I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of being redpill and spitting game, but I'm really unsure how to escalate kino. I've found it's easy to hold a girls hand to look at her nail polish or whatever, but I feel pretty lost after that, like I'm not sure how else to make contact or where for that matter. I read the escalation ladder but I guess I'm looking for a bit more explanation.

TL;DR: What sort of steps/path should kino escalation follow?
