I highly doubt 1 idle text sent over the course of 4 days killed her attraction to me. I may have come on too strong during the date I suppose, but I still feel like I played things as well as I could. All in all, I'm glad I got this experience as it taught me a few things about the thought process of some women. I'm also learning not to take it so personally.

Oh I most certainly won't be waiting. I already deleted that contact info.

After a few of the normal questions, I've used "What is it that defines you as a person?" She will usually laugh then start to really think about it. I'll say in a joking/sarcastic way "It's a really easy question, you shouldn't have to think about it so much." Usually she will reveal something personal and will be more willing to keep the conversation going as you are keeping her on her toes.

Neither of us drove to the bar so logistics weren't really there.

The worst part is, the girl he was trying to talk to ended up with a 95 dollar bar tab which he ended up paying half of. My ass only spent 12 dollars.

One of them told us she was drinking some sort of hump day themed drink so I said "You should buy us one of those tasty beverages." They said we should be the ones buying drinks so I said that I don't believe in gender roles and convinced them they were empowering women by buying us drinks.

Yeah, It probably was a huge turnoff. I was only in town for the night and was aware of that. I was also drunk and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Lesson learned.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
