In her experience, guys probably are nice to her only because they want to have sex with her, otherwise there’s no reason for someone to be as nice as you were being. My advice is to walk away. That’s rude dude. I get it, she’s probably tired of that situation playing out over and over, but still - kick rocks lady, that’s incredibly pompous.

Completely agree - simply a mechanism to protect our ego’s from judgment / failure / rejection from beautiful women (the most painful form of rejection there is). Ok, we understand this! It’s brutal! it’s also invigorating, it’s also the most rewarding process confronting fear and watching it dismantle at the hands of your will to act. You’re in the game, not to mention you’re also talking to gorgeous creatures. There’s nothing that fails to improve in your life by taking action. There’s nothing…

Focus on the moment. Humbly extend yourself, and you’ll receive what you give out. Be mindful of your intentions, recognize them - define them and adhere to them. Rejection is a guarantee - accept it as par for the course. Do no take one encounter as “the way of things” and allow it to inhibit further opportunities. Take breaks. Talk to men & cashiers. Set small goals such as “ask a girl I vibe with for her number” or “accept a rejection with a smile and a well wish.” Do this and you’ll having a…

My advice: exercise. Perform CardioVascular training and lift weights on top of that. Do some diligent research on a routine, and start implementing one and see what transpires. Your time, energy and attention are finite resources. Disregard activities that don’t help you in the long run, and encourage activities that fill you up and pay you back.

The world is better than the confines of your room & what the World Wide Web has to offer. Get out there. Participate. Allow yourself to stumble out the gate and be awkward at times. Any skill & ability takes time and work, this is no different. It’s not a vindication or a knock against you, it’s part of the deal. Commit to the person you want to be completely. Make goals that challenge you, maybe even make you nervous. Once you understand that you desire it, it’s always in the back of your mind…

It’s comments like these that are why I pour over every single thread; you could just stumble upon an incredibly powerful and valuable insight that could be exactly what you need to hear. This went straight into my journal man, and I’ll be rereading this for the time being! Many thanks sir.

I think it’s partially due to the nature of our friends from childhood being built on the corner of the outlier reality of spending 8 hours a day, five days a week around each other for close to 13 years (school), and that’s discounting extra-curricular activities. That’s a lot of hours, a lot time, and to further it - it’s such a special time of experimentation that just simply can’t be replaced. Think about how much interaction that is and how that is not at all the norm once “life” starts. It…

Many spins on this - to me it’s acting on your core principles, and allowing the judgement of others to be as it may - not altering your sense of purpose / duty. This carries over into relationships pretty fluidly I would say.

You’re laying the groundwork for a new normal. Well done lad, but don’t back off now. Keep churnin!

Invest in a rehab routine. 99.99999/100, all that is required is increasing strength/ mobility of muscles and joints to get back into workout mode. Invest time every day.

If you’re a former football player, you’ll understand the importance of conditioning, and keeping your Bodyweight down so you can move faster/quicker. Perhaps look to alter your diet / training regiment so you look the way YOU WANT.

Whenever there’s a problem, first ask yourself how is it that you’re not helping the problem. Love it man. Always take responsibility for your circumstances.

This is a great post. Are there any examples you could refer me toward, with regards to a voice tone test? I’d like to work on that.

To play contrarian, I think putting the ball in their court, and telling her you’d like her to give u a call (after a meaningful conversation of course) is a power move as well. Certainly, I don’t think it can be the only move in the arsenal, but there are situations where that delivery comes off as so relaxed, confident + it’s quite a twist of fate / against the grain from the woman’s perspective (which I’ve learned is actually quite exciting for both the man and woman).

I personally like to talk to folks any chance I get. It's impossible not to notice the same people that pile into the gym night after night. So, why not extend the opportunity for them to get to know you. Don't misunderstand what I'm saying here, It is NOT my main goal when I show up to the gym. That said, If I am genuinely interested in a lift someone is doing, or a particular tempo someone is using, maybe even a shirt or hat, I do not withhold a compliment. I can't think of a situation like th…

I argue that PUA becoming main-stream is good not just for pick-up, but for society in general. Consider for a moment the large chunk of men coming into contact with, in essence the most valuable knowledge they can learn. I relate it to a sort of domino effect. We learn how to deal with women> we realize all along what we were taught was wrong>we correct it> we get girls> we enjoy life> our kids enjoy life, and the cycle goes on for generations.

Keeping the post interaction texts far removed is crucial. Immediately following up does not demonstrate to the girl that you really are all that. As for the follow up question; You shouldn't be focused on texting them. Live for the physical encounter. I have come to realize that women appreciate keeping it as playful as possible; it's humorous which is like crack for a great majority of women. This one time, after about say 20 or so minutes of back&forth banter, i just asked her, "its a (xyz) a…

Agree with you here. The gambits, the theories, and all that has certainly caught the attention of any horny adolescent kid with ambitions of bagging a Rachel McCadams look alike. To give my best crack at guiding you, I'd offer that it's more or less synthesizing the core principles of what drives women's attraction, and meshing that with your own personality. "Play the Numbers game, a good Wall Street Trader makes 700 calls a day." "If you give a guy 450 at-bats, He will get better." Just a few…
