men had been threatened with being deprived of contact with their children, which was another reason they did not report the violence to the police. Crazy to think systems that let women monopolize children in a relationship have these problems.

Little by little? Canadian news outlets were pointing to single men over 25 as potential terrorists after that guy used a fake cop car to kill a bunch of people (and he killed 1 more woman than man). It's an active war against men, with women specifically targeting single men because they don't like the idea of men not being controlled.

I'm not disagreeing with you. As a person, a human, we want people to respect us. As monkey, we want to procreate. These things conflict sometimes. At least from what I read from r incels before it got locked, these men couldn't even do the latter with women who had little respect for them (outside of paying for it). In Canada they took all men and women, including those that chose not to work, and compared the total earned by both groups. Because women choose to work less, or stay at home, they determined that it's fair to say women earn 60 cents on the dollar for every man. Blatantly false, probably because they couldn't find a single example of discrimination on a per job / skill basis. We all know feminists love to lie, but comparing non working women to working men and saying women should be given free …

I feel like a lot of MRAs recognize or have directly experienced the imbalance of power in dating even if they aren't necessarily incels themselves. It's just the group of men self-identifying as incels just had it a really rough time with this imbalance. The sad part is that the feelings of detest and hatred can be pretty easy to come by when all they see is a systematic crushing of feelings, time, and self-worth. All while the goal of the incels in the first place was to start a family and pro…

Reading her points, here's my answer to each. 1) is just a statement of fact. Labelling it as "Everyone lies, including women" is just trying to cover up the fact that this particular issue is unidirectional. It's by women and targeted at men. She's either trying to conflate the idea that white lies told by men, which hold no legal power, are equivalent to life ending lies told by women regarding sexual misconduct. Otherwise she's trying to say that #MeToo goes both ways, which it doesn't. She d…

Feminist: "If I want to be completely naked in public I should be able to do so without being looked at in a sexual way" "It's men's fault for looking" "Men are evil" Also feminist: "Johny should have known she was crazy he was asking for it" Such a double standard! They always say just because a woman dresses extremely provocatively it doesn't mean she's asking to be approached but then a man gets abused in a relationship and they say he's asking for it.

I'm not one of the ones that downvoted. The main issue I see is a growing tendency to be spoiled. Most people here (I hope...) understand that it's not literally every woman that's a greedy bitch. But the reasonable ones are more likely to be spoken for and we can see from things like trends in divorce rates, articles blaming men and saying they should be financially responsible, etc. The problem with saying "most are very reasonable" is that this will be extremely anecdotal. And avoids making men better hires on average. This is a real issue. They keep giving women better advantages legally than men. Stuff like parental leave in a relationship. Don't forget that some feminists believe impregnation is always rape. So by not having babies they're fighting the patriarchy. As much as it's fine these hateful women are out of the dating pool, the only way to rebalance the dating pool is if more women are searching for partners than men. Only then will women realize they actually have to make an effort, be considerate of men, and reflect on how feminism drove away all the men to MGTOW.

If as a married couple they decide that the wife stays home with the kids there's understandably a little animosity that goes into something like this such as seeing the ex-husband continuing off with a career that has progressed further. The article is disgusting and the sub-article about golden penis syndrome even more so. They're calling out men who may for once in their life actually be on the receiving end of attention. And that when given the option between being consciously uncoupled or being with a v average dude who thinks his penis is pure gold, you already know what to pick. So yup, already they're putting down the average man here. The problem is they don't want to "settle" for the average man no matter how average or…

It was common knowledge that women got whatever they wanted at my uni. The worst was that some TAs had access to exams (when the profs were extra shitty). The TAs tended to be treated horribly so what did they care if they traded an exam for sex? Or even just a tease. Had one class where the highest mark in a class of 80 was a B- with a normal distribution. Except for a small group of outliers who had 100% in the class. It was leaked after that one of the girls in that small group flirted with t…

waste of life this term is highly dependent on what you view as a waste of life. There's a lot of people that would prefer to spend as much time as possible with their kids and don't feel any enjoyment / satisfaction from work. Exactly. Fear mongering is just to make women scared (or give them the hint that they should pretend to be scared) so they can benefit off extra handouts. I remember seeing this today: https://www.reddit.com/r/ABoringDystopia/comments/pwyyh9/horrifying/ They just claim nothing bad ever happens to men, then use that to reinforce to women that "if nothing bad happens to men, then they must be the evil"

It's a really easy way for them to deflect any real arguments. By labeling the entirety of the manosphere as a hate crime, suddenly any arguments, even if founded in logic and legitimate criticism, can be thrown away as hate speech. Then they just need to keep cherry picking the extremists and they've basically won. Meanwhile with the women are wonderful effect in full force, people generally refuse to see the severity of the extreme feminists.

