If a guy wants to have sex with you, he's attracted to you in some sort of way. Maybe he wants to marry you, maybe he just wants to fuck. Either way, sex is like pizza. When it's good, it's good and when it's bad, it's still pretty good!

What do you mean by study? Like studying for school or something? Apologies if I sound stupid. Well whatever the reason being, i'm sure you're not at the study to get girls to like you. Whatever this study may be, bible study, exam study, idk, it serves a greater purpose and it is your priority. People will say all types of things, but I'm a firm believer in girls being attractive to driven-men. When you are so focused on that study to the point where the girls around you are irrelevant, your la…

No, because you learn from your mistakes. I'm sure there are some stuff you've said / done that made you the beta freak you are/were for her. Once you're over her, you have to look back at those mistakes and make sure to not do them again on another girl.

I agree with this guy, the only way you can learn is to try to game a girl. Chances are though you'll sound very insecure and flowing with fake alpha blood when you try very hard to sound cocky or confident. I know for me it be like that sometimes, even to this day, but not as much as before. If you want to do it your way OP, then like Auvergnat mentioned you have to a top-tier guy, they can get away with crying in front of a girl because even if it's a beta thing to do, the girl knows that ther…

This week/ weekend was interesting, I've failed in failing to pursue new work / new job opportunities. Reason being because I feel like I need a bit of a break (which is very BP/ beta mentality, also pissed my father off), but I'll be able to get my drivers licence, workout consistently, sleep well, and detox from my adhd meds for the time being. After that window of time, I'm gonna look for a full-time job so I can put some of that money into college for september. Prior to where I am now, I im…

Man girls won't think twice about your race if you are extremely masculine. Most Indian I know are scrawny nerds, no offense. That's your problem right there. I'm Hispanic, and also have shitty genetics (everyone from my home country are short and stubby because we mixed with the Andean natives of our land). This one Indian guy at my high-school though who would workout at our school gym was shredded and popular with the ladies. I'm turning 20 and still resemble a 15 year old, but I've had decen…

I hope men successfully try to plate girls after a shitty LTR that exposes you to red-pill truths. I also think even the most alpha / redpill man will be BB or go through a beta period in their life. The key is keeping the bullshit to a minimum in your life while still getting pussy.
/r/TheRedPill02/02/17 12:04 AM

I've gotten some naughty pictures when used effectively, but it's still not much, and if you screenshot it you like like fucking creep unless she's been plated / is cool with that.

Yeah man, I feel like different age groups use social media differently, and theres like a basis for their age group. What I'm trying to say is If i meet a guy in his mid twenties and his Instagram looks like he's a guy in his mid twenties, then he's probably okay. Same goes for girls although it's hard to say now that so many girls are attention seeking whores on social media. You can come across a 15 year old girl with 2000 followers and bikini pics, and a 20 year old girl with 2000 followers …

Snapchat is a brilliant tool for communication, however it can also be a tool for validation. Very important! Snapchat has been my curse, be very careful. Out of all the traps women lay out, snapchat one has always worked on me, the oneitis / orbiter in me can be easily brought out from snapchat. You may think it's harmless replying to the one girl you think is cute, but you are fucked as soon as you form a habit of it or as soon as both of you snap each other consecutively even at least once. I…

The jock stereotype I never understood. I'm good friends with a jock like this, and he's aiming to be a plumber. Since when is a being plumber being bad, and he's the type of guy that has never had any problems getting pussy so he's already won half the battle.

Yeah man. A lot of newcomers and/or betas don't know how to take advice / info with a grain of salt. I used to just absorb any RP knowledge I found interesting, and found myself turning into a weird pretentious douche bag. You have to draw the line somewhere between what benefits you and what doesn't.

