In a nutshell, proper diet is > exercise. Ive been doing IM with proper macros for a few years now. Works really great, esp when combined with aerobic/anaerobic routine. Once I lost 50ish lbs (243 -> sub 200ish), I hit a plateau HARD, for like almost 1 yr. I let go of the reigns just a little on the diet (still doing IM), but was still boxing etc 4-5 times a week. As of yesterday, I'm started a new thing where I'll cycle low-carb/keto for 12 weeks (1 day cheat day), then 2 weeks maintenance. IMO…
