Alright, TRP. I'm struggling. I've been a long time lurker, and everyday I'm making a effort to improve my value and improve myself as a man. As many before me, I was beta, and I'm trying to become an alpha that I can be proud of, but it's a process. I've been working on my Game and my SMV, but i am seriously struggling with one crucial aspect. I can't seem to conquer my approach anxiety.

If i'm introduced to a cute girl, it's fine. I'll run some game, work in some good kino, and see what happens. However, if I see a pretty girl I want to talk to and I have no way to talk to her other than just walking up, I just seem stuck. I can't walk up to her and introduce myself. It doesn't matter the setting -- Bar, coffee shop, on the street, mutual meeting, etc.

So, TRP -- I'll ask you.

How do you break your approach anxiety, and is there any techniques that help you move past the "breaking the ice" stage?