Most men start off as the exception. To actually be the exception, you must remain the exception. That's one of the main things that separate's Alphas from Betas. TRUE Alphas, don't get "lost in the sauce" (word to Gucci Mane). Before I dated my LTR about a year a go, I had strict goals to compete in an amateur boxing tournament and gather my science credits for my nursing program I wanted to get into. I got lost in the sauce though, and only managed to do one out of the two. The thing is, I was…

This is true. There is always something to learn from the issues that arise with gaming though, so you are actively trying to improve your game unless you're a hamster. Both have their pros and cons.

Reading that know made me realize I worded that poorly lol, what I meant to say was Introverted / betas need a foundation before getting involved in a social circle. You can cold approach / trial and error as much as you want, but it doesn't mean shit if you're a shy beta and low SMV. I think these guys need to dedicate time to lifting, and then once they are confident in themselves they can get involved in having a good social life. Most full blown betas I know all have something in common, the…

I've been without boxing for two months now, and my life has been a bit rocky. Drinking and smoking more, waking up late etc ... Boxing keeps me sane. The tranquility I feel after I leave my boxing gym is unlike anything else. I feel so at peace, all worked up, relaxed etc ... Martial arts is great for your well-being. Unfortunately it has never done much for my body, and it's hard incorporating lifting and boxing into my life. My boxing gym, and actual gym are both opposite from each other. Sti…

This is key, you can be a full-blown narcissist, but you're blowing your cover if you talk a lot about yourself. You just make yourself seem like an insecure douche-bag (Kanye).

If you're introverted or have always been the type of person that keeps to yourself, then it's best to take the "Chad Thundercock" route. High value males with an active social life love that. They get a high / sense of power from being social and conversing with others and what not. Times where I noticed my SMV was at an all time high wasn't from social connections, it was from dedicating hours to the gym. I benefited more from that anyway because of my lack of alpha genes. I'm relatively short…

Man this so true. I am literally a sensation seeker. If i'm not chain smoking, then i'm downing coffee every other hour. But then once I realize that I'm getting 3/4 hours of sleep every night because I drink so much coffee and can't fucking sleep, I stop. But then get back to smoking. Then after smoking it's drinking. Fortunately when life isn't too busy / hectic, I can find time to routinely work out. That is the key at least for me. Since people like us with ADHD are hyperactive and always "d…

Meh, you don't HAVE to cut out sugar. Maybe if you eat TOO much sugar than yes. The problem with all the things you mentioned in that list, is that if they are used / consumed in moderation (excluding shit like heroin and cocaine lol) then you should be fine. Too much is once it gets bad. Even sugar you're right, but sugar is found in so many damn foods it's gonna be hard to cut it all out from your diet. Recently I have been focusing on cooking. I eat a lot of take out, to the point where I crave Dominoes like I crave a cigarette. A good start I found for me was eating / cooking healthy foods I enjoy. Everybody has different tastes buds, but theres always going to be some sort of food that you thoroughly enjoy and is very nutritious. I've always loved eggs, beef, and oatmeal. I've been eating these foods every day / every other day. Beef stew is hard to make, and beef is expensive so I don't alw…

Damn dude that sucks dick. You're best best is what most people are going to say, focus on TRP principles and what not. About your penis, i'd suggest doing kegels and dick exercises. I found this huge forum post on how this guy grew his penis just from penis exercises. Now I don't know if it's true but this fucker claims he grew his cock to 7 inches. I personally do just kegels to keep my cock nice and hard because I've had ED issues in the past (only with random drunk hook ups though fortunatel…

I also work in retail. A WEIRD trick of mine that helps me maintain my frame is to pretend / imagine i'm Chad Thunder cock, like deceive myself into thinking I am him. This could be anyone, for me it's this jacked hockey player guy I met at a party who was really cool and down to earth. I thought in the back of my head "fuck this guy is awesome! Imo, the easiest way to become fearless is probably to lift. Remember your first few months going to the gym and how uncomfortable you felt around all those big motherfuckers ? Or even just getting back into lifting after a long period without it, it's almost the same at least for me. The same uncomfortable feeling you get when you try to hit a new PR, or try a new challenging exercise. Most of the fear can be faced at the gym, and once it is faced / conquered, you gain confidence in return (and…

