Bad advice about lifting heavy in the beginning. Learn to lift correctly first and build correct muscle memory through movements.

Ha beginners don't need to worry about 'cutting' or 'bulking'. Just eat healthy with plenty of protien and the noob gainz will come.

"Will you escort these two lady's back to plastic surgery please" ha I just about died when I heard that. Gordon ramsey has been discussed here before. Very good RP/alpha example.

College was a magical place, I managed the dining hall while I was still in school. I wasn't the main person in charge or anything, but my word was law. I had the power to hire and fire people , do write ups, chose who stayed late, etc. The girls drooled over me who worked there. Especially the freshman. I would give them all the shit jobs too and they loved me even more for it. Man I wish I didn't have a girlfriend in college. Still took a good handful of them out though.

I think you misunderstood what I meant by chip on your shoulder. Being mad at the world is not an alpha trait, accepting the world for what it is is alpha. Sure hating the world may be what brought you here but you are still on step 0 if you can't even get over that much.

So many stupid 'bro science' posts on here lately. Figthing with your fists does not make you an alpha. Sure you should be able to defend yourself but going around with a chip on your should looking to brawl shows that you lack any true frame.

There's no correlation between exercise and weight loss. Exercise leads to caloric deficit, which leads to weight loss. How is there no correlation? That is the exact definition of correlation. Still a shit post though.

You obviously have no idea what you are talking about either. Just more bro science here.

not try to gain too much mass. First of all I don't think it looks good and I don't want to look like a bodybuilder You will never look like a body builder you see on TV or etc without taking steroids. Not really possible to gain "TOO MUCH MASS" unless you eat like 5000 clean calories a day, run steroid stacks year round, workout 2+ hours a day for years, and have amazing DNA. Stop thinking so much and just lift.

Tiger woods and guys of similar value are kind of outside the bounds of normal TRP. They could be complete Beta's and still get any women they want because of their astronomically high SMV due to their financial wealth alone. But good on him for not settling again.

One my dad's best friend's sons was the starting quarter back for a D2 school. He met this chick, they started hanging out, had sex once, and then he realized he gone messed up and stuck his dick in crazy. He said he didn't want to see her anymore so she cried rape. He got kicked off the team and lost his scholarship BEFORE the case went to trial. Well eventually the truth came out, they had exchanged like 30,000 texts, many of which saying she wanted to sleep with him before and after the event…

I seriously don't know how any man can have frame at that weight unless his status and value are through the roof, because his looks sure arent.

edit Guys Guys Guys... I know I need to lose the weight, I have been. I should have mentioned that I am lifting, was doing crossfit until I fucked my foot up, have been going to the gym 2-3 times a week for the last month, should have stated that before the currently lost 20 lbs. So we are just supposed to ignore the elephant in the room? You will NEVER HAVE FRAME at that weight. You are obese. Also, 2-3 a week? Please. Make it 4 to 5, and stay away from crossfit. It will just ruin your joints a…

I am 6’1’’ 340 who currently lost 20 lbs. Umm Beta? No, you sir have no self respect. Would you want to have sex with your wife if she weighed twice what she should? Fixing your weight is your first priority.

Shoot probably most guys on here have a 5/10 face. Law of averages. TRP is not about getting laid, but if that's your goal then go for it. Giving up is easy. Ive been subscribing to TRP for over two years and finally swallowed it after about a year, started lifting, etc. I finally got laid like 3 weeks ago, went two+ years without as I wallowed in my self pity from losing "the one". Blaming your lack of success on your looks is just scape goat excuse. I wonder if there is such a thing as alpha a…

Yeah that would put a hamper on things. Currently looking at buying a house. One of the first purchases for the place is a squat rack for the garage.

Kettlebell may help you the first few weeks but honestly you need to lift heavy weight with compound movements. Which kettlebell crossfit work outs will not give you.

Whats "skinny" though? Phil Heath and Kai Green have like 3% body fat. Dang that skinny, skinny is good, especially the more muscle you have. But having no muscle mass is not good.

The post says nothing about her being promiscuous in the past, the girl is only 20 years old and it makes no mention of him being a "BB provider". Sounds like a guy who has no self respect, would you not leave a girl if she gained 100 lbs? Especially if you were both 21 years old? I really don't see what value this post ads to the sub.

Muscle is heavier than fat. Wrong muscle and fat weight the same. A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. Muscle is more dense than fat, which is a measure of volume, not weight.

Then why are you even posting this here? This is not r/healthandfitness, its the red pill. No red pill man should weigh this much unless they are super jacked and have 15% or less body fat.

I feel like anything over 15% for a man is fat. Sure it may be considered healthy to be between 15 to 20 but you are still gonna have a gut at that percentage.

Ha I am 5'11", weigh 200 lbs, and am very muscular after lifting for the past 2 years. But I still got about 10lbs of a beer gut I need to lose. I think your numbers are a little off.

Who cares if its alpha or beta. You already lost frame with this girl. I'm all for red pill behavior but people need to stop living their lives based 100% "alpha" and "beta" decisions. Also FYI the real beta decision is to wait for her to bring your stuff. Just go to her place and say you want your stuff.

Think before you write. And here you are losing frame again.
/r/TheRedPill10/04/15 10:48 PM

Saying she disrespected and telling her not to respond simply showed that you do lack frame.

Wondering if this would work? Why try? The relationship is over. Move on. Also, no need for the wall of text, I didn't read it and no one else here will.

There is a difference between being "Nice" and being a doormat. Nothing wrong with being considerate, kind, polite, etc as long as you carry yourself in confident matter. Being a "nice guy" is going way beyond that, an emotional tampon, orbiting a girl, put everyone else's meaningless problems before your own basic needs etc. Be nice, don't be some girls tool.

TRP is more than relationships / sex with women. TRP is about following your own path, living life how you want to live it, and seeing the world for what it really is. I feel like anyone, no matter their gender, race, sexual orientation, current situation in life can benefit from TRP. Everyone should always strive to better themselves and get what they want out of life.

OP sounds like was BB provider and when he left his GF she went on to finding the next one.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
