2	What would you prepare before flying to see your LDR? Whoa our situations are almost exactly the same! How cool!! I'm flying out to meet my boyfriend for the first time in July, and I'll be bringing all previous birthday/anniversary gifts with me to give to him. His birthday is the week before I'm going, but I booked the place we're staying at so we're sort of counting that as this years birthday gift :P I will probably still make a card though hehe I would absolutely reccomend a gift of some kind, handmade or otherwise. I am hopeful that the bad wont outway the good however :) From the bit of research I've just now started doing, it seems like there are many ways to start preparing my body for the switch. 1	Wanting to stop birth control I have not had autonomy over the medical side of my life pretty much ever, and in truth I haven't exactly needed it. The only long-term prescription I have been on is birth control. I'm interested in looking into a naturopathic doctor, at least seeing whats out there. The book is another good reccomendation! I am happy to see someone else suggest it as well :) Thank you for your very geniune advice!
