I've never had to produce mine in the 4 years I've been divorced but I guess if she was looking to get more money then they could if there's nothing in there to stop it. She has the kids 60% of the time and that's been the house they grew up in, I wanted it to stay that way. | 5 | Either men who are paying their child support get half or they don't pay the ex-wife a fucking dime for two years.I don't see things changing, it'll always go by who claimed them on their taxes. Easier for the government to pay that way.
