I also understand the problems you are facing as a moderator and the suggestion I would give is send short messages to any poster's who's post you removed and give them a short canned response why and tell them that if they disagree then they can appeal to another one of the moderators. edit : I want to add that the good discussions will happen regardless but they will be a lot more focused if the moderators filter out the posts that have already been "answered"… | /r/seduction | 13/10/11 02:34 PM |
