The Yamaha P-125 for sure! While the Yamaha P71 is a fine instrument to play, it's samples don't have the Pure CF technology that the 125 has and you have one of the best dynamic ranges and weighted keys for that price. No problem at all, and remember to keep consistency, it's better to practise 30 minutes everyday rather than an hour every 3-4 days! That's how you will skyrocket your progress. It may seem slow in the beginning, but start with simple songs, go for popular songs if you like, but a great beginner classical song to start up your reading skills would be Bach Prelude in C Major. Ahh yes, indeed I have heard several of them, the Prelude in B Minor, is hauntingly beautiful and so is his Nocturne in Eb Major, the section where it goes into minor is just ethereal. Don't be discouraged at all, that strength could definitely be used in some Rachmaninoff later on! And you can always try the chorded version of the piece, try arpeggiating them slowly and eventually manage to arpeggiate it over the 3 octaves without any difficulty! Mostly by picking up simple songs in the beginning, basic blues, learning scales upside down, and remembering each of their sounds, playing them in different patterns, learning all there is about chords, and using an app called Anytune to slow music down and pick up and differentiate the melodies and harmonies.
