program this guy made that runs a blog called bold and determined. he sells it but its easy enough to find for free. basically a list of little things you do every day (pushups, cold showers, etcs) and things you dont do (sleep past 5:30, and no snacking.) did it may last year and really found it gave my life more structure, but I need to do it in its entirety again.

I'd advice against it. they reak havoc on your body. that being said, they've helped me incredibley with socializing and completing tasks, but I feel now (being off of them now that school is out) I've exhausted my brain. I feel fried. what symptoms are you exhibiting?

you think she'll be elected though? I just can't see the majority of America voting for this old bag. Obama had the minority vote, but he was also younger, more charismatic, and, due to the average voter's stupidity / poor alternative options it got him elected. she lacks both of these qualities, so as long as the republican party chooses a candidate with some actual balls over another pussy moderate, I don't think she has a shot.

i'm starting to think past greenery used caused it. over the summer I picked it back up again for about 2 months, and I definitely feel like it has a hand in all of this. I've gotten off the herb entirely, and have started to look into possible supplements.. ie passionflower, st johns wort, or 5htp. as shitty as it is, don't accept it. theres gotta be a solution out there.

you need some confidence. I know r/nofap is a lot of broscience/ placebo effect, but try it. go 90 days without wacking it, and join a gym. i guarantee you'll feel better about yourself, and may be more motivated to go out and do something. don't accept your fate, its not a terminal illness. you can treat it. its not going to be a flip of a switch, (unless you start doing coke) but you'll see a change.
