Have any of you guys struggled to gain upper body weight as a tall guy?Well there’s your issue most likely. Our appetite is driven much by emotions and we are really bad at guessing how much we eat as well as our intuition regarding food sucks (as resources were scarce in the past the human body wants to keep eating when it finds high energy foods) etc. I am also 6’2”, i workout 6 times a week for 1.5hrs ish and so my tdee is pretty high, I bulk at around 3500 kcal. Where those calories come from does not matter. I eat chocolate and shit when I cut because I can. O… | /r/askTRP | 22/12/17 03:16 AM
Have any of you guys struggled to gain upper body weight as a tall guy?Do you track what you eat though? What are your lift numbers on the main 4 lifts? Myfitnesspal is ok and all but may have a lot of errors. When you eat big do you know how much in a surplus you eat and the amount of protein? | /r/askTRP | 22/12/17 02:59 AM
Have any of you guys struggled to gain upper body weight as a tall guy?Ok then you have two choices imo, either cut first or bulk first then do the opposite afterwards. To cut eat 500 leas than your TDEE. It sucks. But it works. You do need to track calories though which is annoying and first but fine once you get used to it. Use a scale. I recommend high volume low calorie foods like vegetables and soups and high water content foods etc if you feel hungry a lot. Avoid eating out a lot cause you do not know the calories of it usually and they tend to use a lot of o… | /r/askTRP | 22/12/17 02:48 AM
Have any of you guys struggled to gain upper body weight as a tall guy?Sounds like you needa eat. Should help your fatigue as well. Figure out your TDEE and eat around 500 in surplus of that. | /r/askTRP | 22/12/17 02:37 AM
Complete lifting guide for noobs?Lifting isnt hard. The human body adapts. If you lift heavy shit it will produce muscle to do just so. Which is why you should find a routine you like and stick to it. And make sure to eat enough. 5x5 is fine for beginners. | /r/askTRP | 21/12/17 02:52 AM

Ketosis, The Ultimate Test of Willpower.Well personally I eat whatever i want when cutting just making sure i hit my calorie goal. I gym a lot, my tdee is around 3000kcal so i usually cut at 2300 ish fairly aggressively. I love carbs too much, don’t wanna cut that out. And when bulking I still have to stop myself at 3600, I have an immense appetite. But by all means the best diet is the one that one can stick to, be it keto or not. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/12/17 02:52 PM
Ketosis, The Ultimate Test of Willpower. It's not gonna help you lose weight if your calorie intake is still too high, that being said as long as you make sure to limit the amount of fat you take in you need to eat a good fucking amount to surpass your TDEE in a keto diet. Just thought I'd add that before people start eating as much fatty beef and pork and eggs they can before they feel like puking and still expect to lose weight | /r/TheRedPill | 10/12/17 09:24 AM
Quick texting questionA lot of younger people text like that, myself included. I don’t know why exactly, it’s just a habit but i guess id say typing out long messages is too formal? Like some times i type normally but other times i type fast and often change my mind and thus type many times, essentially hitting send before reading over my message. Feels more like a real conversation? Just my opinion. Tbh probably no special meaning behind it. | /r/askTRP | 09/12/17 03:18 PM

How long to wait when texting? / Texting in 2017Thanks for the input. It does indeed kind of piss me off how they try playing games when they're obviously around their phone 24/7, even more so when I can see it full effect in person when I'm with them, their phones lighting up every minute in front of their face. I do however feel as though 2/3 might be different nowadays though because of how much we all use IM. Would you flat out ignore a girl until she's sent 3 messages in a row, even if her last 1 or 2 messages is left open for you to hav… | /r/askTRP | 05/12/17 09:53 AM
Tinder Game Help- I get #s but don't know how to get them to meet up?Ask them. You're not any more desperate than them if they also are on Tinder. You're both there for one reason, and you matched. | /r/seduction | 04/12/17 09:04 AM

What do to when I find myself on the other end of the thread? Thanks. So get more options is the way to go I guess. The next question is should I hit on her before I break that barrier and start going the other way or not, cause I believe the chance of success by just being straight forward about it is fairly high if my assumptions are right. Good read, thank you. | /r/askTRP | 03/12/17 03:13 PM
