That last part is very true. I think the only thing to do is use that feeling as motivation to keep working and improving so I don't get stuck again in this situation.

Hey man thanks for the kind words. It's really true about snapping out of it and how no one else would do it except me. Things have gotten better and I'm going to try that 7 day positivity challenge. I'm actually using joyable for my social anxiety that I have and it talks about the same thing (changing internal dialouge) Again, thanks.

And I've read plenty of books about self improvement (models, way of superior man, etc), stopped jerking off, paid my debt off, been working out but the last time I got laid was a month ago by my ex! And before that was like 2 months. I'm so frustrated

One of my idols is Arnold(Governator) and he says 6 hours is all he used to get every night. Even with his weight lifting training going he would only sleep 6 hours so I figure if he can do it, so can I. I feel more rested with only 6 hours, and my body has gotten used to it so now my body automatically wakes up after 6 hours. I think it has to do with the REM sleep schedule and 6 hours is ideal time to wake up.

They could be average men if they haven't been trained for 15+ years. I beg to disagree about your last statement as well, any professional women sports is like watching an amateur guys league. Basketball? It's sad how bad they are, it looks like a boys middle school team playing, and not even a good team.

I appreciate the support. Unfortunatley I'm about to go on deployment for 6 months so I won't be in the field testing my game but I'm going to study and read alot. I want to re read "the game" then finish "art of seduction- robert green" and "selfish gene". All trying to improve my game while I cant practice.

Once you pick your target approach them instantly to avoid over-thinking the situation, to avoid tal king your self out of it and to avoid getting too much AA built up. Edit: thanks for the support

Also, taking things that girls do and using it against them works too. You can learn alot from observing girls and remembering what they say. Some girls will give.you good material like negs to use with out even knowing it

True, but again they are just trying to make a living and they're not breaking any laws so if guys want to throw their money at the girls for lack of self control or whatever reason then so be it. I talked to a few of the strippers on a real note and most of them are doing this to pay for college. I don't get where all these guys think that calling strippers "not even a real person" is in any way right. Maybe it's the resentment from them being an AFC and always getting gamed out by these girls …

One thing I also do alot of is when I send her a text saying who it is I'll give the wrong name. If she catches it then you know she pays attention and if she doesn't you can tease her about it. In this case she didn't say anything but sent me a text back with a name that wasn't hers either. It creates a good laugh.

I should have gone back, I know the target digged me. She gave me that look but after that friend flipped out saying she would actually fight me over a question(ex-gf box in the closet line) I wasn't exactly ready to jump in. Needless to say it wasn't a great night but any experience is great. The reason I was at this club is because my cousin was under 21 and it was the only place that she could get in. I've been to bars around here(before learning to game) and I feel like I could work it there…

I like the direct approach. I did kino with this one girl like you said to pull her in closer but her friend was being a bitch(I'm new to this, I guess I could call her an obstacle) and my cousin had a hard time trying to occupy her.

This has been a great read. Skipped a few lines here and there but read most of it and I can relate, the comics were a touch of humor needed, for me at least. This past weekend I approached many girls at the bar/club and had some negative responses but had some great responses. Got a number, a dance and in general a good time. Reading this article has helped me realize I'm progressing very well and I'm pleased. Thanks for the read!
