7 Reasons Why Meeting Women During the Day is So Damn EasyNice post Nick, motivation is always good. However, I think this is oversimplifying a little. It's definitely not all rainbows and unicorns for people who are behind on their social skills. Responses I've gotten ranged from cold to extremely negative and scared. My opener has always been "I think you look cute". Not to say that should keep one from practising! | /r/seduction | 15/01/14 09:13 PM
How does one figure out why people avoid them?Yep, like you pointed out I think I'm not communicating effectively. Problem is how to figure out which aspect of it I'm doing wrong/poorly, I don't know what to work on next. Trouble here is that I can't figure out what is so terrible about how I'm communicating - I regularly remind myself of eye contact and smiling, showing open body language etcetera, and try to focus on the other person. I've read many many books about communicating effectively, and it works well with people in the short run… | /r/seduction | 15/01/14 03:59 PM
How does one figure out why people avoid them? Thanks for your thought. Okay - I have low self esteem because I don't think I will have close friends anytime soon. Do you think making close friends can happen in a short timespan - even when people break off contact so often? In my own book I have pretty good self esteem - I have a lot of things going on for me and generally feel good about how my days are spent. | /r/seduction | 15/01/14 02:59 PM
I know you're not supposed to beat yourself up/dwell on failures but how do you not?Missing a chance to reproduce (ie have sex) with an attractive girl is always going to make you feel worse, men are simply wired that way. It'll get better as you get more options. Considering how you probably don't have the aforementioned options, the best you can do is have something else going on in your life. Like you I also had more than a handful of "approach sessions" at the mall but never approached a girl. Going to the mall together with someone else who wanted to do daygame got me goin… | /r/seduction | 15/01/14 02:11 PM
The Self Help Trap: You Must ACTThis post is avoidance in action. Yes, you won't be able to meet girls at: The beach Parks (at least girls chilling out there) Some other summer-specific places Luckily for you, those same girls will be out somewhere else! All you have to do is admit your irrational thoughts like the one described in your post, and try to take the next oppertunity (no oppertunities? Don't you ever go to the supermarket?). Keep it simple man, I was in this trap for a long time. | /r/seduction | 12/11/13 05:18 PM
[Tiny FR] Approach couldn't have been worse. Still felt good afterwards. Thanks! Yeah, the train stop is a place where I've had many of those moments of being unable to approach. I think we all have. Having experience in my pocket will definitely make me more likely to take the next chance in a more fortunate (or maybe worse) context. | /r/seduction | 31/10/13 04:21 PM

Billy's Guide: Don't Let Preparation Become ProcrastinationI actually fucking did it yesterday! :D This was thanks to another redditor who was in roughly the same boat when it comes to approaching(ie unable to). We both did a couple of approaches after a very painful first one. I completely agree with what you said. After the first one it becomes so much better. Next session I will probably have awful anxiety as well, but now that I have a couple of experiences it should be better. | /r/seduction | 03/10/13 08:55 PM
[Short Situational FR] Did a cold approach without being aware that it was a cold approach.Another groninger here. I sent you a PM too if you're interested! | /r/seduction | 25/09/13 04:36 PM
Billy's Guide: Don't Let Preparation Become ProcrastinationThanks for asking. I walked through the mall for 45 minutes trying to fight my bullshit "hey you have lots of work to do and there's always tomorrow" thoughts by reminding myself of how simple saying "hi" is, and even started walking in the direction of a girl a couple of times. The thoughts won :( | /r/seduction | 25/09/13 04:24 PM
Billy's Guide: Don't Let Preparation Become ProcrastinationFuck man, you're right. I've been reading seddit for a little more than a year without any approaches under my belt (except for asking a girl a practical question). I did get in godlike shape (people tell me so at least..), buy a good wardrobe, get my bussiness started, and make improvements in my voice. Although all of these have many awesome benefits I still hardly talk to any women. To hell with it, I'm going to the mall and in an hour I will tell you how the approach went. | /r/seduction | 24/09/13 06:48 AM
Why you always hear "just get out there and try", the most important but most ignored advice.Explained why it is a big deal for me, and what I think holds me back in my response to abakadabra. Thanks. | /r/seduction | 21/08/12 10:25 AM
Why you always hear "just get out there and try", the most important but most ignored advice.First of all, sorry to hear about all the the crap you went through. Really impressive how you handled it. Okay, you may be right about using looks , clothes and a job to define oneself. However, it has been proven time after time that such factors do matter so I think at least making the best of those makes sense(hell, working out regularly made me better at almost everything) I think I'm pretty "confident" already: I do whatever I want in most things, even more so than most people I know. Deci… | /r/seduction | 21/08/12 10:16 AM
Why you always hear "just get out there and try", the most important but most ignored advice.During the past year or so I got a healthy weight, in shape, decent clothes and a job. Learned about a lot of aspects of talking to people and being likable(through reading). Still too much of a pussy to just go out and talk to people which causes me to have no people I would even consider a friend. If someone has a magic pill for being such a pussy, please give it to me. Feel like I'm putting all this effort in being a better person but the boring months keep passing by. | /r/seduction | 20/08/12 07:30 PM