The thing that is so fucking WEIRD about oneitis or as you described it (getting destroyed by a woman) is that once you finally deal with it, it's like never happened, at least for me. I already forgot I even had a girlfriend and was in a codependent / toxic relationship just a few months ago. I still think about my grandfather and grandmother every other day with sadness, two role models that made my childhood 10x better. It hurts. I don't think about the bullshit with my ex though. Don't be hesitant with your moves / body language. If you're going to kiss her, go for it. If you're going to put your arm around her, don't do it awkwardly. I'm the other way around, theres a good chance i get a bit of anxiety when it comes to talking, but i'm never shy or hesitant once I go for a kiss or something. I've always been an action > words type of guy.

Good for you man, and that invisible feeling you described is familiar with low value men too i'd say. Maybe not as much as being extremly overweight, but at the low points in my life where I was jobless, dress like a hooligan, and didn't shave or get haircuts, I felt damn invisible. Some friends / old friends of mine that aren't doing much in life are also invisible, you don't sit back and think how they are doing or what they are up to, it just occurs to you they exist the next time you bump i…

You're young af bro and full of energy. Idk if you work out / exercise or not, but all that sexual energy can be put to use. If you do, but are still insanely horny all the time like myself, then I guess you can rub one off every now and then. My problem is that I tend to binge fap all day or gradually fap for 2 / 3 days before I get my streak going again. I hope long abstinence will discipline me enough to be able to casually rub one off and get back to whatever I was doing, but at the moment I…

I tried dieting a month ago (mainly focusing on eating healthy / more vegetables + cutting out all sugar), and I felt the same confidence and clarity i'd feel from abstaining and lifting. I second this, dieting is key. Eating clean will do you wonders, I could only keep it up for a month. I can lift routinely, abstain from fapping, get physical exercise outside the gym, but dieting ... Can't even do that for a month. It's hard, especially if you eat shitty food like me all the time. It's a lot o…

I think it all depends on the individual. Your stereotypical douche bag / womanizer, there is a good chance he is an insecure guy deep inside. I've known a couple of dudes who have fucked a lot of girls, but the way they presented themselves you wouldn't have thought so because they are cool and down to earth guys. It comes to them naturally which is key imo. I'm not saying don't invest time into chasing girls, but don't invest all your time into chasing girls. Two of my best pals that are woman…

To add to this comment, just from personal experience (and this may have been repeated before here in TRP, but whatever), you'll gain 10 x the confidence / frame from lifting HEAVY. I don't know if you work out or what your workout plan is, but sometimes putting on extra plate and thinking "oh shit this is going to heavy as fuck" is the same as approaching an extremely sexy girl that is way out of your league or simply a girl that you like. That's the beautiful part about lifting heavy, it gets …

You're playing the provider role, but that's not too bad. Like you said, you want the best version of yourself and that's beyond alpha / beta. "Chad thundercocks" have alpha genes, but not all are overachievers in life. There are millionaires that are beta bux'd, but they are still millionaires, they can deal with heartbreak with hookers and blow and we can't. Being Alpha isn't just getting jacked as fuck and fucking whores, you need to put in the extra mile and be a super alpha morphing beta.

That is very true about southern white guys. Mason Menard (boxer) is a good example of that, hes a country boy from Rayne, but he knocks niggas the fuck out. When was the last time you've seen a pretty white boy floor people unconscious in boxing ? It's mostly blacks or latinos, but like you said, a southern white guy will gladly square up with you. They come from poverty just like many inner city blacks and Latinos, except the poverty is just out in the country.

