How old are you? It's never too late to pursue your dreams. There are people starting at 70.

You're going down the wrong path, if you truly believe Islam is the truth you are only forsaking your own soul. Remember, this life compared to the afterlife (eternity) is like a drop of water compared to the oceans. We all have dirt on our hands, I'm just saying the vices aren't worth it. He is the Most Merciful, just return to Him and try to be sincere. It's hard staying strong, but I would have to say the reward is worth it. The truth is nobody knows what happens after we die, better to be sa…

Women in clubs have their guard up higher than if they were out and about during the day. If the club scene isn't working out for you, try different environments and/or during the day, while simultaneously working on yourself and increasing knowledge. You will begin to learn what works and what doesn't. Also you want to be immune to rejection, just shrug it off. I know it's easier said than done, but it gets easier with experience and time.

No problem. By asking her to meet again you are showing you DGAF that she ignored you. Ideally the NGAF attitude should come from within, but sometimes you gotta fake it until you make it.

You have a deep seated fear of rejection. One of the best ways to combat fear is through desensitization. You need to get out there and expose yourself as much as possible. Separate yourself from your emotions of fear. Getting rejected by a girl is very unlikely to kill you or cause physical harm. The only thing that gets bruised is your ego. If I were you I would start doing massive amounts of cold approaches and striking up conversations. You are putting women on a pedestal. I don't want to he…

Next time don't unfollow if you get ignored. It comes off as sensitive, butthurt, and vindictive. You're better off moving on and focusing on you. Don't acknowledge her message and send her a one liner asking to meet again. She ignored you remember? If she doesn't respond move on. Don't follow her again unless there is potential for it to lead to something.

Would you recommend engaging them or ignoring them? Engaging them seems like a losing proposition because it seems they are just looking for a reaction, but sometimes it’s hard to walk away.

This is why I believe everyone should strive to be self-employed. It’s hard to live up to your own values and true self when you work for someone else, you end up living up to your boss’s or company’s values. There’s nothing inherently wrong with this, but it’s not true freedom. That being said, self-employment is not an easy feat, but definitely worth it.

It's a combination of prolactin release, dopamine desensitization, opiods, decreased brain testosterone receptors, and increased brain estrogen receptors. You state to never reveal your sexual intentions to a woman and always maintain plausible deniability, but Alan Roger Currie in his book Mode One says it’s better to be honest and straightforward with your sexual intentions to avoid wasting time on a woman and being manipulated. What is your take on that, how do we reconcile the two concepts? Do we just keep escalating without being overtly explicit, or is it good to sometimes be direct about our sexual intentions?

Just acknowledge you made a mistake and move on. If they bring it up again say "yes" or "okay" and nothing further. The more you respond emotionally to the incident or things people say the more they will bring it up. You have to remain cool, detached, composed, almost emotionless with a poker face.

"When I look back on my life nowadays, which I sometimes do, what strikes me most forcibly about it is that what seemed at the time most significant and seductive, seems now most futile and absurd. This is important, however I feel that if you know someone doesn't like you it's best to avoid them as long as they aren't giving you trouble. Stirring up shit can backfire, if you go looking for trouble you'll end up getting it. If they do disrespect you however, call them out on it immediately. Don't let it fester or slide, you may not get the opportunity again to set boundaries, and bringing it up later isn't as effective as dealing with it in the moment. Lifting is only one way to gain confidence, and subsequently confidence with women. I used to be jacked. Planned all my meals, lifted 6 days a week. It was easy to get chicks, but I wasn't the most successful professionally. That was my Achilles' heel and the girls could smell it. I stopped lifting. Eat whatever the hell I want now. Read the book a few years ago, it's a short read but has a lot of great advice. It's a nice complement to the 50 Laws, but covers slightly different topics, and is easier to digest due to the smaller size. Would recommend.

It's always best to avoid toxic people. It's hard because you may care for them. At the end of the day however, they will only hurt you. Either directly by doing something to you, or indirectly by destroying themselves.

I think you are making a mistake. Things are moving way too fast. Being exclusive with her only benefits her, not you. Not only that but women lose respect for you when you commit to them too easily. In addition she was a former oneitis and she probably knows it, so you have to be extra careful. I would string it out as long as I can, and not enter an LTR with her. Monk mode is the answer. Take as much time as required to completely heal. In the meantime, eat healthy food and exercise regularly. Stretch regularly, very important. Stop PMO at all costs! Set up a healing environment and focus on academics. If girls approach you always keep it friendly but you don't have to get close to them if you don't want to. At worst they will get frustrated but you can deal with that. The healing process may take a very long time. If you've been addicted to PMO for year…

Focus on the positives, you are a recent law school grad and you have potential. Forget about the ex, don't worry about what she's doing. Think about a short period of monk mode to get back on your feet, you're not fully stable yet. 3k a month is not bad for that job, FL has a lower cost of living than NYC. Focus your efforts on finding a better offer or consider taking that job.

Maybe you are jacking off too much? I find when I stop jackin it, I get a surge of energy. Approaching women becomes automatic, and doesn't feel like work. It feels more natural and interactions become easier. When you jerk off you lose the motivation to go get laid, and doing things without motivation feels like hard work.

