I know a lot of dudes on here advocate demoting her to plate status . . . People are by nature complex and employ a spectrum of strategies when interacting and competing with others. The existence of other categories, most notably the Sigma or "lone wolf," has been proposed by some and I am inclined to agree. I take SSRIs. I had a somewhat traumatic childhood. My diagnoses are PTSD, GAD, and dysthymia, along with very mild hallucinogen persisting perception disorder. Diet and exercise are extremely important to me and any shrink worth his degree will tell you an hour of exercise a day will be far more beneficial than any pill out there. I do not drink either. I abused alcohol and drugs in the past and came to the conclusion that it was sapping me of my strength and will. Keep a glass of club soda with a slice of lime in your hand at all times. Nobody will know that what you're drinking isn't getting you fucked up.
