I already have firsthand experience (well sorta) My cousin married this dude, the day they said I do, became a ticking time bomb. They divorced 3 months later, my cousin gained a whole lot of weight. I actually loved that plan. I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks. I just hated how Kris never does Squats or deadlifts on a regular basis. Probably because he always quarter squats so it screws up his knees. Don't do that Psychocist lol

I read only Models by Mark Manson. Honestly, I also suck at reading signs, but I use kino and escalate subconsciously. If they want me to back off, I back off. After a few refusals I just move on. My strategy might not be the right one though.
