I don't know what the other common percentages are if it's under 50%. In my mind we would split the kids 50/50 with her likely getting primary custody and I would expect that most days she would actually keep the kids with her even if it's over 50%, but in the event that I want to keep the kids with me, I would legally have the right to do so up to 50% of the time.