Capitalism always caters to the highest bidder. Exactly. Traditional values of the man being the highest earner and leaving the household to the wife is still holding strong even among millennial groups. At least we see more of a trend to a more equal household contribution. I would say the original definition of incel is not necessarily a violent hate group, but more so a group that found solidarity with other men in a rigged dating game. It turned into an echo chamber within themselves which probably led to some of them being violent / hateful. But that's not really outside of what extreme people from other groups do either (feminists with their man hating, blacks attacking whites, etc). The main issues I see with all of this are that the people calling out misandry are getting silenced, so its harder for the average man to see that they're not alone in the plight. The second issue is that women make up most of the spending decisions.

Also to be considered is women get full custody far more often. So you’ll see more stories of single mothers than you would single fathers. They don't want the same amount of money as a man. They want more money. Men biologically need more food, men pay more for insurance for the same car / age / distance travelled per year, men have their incomes slashed in divorces to supplement women's wallets, men tend to have to drive more which adds on gas and repairs, men receive the same pay for the same job. But then women want men to pay for everything in dating + they want to earn more than what men earn as a baseline.

Whether it's peer pressure or not is not men's fault. Men can peer pressure other men too. "Dude, your girlfriend sits at home doing nothing" "doesn't work out" but it doesn't mean he instantly dumps her as is so much more the case with women and their superficial values. As others have mentioned in this thread, it's fine to have preferences. But for women they become requirements due to the power they have in dating. They can ask nearly anything, while the reverse is just not true.

Even the article talks about how they're progressively womenwashing even established content (I.E an actual source material to adapt) to have muh wahmonz as the main characters. That's on top with all the more phony movies coming out with women as lead. This is truly just a shining example of female privilege and the toxicity of the environment to men. None of that talks about any responsibility of the woman. Why can't a woman who rapes a man (physically or by sperm stealing) be responsible for the child she brought into the world? Or the child being put into foster care? Flip the genders on common issues and it's disgusting how much outcry you'd get.

The other comments in this chain say you've read posts on this subreddit, but I've never seen your name come up in any discussions and you haven't addressed any issues men face. Specifically for legal rights? 1) The right to a fair trial with outcomes equivalent to what women get. Women get the pussy pass. AKA no jail / consequences for the same crimes men get put behind bars for years. Between actual sentencing and sentence duration, men get a really short end here. 2a) The right to equal custo…

I’m just incredibly confused by this messaging and always left wondering if they truly believe anything they say. Men are apparently responsible to protecting women against “bad men” But now women are not responsible for protecting men against “bad women” At least that’s what I’m getting from her post. She rationalizes being a bad person towards them because suddenly it’s not her responsibility. Women under feminism truly retain no agency.

It's pretty amazing just how shitty feminists can be while feeling justified by lying. The original posting that happened in Canada was that women as a whole earned less than men as a whole. This includes unemployed women and stay at home mothers. They found that women tend to earn the same, or more, once you actually look at specific firms and roles, there's no distinguishable difference. The problem is, the news took this initial figure and brainwashed these 5 iq, emotionally driven feminists …

Getting to a point of mutual understanding with others is generally a good strategy, particularly when men's rights is so heavily demonized in the general public. I'm not sure what you're suggesting by "do something" that isn't "don't just talk about it" Should men go on a violent civil war? Should we hire blackhat hackers to ransomware companies / government until they make fair policies? Just generally confused why talking about it within the group and outside of the group is considered bad.

Did you ever consider the fact that feminism basically has all the power in influencing new gendered laws with a huge sway on society's perception? The fact that feminism is saying only men sexualize others is leading to the general belief that only men sexualize others. So yes, this biased perception is a result of feminism.

