Seriously from a kid that took them find something new or get off of it all together (latter option is better). The doc should be willing to try different meds and different doses. Some aren't so bad. Vyvanse worked for me but for some it doesn't. And you need to graduate. That's it. Can you go to a vocational school? It may be better for you than trad school.

Definitely worth giving it up for a bit. I still drink but in moderation. I usually pick a month out of every year to specifically avoid drinking (never tell your friends as you will have all the DD responsibility). It's also important to remember it's a ton of empty calories so if you are trying to stay fit it's a bad idea.

I think it depends. I've gotten really lucky. A lot of the people in my life are kinda the opposite. They will be there when shit hits the fan and don't worry about the good times so much and I'm the same way with them. The good times are great but if you find the right people they are know the value of helping others out of the hole. Just know that effort in doesn't always equal effort out....but it will help.

Fucking sculpture! Go learn to weld. One of my buddies is a welder and works for a company to does all the bronze statues in the area. It's a great fit. Or get into cement work. When I built pools we paid the cement guys a shit ton because they would sculpt are sorts of crazy shit for the clients. I'm talking caves and rock formations that look so real it blows your mind.

Hey I love the military. The reserves are great and you can still do your own stuff 90% of the time. Get a good gig tho. If you have any aptitude with languages try and become a 35p. If you took your asvab consider the military. Honestly the national guard/reserves is a great place to go for a little while. Do school or a trade and they will help pay for it. You will have a crew of guys with a common goal and hopefully common values. I am biased. It was the best decision I ever made.