Work and school are the top priority. Don't fall behind in those areas. Lifting makes you feel better, so do it more than once a week. Start with those things and work your way up from there.
/r/askTRP06/08/16 09:33 PM

I don't think you need to worry about it. As long as you treat everyone else fairly they will not share the animosity against you. If people ask, you can tell your side of the story (how the girl tried to manipulate you) but don't come off as butthurt. Women gossip about guys and everyone else all the time in their inner circles. Don't take it too seriously, you are above all that.
/r/askTRP06/08/16 09:08 PM

You're young so you have time on your side. Start thinking about what you want from life 5 or 10 years from now. Not just with women but with money, career, health, etc. It doesn't matter if progress is slow, just be consistent and you'll see results. Success is the ultimate aphrodisiac to the women. Avoid oneitis like the plague. But treat them fairly, like the other women in your life. That is what they find attractive. Don't blame her for making you infatuated with her, her game just worked o…

You shouldn't have to lie to women about being a doctor (unless you're joking around). You can be vague if you want ("I work in the medical field"). If they ask you to clarify, keep being vague until you actually want to tell them. It's not about your profession it's about how you carry yourself. Be direct and upfront. Don't worry about labels. Know what kind of behavior you expect from women and work towards that.
/r/askTRP06/08/16 04:53 AM
2

Keep her in the rotation and don't be butthurt. I also think you need to be more direct and assertive. You need to know exactly what you want from these women, clear and concrete goals. Then push towards them. You didn't mention your age or what you do for a living. Being well balanced is important. Everything is interconnected.
/r/askTRP06/08/16 04:41 AM

Apologies are rarely effective with women, if ever. It will only make you look weaker in her eyes. Own your actions, don't apologize, she will think twice before manipulating you again.

It's normal to feel a little down after ending a relationship, you may be in a slight mourning phase right now. You're brain is no longer releasing as much oxytocin since that is created by relationships. I was in a similar situation to you before. In order to get over this you may have to do those things that you have been ignoring. Don't ask about her boyfriend, it's none of your concern. You shouldn't care about him, you shouldn't seek commitment from her. She will bring it up if it's an issue, and if you keep giving her tingles she probably won't.

The testing never stops, but the nature of the testing changes once you pass the initial ones. Deida says she will test your "dark" masculine energy first, before testing your light ones. So essentially they go from shit tests to mainly comfort tests, with the occasional shit test reappearing to confirm in her mind you really are the man she thinks you are.

You're a physician, you should know more about this subject than us. Make sure you're getting enough and the proper proportion of macronutrients. As far as testosterone levels, there's not much you can do to boost it besides TRT. Maintaining a clean lifestyle is probably the best way to preserve T levels. Studies have also shown abstaining from ejaculation increases testosterone receptors in the brain. Also I'm a med student so you don't have to worry about getting too technical with me.

It's also the fact that people associate themselves with their thoughts and believe that they ARE their thoughts or that "voice in their head". You are not the voice in your head, you are the one listening and responding to that voice. The trick is to isolate the thoughts from the person who is listening to them (your deeper conscious). That way the thoughts don't affect you, they just pass by. I'm reading the Power of Now and this seems to be the basic premise of the book.

I used to be like you. You are on the right track. Don't try to avoid the harsh feelings associated with rejection. Just sit with them and let them stew. After a while the rejections start affecting you less and less. That is how you develop thicker skin. The more you do this the less you care about being rejected. You realize you have more to gain than to lose. That is how you live life to the fullest.

Most of the time they won't insult you, they will just reject you politely. But once in a while, when you do get an insult or harsh rejection, know that it is that it is a reflection of her not you. She was probably someone you don't want to be around anyway.

As far as people pleasing tendencies, this video helped me a lot and will explain things much better than I can: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=HZm4B4foybM I believe your issues stem from pain avoidance, lack of confidence, and over analyzing. You don't know how people will respond to you unless you try, so stop assuming that your flaws will result in automatic rejection. In addition you won't get better at social interaction and dealing with women unless you put yourself into those situations yo…

Make sure you are applying the principles to your life. Another good book is Mode One by Alan Roger Currie. Don't over analyze things just do it. I have the same issues as you. It will be a constant struggle, if you're not constantly trying and improving you will regress.

When you read a book, you have to be able to absorb what you believe is useful and discard that which is not. In my opinion, the 100% of the content in most books will never useful to you. There will always be something you don't vibe with. However, there will be little bits of gold amongst the garbage and that alone could make them worth reading. The trick is to not let the bullshit alter your mindset. To do that you have to be firm in your beliefs and have a solid foundation. Don't be afraid t…

This advice in this book needs to be put in context. It is about people pleasing, and being beta to an extent. However you should think about it as a skillset you are gaining, learning how to make certain people like you can be an advantage in certain contexts. There are probably certain situations where you wouldn't want to apply the advice in the book because it can make you appear weak or lose power.

Always better to let these situations go. Nothing good can come out of escalating.