Just because a woman would've gotten away with it doesn't make a 5 year age gap okay. I'm just curious what your solution is then. Women get lighter sentencing in general, which was really clear in comparable cases as to the one posted here. So we're dealing with 3 separate issues. First being that men are treated worse legally. There's a lot of stuff people get away with when there's no evidence. As a man, dating in recent years feels like I'm on display in a store and women just browse around and choose what they want. Most dating sites (like OKCupid) give women all the power. 99.9% of men don't have any problem with women or helping them. Why are feminists in general applying the idea that all men are dangerous rapists because of the acts of a tiny minority? But then suddenly you bring up "radical feminists" and you can't hold them to that. Women always say men have to hold other men accountable but they won't hold radical feminists accountable. The prevalence of men isn’t due to unfairness against women. Exactly. It's an unfairness against men. Disposability + expectation to earn more. Saying more women should be in mining, etc may also push cognitive dissonance on feminists as they now have to argue that a well payed, male dominated field is not suitable for women while a separate, well paid and male dominated field is suitable for women (your point about the hypocrisy).

There's the societal expectation not to hit back, but then there's the legal expectation not to hit back. While I think it should not exist, and even if socially it's "somewhat" acceptable to defend yourself, you'll still be legally destroyed without any changes to the law.

You change this by supporting positive male examples. Don't say you support feminism or other ideologies that hate men (unless your life depends on it, then say what you need to). It's a toxic mindset so I would cut people out if they push the idea that men are bad under the sole factor of sex.

As a woman I find this absolutely true. With each man I dated and subsequently ended it with, I knew each time what was missing and what I wanted in my next partner, or more so, the type of behaviour I refused to put up with. And there's definitely nothing wrong with this. I talk about this in hobby groups all the time. As you try more and more products you'll learn what makes something good and bad. Likewise, both men and women should be responsible for themselves so if a partner does things th…

This isn't an argument about aborting, it's an argument about men having the right for men to not be financially gouged in the event a child is conceived without their permission. That's fair enough. I'm not saying men cannot be selective either. Culturally here, men are not the selectors. As you mentioned, that doesn't mean men can't break off their first relationships for the same reason that was recommended to women. That being said, if you were afraid of never being selected again, you may reconsider.

That's also why you should be wary about taking female dating advice seriously as a man, because most of the time it doesn't correspond to their real desire. yea I definitely learned this the hard way. It was a few years now, but a feminist gave a tedtalk about never settling down with one of the first 3 guys you have a long term relationship for. Her reasoning is that dating at least 3 guys gives you a better baseline as to meet your standards. The person you settle down with has to be at least as good as the best of the first 3. Under the possibility that the first 3 are the best you'll ever meet, you can slowly move your standards lower. It was such a weird tedtalk to watch as a man. While …

You're definitely missing the point here. 1) Sex has moved away from being purely a baby-making procedure. 2) Sex can just be a form of intimacy for a new relationship and isn't only for married couples. 3) It's been shown that many women will try and force men into fatherhood, despite them being against it. Such as through lying about being on the pill, taking the used condoms, etc. 4) women can make the choice after the fact, but men cannot. Telling men "you should have taken more precautions"…

You have not even offered a counter-point to ponder, yet you take the holier than thou route to denounce others. Judge people on the name alone. I also, quite literally, called it a meme from the incel culture. Whether you believe they're the majority or not is irrelevant. Read as such: Women are using their experiences with a select few men that they chose for superficial reasons as grounds to claim all men are sex-driven and superficial. Even those that don't agree initially are convinced that the men they've dated (which could be normal) were just tricking them for sex in the end.

Why do you think the Stacy and Chad incel memes exist? The idea is that superficial Chad only cares about sex, and superficial Stacy only sees Chads. Stacy concludes that all men must be like Chad because she's the best at picking partners. Since Stacys are a majority and even non-Stacy women are bound to run into Chads, it's easy to sway the non-Stacys' opinions to believe that all the ones that haven't been that way, were just hiding it. Chiming in. Dating was incredibly dehumanizing particularly online dating. My platonic women friends always give me advise like "be her friend first" but this just leads into the friendzone with 1-2 months of time wasted at a minimum. Then they try and tie single and more-so incelism to more radical movements that are more ingrained in the population as bad. They'll casually say all terrorists start as incels. The message we got was clear: "As a man, you do NOT show your interest unless she expresses hers first." This definitely resonates a lot. Online dating is also pushing this idea too which further degrades men. It makes them feel like a product on display at a store and women just pick out and choose. Most men don't get to choose so it's a lot of one-way decisioning. The woman decides what "product" to put in the cart and at checkout will finally choose which she's purchasing. Men can, of course,…

It's a lot of women throwing out the advice of "just be her friend first" and like you said, the factors that make a good friend are not necessarily the same as the factors that make a good husband. Maybe they're looking for chiseled looks, 6ft4 with 100k+ earnings after tax. Friends can be none of those and still be fun to hang out with. It's more women lying to themselves that they're not tied to their base instincts of superficially appealing men.