I think the guys that demonize ex's are still in the anger phase. Like If i talked to my ex now I wouldn't be butt hurt about it despite the shitty things that happened between us. And things between you two probably didn't end in terrible terms, so chances are you can still fuck her in the future. I wish I did bro, the most I've gone was two weeks without sugar. I did the first two of the three routine in this article religiously in high school and went from skinny fat to swole. I'm in the same boat brother. I'm currently talking to 3 different girls, but one of them I actually like and seems very LTR material. I worry about this as well because my last relationship was a mess. Like you I've worked on being more Alpha, I've picked up new habits and dropped bad ones, I wake up everyday feeling confident, driven, and even happy sometimes etc ... Run motherfucker run, unless you aren't able to do that with your brace. People bash on running because you don't get any gainz from it, but running is badass. A good run will leave you gasping for air. The burn you feel from lifting it hurts, it's tough. A good workout does that. A good run you're not thinking "ah the burn" it's more like "holy fuck I can't breathe, I think i'm gonna die".

You need to take a risk man. There is always a chance that things don't go as planned, but if that happens you learn from it. Don't stay on the sidelines, that'll gets you nowhere. Porn, cigarettes, and weed. Porn is constant struggle, I jerk off like a motherfucker for some reason. The feeling of abstaining from fapping to me is so rewarding. I used to jerk off like 7 times a day in the 9th grade, lots of caffeine + lack of sleep still does that to me sometimes lol. It's almost been a month without cigarettes. There is a lot of "plate" mentality around TRP (which is great), but the beta in us (theres always some) yearns for a partner. You just have to trust no one, and expect nothing from them if you want to / decide to get in an LTR. It will put your mind at ease. It's easier said than done, but I think this sort of mindset pops up when you really start focus on yourself / improving yourself (adopting a red pill mentality, lifting etc ...) and/or once you go through a relationship and realize that pe…

I really liked this post. I can relate to law #4 as well OP (unless that was laidNYC's writing). Back in high school I put all my efforts into football and still came out an average player. So I decided to just stick to what I know and be a sort of wannabe power lifer. It's nice looking at yourself and realizing you're getting swole, but the satisfaction of hitting a new PR is something else. I find lifting ju…

I'm not the most red pill guy yet, but I've been swallowing the pill for about 7 months now. Being a natural beta + in a LTR made it hard for me to apply it to my daily life, but I'm single now and getting more and more MGTOW every day. Now if porn or getting girls has been a problem for you, then it's in your best interest to try it. I say that because I've had addiction problems with porn / fapping and I wasn't the best with girls either. For me, it seemed like NoFap gave me more willingness t…

It really is a self-torture. Nothing good comes out of it, I always feel the betaness coming back when I do. Anyway thanks for the tips SkorchZang and others. Fortunately, I got a call this morning for a job interview (cashier position) so I think that will keep me in a positive direction. It's only part-time, but that means I'll have plenty of time to go to the gym and have some pocket money. Cheers my fellow red pillers

My reasoning behind keeping her around social media is to incite jealously / show her how better off I am, but I would not want her back at all so I don't know why I want to do that ... Not even for a casual fuck, I'm sure by now she's had plenty of cocks inside her, and the way I treated her (like utter crap) probably made that even more problematic ... Still there was a time where I thought us breaking up meant the end of the world, so I guess i'm making progress (I'm sure if I pleaded enough …

Not a huge fan of guitar or muay thai, but I've always been interested in playing the piano and boxing (used to box actually). Thanks for the reminder

Cold showers are badass too. I only do them if it's very hot in my house (aka all summer). Dunno how people manage to do them during the winter, i'd freeze my ass to death.

The two things that absolutely shatter any social anxiety I get are restraining from fapping (NoFap) and pumping iron. NoFap because I'm basically a porn addict, and a couple of days without fapping and I'm horny as fuck and wanting to fuck every girl I see. If you jack off a lot then you must stop. If not than give NoFap a shot anyway. Working out makes me confident in my body, even if I'm just wearing sweat pants, t shirts, and flip flops. The attraction you get from girls once you dedicated y…