Insurance and food costs are straight up stacked against men. Stuff like rooming can be more difficult as a man, which leads to more expensive options. Game theory. As most men will still instinctively give that attention to women, women will not feel the need to change. Men can be many things. They may "be going their own way" and called incels / terrorists for it, but still go their own way and be safe. They may just ignore what's happening. I can probably list out all the compliments I've received in my life and it would fit in under 200 words. The fact that they're so few and far between that each one becomes so distinct is saddening. None of them being about my looks and only about what I'm wearing at the time (which is still a big help), or smarts. One specific time I was complimented by a girl in highschool about a sweater that I wasn't too sure about (didn't fit my image until that point). It was my first time wearing it and I…

Just posted this on another thread but thought it was fitting here: The worst one was that I saw an article on a study that talked about how we need to fund women's futures. Why you may ask? Because in the future, automation will be so widespread that people will lose their job. Women make up half the jobs that can be automated so we need to ensure we fund only their future and ignore the other half. Got my blood boiling early in the morning. Misandry and misogyny in the same article. Men don't …

You won't find much love for the word feminism around here, even if a self-proclaimed feminist actually has good intentions for everyone. Those that call themselves feminists, though leaning far more into the radicals, are still held in high regards in public opinion while even the most basic of men's rights activists speaking about something like prison sentences will be treated almost like a terrorist. While feminists that want equality may support some men's issues, they're not fighting again…

I have a very attractive male friend that worked 2 jobs to support both him and his now wife. He took on an extra job to save money for the wedding. She never worked through the whole thing. Not my place to say anything as we weren't that close friends, but man it hurt seeing him burn himself out all while needing to go to the gym to maintain an attractive figure, just to be with her.

According to Flynn, Wolfford was allowed to plead guilty to attempted assault, as opposed to a full assault charge, because of her history of mental illness. I hate how for women mental illness is a get out of jail free (along with pussy pass) while mental illness for men gets treated as a reason that all men should be locked up. Treat mental illness for BOTH GENDERS as something that should be fixed.

When I first heard about it in mainstream news in Canada they referred to the Canada Stats publication for the data which just showed the overall revenue for all women versus the overall revenue for all men, not taking into consideration that far more women were stay at home, part time ,etc. The news articles just started quoting the Canada Stats as "wage gap" and that women earned 30% less for the same job which was never stated or implied by the stats. I definitely think if they have to pay they should be entitled to seeing them. Paying without being able to see them is basically saying "these are YOUR children but you're not allowed to see them and still have to pay for them". Outside of specific cases like one parent being involved in drugs or abuse they should automatically start with 50/50 and then adjusted based on factors or other.

meet a likeable woman who isn't an asshole, This is the part that I have a problem with. Because women are entitled to being assholes, they can cause some extreme stress in men. When a man is only exposed to that kind of feminazi style of society, with no safety net for mental or financial health, then men can really fall. Anti-male groups regularly conflate groups like MGTOW and incel groups as hate groups. Socially, we consider single men as defective whether it is their decision to be single (MGTOW) or not (incel). Even if something is not explicitly stated in the article you still have to consider how their ideas relate to perception of society.

This is a power move, I have no doubt about it and I think MRAs are going to be a big target of this legislation. Agreed. They want to ban any forum where people speak negatively about feminism. They praise the takedown of /r/incels (though I'll withhold my judgement on there as I never visited the sub before it got taken down). I would say that as society we have a generalization problem. How do you talk about society training people (men and women in general) to not be immediately repulsed by a man that shows some weakness if you don't generalize that this is a widespread issue? The generalizations are just to focus on one thing at a time. Well, it actually makes some sense here as you WANT lighter sentences for people who come clean because it can get innocent people out of prison. No, it doesn't. They're basing legal judgement purely on what she said with no proof when almost all sides can be solved by just doing evidence based convictions.
